In such a case, I will drastically lower my general population, because I would not need such drastically high numbers for survival and it would be more interesting to play the "growing dwarvish nation" ideal.

I have a feeling Panottia and your Dwarves would make natural allies, considering the Human threat *Namely the Raven Commonwealth*

Merithia is open to all. Just don't make us send regular sacrifices to your capital!

My Minotaurs are gonna try to actually reform into a stable kingdom, and will start looking for allies/trade partners as they move away from looting if you wanna make this a triple alliance

So we could do an alliance of Panottia, the Minotaurs, the Dwarves and possibly Merithia? It could work since we're all bringing in advantages to round out the others weaknesses. Panottia would definitely be more interested in supplying those countries with fixed (unbreedable) griffons so they could establish their own Air-Forces, to even the playing field with Byzantium, The Second Kingdom of Man and the Raven Commonwealth.

Yeah, we could make an alliance of small nations. Merithia doesn't have a strong military but does have a monopoly on trade between the three big ones.

I would enjoy a vast continent to allow for expansion with NpC nations, border conflicts and character questing.
Looking forward to that new continent.

The issue is if gryphons as flying cavalry is a thing that is allowed, then I feel inclined to copy that. Because flying cavalry is really fucking Brutal.

@panottia, would you mind this?

What we all lack in the military we can make up for by threatening to choke out the trade. Instead of a military victory destroy their economies

I actually am a neutral nation and don't see any conflict occurring. I mainly want to be an economic power with a vast military for a backup.

I sort of implied that Griffons only nested in high mountains, such as the ones where Panottia is settled. The Dwarves are (As far as i can see) the only other Nation to be settled into the mountains. I'd be okay with that as long as the Dwarves have some sort of impairment with them so they don't just overtake Panottia (Since that's the only thing i have going for me). Maybe you have a Sub-Species of Griffon that's smaller but far quicker and more maneuverable?

There's no war, just the formation of a smaller bloc of countries. Otherwise we'd get curb-stomped if any of the larger ones decided to go after us (Minus Byzantium)

Ahh, also, does the OP know that IC leads to the New Topic link of the portal to the multiverse?

Name of Kingdom:The shining Skullz empire
Ruler: Malthos the Bone bringer
Description of Government:The Shining Skullz empire is almost completely ruled by Malthos and his undead cronies. The system of government works rather simply for if you are a young aspiring and most importantly of all strong orc then Malthos will send some of his minions after you and have you killed, then he will have one of his shamans resurrect you in order for you to help control.
Government Type:An absolute autocracy
Sigil/Emblem:A gleaming white skull put onto black background is all the symbol the Orcs need.
Population:750,000,00
500,000,00 undead zombies

250,000,00 Orcs
Language(s):Orcish
Date Formed:710 AE
Race(s):Orcs who are the privileged minority and the undead who are the majority in servitude
Capital City:The Shining Skullz empire has no official capital as seen as it is comprised of orcs who are constantly fighting with anything they come across and the undead who simply stay at home and make sure that the orcs have a constant supply of weapons.
Land Controlled:The island East of the Raven commonwealth
Allies:none
Enemies:Everyone
Currency:None
Motto:SMASH THEIR SKULLZ IN!!!
Military Size:
The Ladz: 250,000,00 bloodthirsty orcs who are pretty badly armed and who don't have any tactical knowledge however they will never give in while fighting and each one of them is immensely strong.
The shamans: 1,000 magic using orcs whose sole purpose is to clean up the mess left up be the Ladz and by that I mean that they resurrect the countless dead left behind by the Ladz rampage
History of Nation:The island east of the Raven commonwealth used to be comprised of a few minor city states and a group of squabbling orcish tribes who lived and the barren centre if the island. The leaders of the city states knew very well that if any one orc tribe was to gain dominance over the rest and unite the orcs then it would surely mean the end of them so whenever it appeared as if one was gaining dominance over the others the city states would intervene by sending a few advanced weapons to that orchish tribes enemies. This state of affairs continued for many years for the main reason that orcs are incredibly stupid and didn't realise that if they united than they probably take over the entire island.

This cycle would no doubt of continued for many years with the orcs constantly killing one another until a political exile fleeing from one of the many city states happened to come across the orcish tribes. Now in any ordinary circumstance this man would have been killed and eaten by the orcs however he had one advantage which was the forbidden art of necromancy. The orcs marvelled as this man brought back their greatest warriors as his willing servants and with these warriors he would go onto subjugate the entirety of the orcish tribes. This man who now went by the name of Malthos declared himself to be the emperor of all orcs and declared the formation of the empire of the Shinning Skullz. This empire now with the full powers of the orcish hordes at it's back went onto to subjugate the various city states surrounding the orcish homelands where they turned the slaughtered masses into undead zombies who do all the menial jobs the orcs consider themselves above doing and now they turn their eyes greedily towards the Raven commonwealth.
