Hello Shank, Welcome to the Glade
-Maze Runner
You have been carried up by a little box elevator, not knowing what the hell is going on. You have absolutely no memory of what happened before or of anything specific in the world. The only things you remember are general things, like stuff you would be taught in school. Light suddenly floods the whole box, and you are carried into a little area surrounded by four massive walls. The place has a pen of farm animals at one corner, a field of crops at another, a forest at the third, and a two story house in the last. There are others, and they are all are males, all have the O+ blood type, and like you, they can’t remember absolutely anything specific. They are all 18 year olds. You have the same properties as them. The walls have little openings through the middle. When you peek out, you see a maze full of weird, horrifying creatures called Grievers, there are a few out at day, but most come out at night. The walls close each night, now it’s your and your mate’s duties to survive here, and find a way out.
This RP is based off of James Dashner’s series, The Maze Runner. The little area within the maze is called The Glade. Every Glader has a role in surviving, and you must survive to find a way out. If you are stuck outside The Glade at night, you’ll probably die. Greivers are NPC’s, but they should be controlled with knowledge that their end goal is to kill the Gladers. The Runners, the best of the best that are chosen from every job, get to go out into the maze very day, and return by night, mapping their findings in the mapping room. the homestead is the main residence. There is paper and a pencil in the homestead, and every week, if people wrote something on the paper and dropped it into the box (The elevator that everyone arrives from), their requested item will be sent. However, Items like electronics and weapons don’t get sent. You can request building materials to build new buildings too.
