Not sure what you mean? She is going to intervene periodically with people as they spar, and once everyone feels satisfied we'll stop and move on.

Bio: Alexander was born the younger and sicker brother of Alexis Cain, son of a famous professional boxer. His early life was touched on in his sister's bio so here we will explore what happens after he ran away from home. Daniel was only a child. Scared, and on the run. With nowhere to go he eventually fell into the grips of a gang who promised to protect him. Turns out, they abused him much like his father did. It did not take long before the young boy lost control again and massacred several of the gang members. Terrified of the child, the remaining members sold him to the Russian Mafia. And he was taken from the United States and found a new home in St. Petersburg, Russia.

The Russians were fully aware of his capabilities and had planned to train him to become an enforcer. The closest thing to an ally he had there was his new 'trainer'. A woman who was ex-Spetsnaz whom was simply referred to as 'Major'. By the age of 13 Alexander had great control over his deadly abilities and was using them in the employ of the Mafia. Out of loyalty to the Major than to the Mafia itself. Until one day, the Major was killed in a internal power struggle. Alexander, too young to take vengeance for her loss at the time was forced to run away once more. But he had set new goals for himself. He would never again be the pawn in a larger game. He would take what the Major had taught him and apply it for himself, create his own empire. Get revenge for her murder. And one day, go back to America to find and reunite with his sister. So, he patrolled the street until one day he found four prostitutes who were being abused by their pimp. After he left, the child, only 13 approached the group and made a bargain.

He would kill their current employer, and they would work for him. Kicking up 35% of their earnings in return for complete protection from other crime bosses or the police.

They laughed at him and told him to go home. Four hours later he returned with the severed head of their 'former' employer. And the ladies quickly agreed to his terms. He then repeated this process with drug dealers and thieves. Until one day, by the age of 15 he finally had enough power and influence in St. Petersburg to go to war with the local elements of the Mafia. His usual terms of attempting to win over his defeated enemies no longer applied, this was scorched earth. As his goal was to gain revenge for his lost mother figure. By the end of it all, he had control of the underworld in St. Petersburg and a new name. 'The Saint'. A ironic name given his occupation. But still fitting in a odd way. Alexander runs things very differently than his predecessors. His drug dealers never deal to anyone below the age of 18. Prostitutes must approach him for employ, and are never pressed into service, abuse of such workers by his captains is punished severely. Money is given to local poverty help organizations, churches and other community improvement projects. His organization does not partake in the sex trade or the trafficking of children. His men actually raid competitors who do and turn the liberated victims over to authorities. And he ensures that random crime or unnecessary acts of violence is kept to a minimal under areas of his control. The result? Standards of living actually increase in areas under his influence.

By 17 he was international, with operations spanning from the South China seas to New York City, Hollywood and London and Tokyo. Aside form these, he takes particular interest in areas with great civil strife and rampant poverty. Moving in and essentially running entire provinces or cities in places like Africa and South America in particular. Actually a welcome force by the local populace for bringing stability. As of now in 2018, Alexander is among the wealthiest men in the world. Funded by a global spanning criminal empire. He now has two of his life goals complete. Now, he sets his sights on America, hoping to rediscover the family he lost so long ago.
Powers:

• [Weaponized Shape Shifting]: As a mutant Alexander can form and reshape his body in a very unique bio organism type form that is unique to him. The reshaped tissue is organic in nature but stronger than steel and sharp enough to cut through diamond. For example, he can reshape an arm into a piercing spear or lance to impale enemies or a shield to block from gunfire. He can also 'shoot' projectiles from his body made of the same material. The application of his ability is quite diverse but he normally only reforms his limbs such as arms or legs.

Limitations:

• He has human durability whenever his mutation is inactive. Example, if he is currently only mutating his right arm a bullet to the head will still kill him.
• Has not yet quite mastered mutating his entire body, he can only mutate his limbs at the moment.

Weaknesses:

• [Extreme Hot and Cold Vulnerability]: When mutated, he develops a weakness to extreme hot or cold which will weaken his mutated tissue until they eventually revert back to normal tissue.

You know, I actually asked about that quite a while ago.
And the last answer I got is sort of conflicting with yours.

Speak of the devil and though shalt receive. Simply change faction name and that's about it. Actually, I wasn't even planning on making anything anywhere near white supremacist. Human supremacist at worst. War maniacs and authoritarians at least.

Well I think with your first app its more than just a name change. Like the whole idea of the char being an original nazi and still being alive and having all those grudges just really comes off as a Red Skull expy. Like obviously nazis exist in this universe, but having chars who were actually nazis and direct ties to them, just feels like a really tired backstory that could use some originality. And if they aren't going to be white supremacists, why tie them to the nazis' at all?

Because of sleek uniforms and sick war crimes of course lol. Be happy that I am not ideologically motivated to RP as them because that would be really bad.

And honestly, I personally prefer Strucker over the Red Skull. Red Skull was always a bit too flashy for my taste. Apart from that, as much as the character may seem like an expy, I actually never read up much on Red Skull's backstory or powers and made that one up myself as I do with all my bios. Though I do see why it would be similar with the bloody serum but I just happened to have watched Outpost: Black Sun only hours prior to that so it was kind of hard to not get influenced by that.

I have to agree with Zark here, your ladies all look rather distinct and are easy t tell apart. You seem to pick up on the details better with them. But I have a hard time telling between your Red, Roy and Mars.

Bio: Floyd Jeremiah Tolson, citizen of the United Kingdom, was born in Birmingham in the year 1989, to a middle class family. With powers manifesting in his body from a very early age, Floyd's early childhood can best be described with thorough fanboying over superheroes. The national hero Captain Steel in the history books, and Gwyneth Griffith on television, and many, many, many other heroes from across the whole planet. Sometimes one or another would even end up appearing in his city, which would be a treat for both him and the local population, and as time went on, his idolization of the profession only grew. Even if he had heard of the Young Blood Massacre back when he was young, he shrugged it off an began to pursue a potential career as a superhero, starting out by scraping up enough money to move to America and join the esteemed Thomsen High in San Diego.

Thomsen High then took off his rose glasses and threw him into the real world - sorry, kid, but with these powers, you're not going to go very far in the business. What, you can turn off your sense of smell to see more clearly? Would that do well against your classmates who can tow trucks and destroy buildings? Despite putting in more and more effort to try to become into a sort of "powerless hero" through training (which left him with a somewhat good knowledge of martial arts), Floyd eventually ended up dropping out after failing to endure the pressure, and moved in to a poor apartment in the city, with his life's dream crushed.

In the next few years, combined with the already intense situation of having to live all by himself for the first time in his life, Floyd nearly grew insane in his growingly desperate attempts to get back into the hero business. He put on a costume and the undercover name "Point-Blank" to fight crime as an unregistered hero, but all he was left with were bruises, unsuccessful attempts at stopping robberies and eventually getting shot by a bullet through the shoulder in a bank heist gone terribly wrong. Although he recovered, Floyd turned to even more insane forces for help. He could have sold his soul just to gain a bit more power...

...ask and ye shall receive. One night, in his apartment, Floyd received a visitor in the form of the fly-shaped demon Beelzebub, who offered him a deal - he will grant his wish of gaining gigantic strength, high enough to compete with the lucky powerful supers (and also build him a sword to go with these new powers, which Floyd still uses to this day), while in exchange, Beelzebub would gain Floyd's soul. Once he dies, he will burn in Hell forever. After a bit of debating with himself, Floyd agreed, and from there on out, a completely different Tolson entered the stage.

However, by then, it had been too late. Although Floyd had surpassed his limits, he had become too disillusioned with the idea of being a superhero to return to the business. And, after all - no matter what he does, he will head straight to Hell anyway, so why even bother with doing good when you can do the most satisfying thing? Floyd became an anarchist, spending his time traveling around America, doing whatever his heart desires - eat, drink, get women, rob someone if he's short on money, fight some other super, whether hero or villain, if he feels like having a fun battle. Floyd has turned far from his initial heroism, but he does not classify himself as a villain, either - after all, in his eyes, "if doing good were fun, of course I'd go do it".
Powers:

• Demonic Prowess: Through his demonic pact with Beelzebub, Floyd's physical condition is many times beyond that of a normal human person. His strength, speed, reflexes and endurance are all firmly in superhuman levels. In addition, the demonic energy pumped into him sustains him, although Floyd still eats for pleasure.
• Sensory Manipulation: This is Floyd's superpower, which he held since his earliest days. To put it simply, Floyd is able to partially or completely turn off some of his senses at will in order to strengthen others. So, for example, he could turn off all senses but his eyesight to have the most precise vision possible, or turn off everything but small to be able to feel even the most incremental scents. Before his demonic pact days, Floyd considered it to be a very weak power - there's only so much a person of average strength can do even with enhanced senses, after all - but now with his superhuman condition, the horizons have definitely broadened. In battle, Floyd usually turns off everything but vision, hearing and balance in order to strengthen his reflexes and battlefield awareness even beyond the usual levels.

Limitations:

• Demonic Pact: Floyd's power comes from selling his soul to Beelzebub - the transfer is held safely in the demon's lair. Should one or both of the parties decide to cancel the pact, Floyd's soul will be free, but his powers will vanish. (I mean, he'll still have his sensual manipulation... but that can't win battles by itself.)
• Connection to Beelzebub: Floyd's demonic prowess is power transferred to him by Beelzebub - if the demon dies, Floyd's powers will vanish, for obvious reasons. In addition, the power he draws cannot be more powerful than the demon himself, again for obvious reasons.
• Mortality: Floyd is obviously not immortal - Beelzebub wants his soul within a reasonable timeframe, after all. You can kill him with diseases, poison, overpowering him, so on and so forth...
• Sensory Blindness: Sensual Manipulation can only increase Floyd's senses so far. The farther you go with turning off "unnecessary" senses, the more vulnerable you become, after all. If Floyd decides to turn off everything but hearing to search for his opponent, you can catch him off-guard - he won't see you. If Floyd turns off everything but vision for higher precision, you can take him down by sneaking up on him - he won't hear you. If he turns off his pain receptors, he is in the dark on just how badly he is injured. So on and so forth...

Weaknesses (Reasons why someone could kick their ass):

• Anti-Magic: Demonic magic is still magic, and anyone with devices or powers which are focused on nullifying it will have an easy time taking Floyd down.
• Divine/Light Magic: As power drawn from God, angels or other generally divine sources is superior to power drawn from hellish sources, so are they superior against Floyd'd demonic strength.
• Sensory Blindness: Already explained how it works a bit above. Basically, if you have a clue how Floyd's superpower works, you can find ways to use it against him.

Likes: Fighting. Lots of fightin'. It's thrilling, it's intense and it gives Floyd the ego boost he sorely needs.
Dislikes: Now that he's become thoroughly jaded after his superhero career turned out poorly, Floyd generally dislikes superheroes and them running around everywhere. He doesn't consider himself to be a villain, though. Two sides of the same coin to him.
