By the way, what is the structure of Fuso Empire? Would they be more lenient towards that enlarged version of Guam and the Koreans/Chosen, whatever they were called?

And the Fuso Empire is in name an absolute monarchy, but it has continuously drifted towards a more constitutional model, but with the monarch holding considerable sway - which is how Karlsland currently operates. The military no longer has much power politically after it was discovered they were up to some Shady Shit while the Neuroi War was going on in China.

Born in Bordeaux, Faucher missed the Second World War by several years, gaining a fervent nationalism, seeking a war to fight. After graduating from Secondary school, Faucher joined the French Gallian Army, in time for the French Gallia-Indochina War.

He soon found himself deployed in a little village known as Dien Bien Phu in 1954, being battered on all sides by artillery and death and destruction. Stationed at Isabelle, Faucher was one of the lucky few who managed to breakout and run for Laos. He got lost. Really lost. His supplies ran low, and he soon turned to foraging and hunting. He soon ran out of bullets, and hunted with his knife. He soon lost track of days, and merely measured his time by the rising and setting of the sun.

A full 14 years of looking for Laos, Faucher has wandered out of the jungle and into the terrified hands of a farmer. He has wound his around various authorities, eating real food, and ever actually getting a chance to get updated on the state of the world. Or shave. Or shower. Now, he has been more-or-less officially attached to D company as a sort of Liaison Officer to help cope with the jungle. Also they offered him a pretty big paycheck to kill commies, so he's okay with delaying his homecoming for a while yet.

All I know about witches is that they spawn in massive numbers during the "Hard Rain" campaign in L4D2.

There's a wiki but it's only canon for this RP up to 1945 and even then we're branching away in a few key areas - most notably in official canon most of the Levant got wiped out by a Neuroi hive in AD 60 nipping Christianity in the bud and pretty much eliminating the Jews in one fell swoop, because the writers were too lazy to make a word where Jesus and/or Mohammed were pro-magic. Other differences include China and the natives of the Americas not getting wiped out by Neuroi.

Indeed, they could have left the parts about Christianity and Islam alone, but then there would be heavy objections from you know who I am talking about.

From what I have checked, it would make a good map, though North Manchuria and South Manchuria seemed a bit odd choice for a partitioning of the country. Making the whole of Manchuria commie and letting the entirety of Korea take the role of South Korea makes more sense in my opinion, but then, that is Rupudska's decision.

With no sea borders, the North Manchurians have a true problem. And they could only help to piss off South Manchurians and the Fusoans by probably arming secessionist groups in Chosen.

Largely due to Fuso and the USSR playing a much more pronounced role in picking sides in the Chinese Civil War - as for Xinjiang and Mongolia not being independent, the latter was mostly pressure from the USSR, and the former due to Xinjiang not really getting any support. Fuso tried to help, but that far inland there wasn't much they could do without most of their supplies getting ransacked by the Maoists. All of which also led to a much more... dynamic front line before Liberion and Britannia stepped in and basically forced everyone to take a chill pill. Technically, much like IRL Korea, the Chinese and Manchurian wars are still going on, just in an eternal ceasefire.

Despite (or perhaps because of) her life, she's brash, prideful, haughty, and prone to bouts of violent anger. Aggressive on the battlefield as well, and one of only three Witches in Vietnam right now with a bayonet kill. What most would define as a 'crazy psycho bitch'. I'm pretty sure she does amphetamines too, and I've seen her do cocaine. Pretty much the only known ways to calm her down are food, booze, and weed, none of which are in short supply here. Still, she fights like a beast and knows who the enemies are, and has enough sense in her head to keep the guys in the air and the grunts on the ground from going overboard. I'm not sure if she cares about the gooks, or just wants to keep her hands clean. She sure as Hell doesn't care about keeping her soul clean by how much she swears. That's another thing - she's got no brain-mouth filter. At all."

Similar in basic concept to Second Neuroi War Fusoan veteran ace Naoe Kanno's Ability, CHEST-R works by compressing Cockerill's shields to an area roughly the size of her fist and greatly increasing the energy of the shield, granting it dramatically increased durability - enabling her to, with a Witch's enhanced strength, punch through steel (and reportedly, composite) tank armor. The shield itself consists of highly unstable solid ether sandwiched between two layers of conventional superdense ether mist. When the shield does fail, which she can trigger, the solid ether expands violently outward from the point of failure, with enough heat and energy to melt aluminum and shred steel."
Flaws: SSgt. Gates, USN Psychologist, USS Kitty Hawk: Refuses to consciously change her racism when pointed out about it - only time and experience will change that for her. Short-tempered.
