Garret was a normal kid going to school, hanging out with friends, playing video games, practicing marital arts etc and he had a great bond with his parents Nancy Opal and John Opal. But when he was 8 he and his parents were returning home from a party when they encountered a criminal gang who attempted to kidnap them so they could use them to get one of their members out of jail. His parents resisted and in the struggle the gang killed his parents and took him hostage. They held him hostage for three days till the police broke in arrested the gang and rescued him.

This event left him with serious trauma. Through the next 5 years he lived in a foster home. During those 5 years in the foster home he went to therapy to deal with the mental trauma he had gone through. This therapy did help him move on from it but he still had PTSD attacks occasionally. Now while he had somewhat moved on he still was quiet and reserved most of time he would just wake up eat and just hang out in a corner or something.

This was his life until he was adopted. the family that adopted him was a family of 4 the parents the father Adam Dalph the mother Isabelle Dalph and their two kids their 15 year old daughter Serena Dalph and their 14 year old son Will Dalph. He was 13 when he was adopted and after about a year of living with them he slowly began to open up to them though he was still reserved and quiet. He began to practice martial arts again something he really did enjoy and made a couple friends there.


But when he was 15 he had a really rough day you see he had managed to get a girlfriend and made a small group of friends and a really god friend his best friend if you want to call it that. Well he learned that his girlfriend cheated on him with his best friend and they managed to convince his group of friends to side with them and they started spreading rumors. Combine this with a bad time in each of his classes well it was a bad day for him. He decided to go into the forest by his house when in a fit of rage he threw a fireball and used his strength to throw a tree.

He realized he had the power to control the elements and had super strength. He decided not to tell the Dalph family being sacred they would not accept him having powers. But he also knew he could not just ignore his power and he wanted to become a superhero for two reasons. Which were one he wanted to make criminals suffer for their crimes and two he wanted to make sure no one had to watch their parents die and be take hostage. So he decided to do this. He usually got home after school before everyone else and would have about a hour and a half to himself. So he would use that time to practice with his powers secretly. He also knew he would need a suit luckily there was a man who if rumors were to believed who had made suits for a couple of unnamed superheros. He secretly approached the man and after using the money he had made at his job and using some of his power to get some ore he got the man to agree to make him a suit and to agree not to tell anyone about it. He hid the suit and began to when he was alone to train in the suit until he was 17.

Adam Dalph had received a job in San Diego so they packed up and moved there. After arriving Gerald transferred to Thomsen High and thinking he was ready began to fight crime on his own taking up the name the Emerald titan.

Powers:

• [Elemental Control]: Can create and control fire,water, earth, and air
• [Super Strength]: He is very strong able to lift up monster trucks this also allows him to hit really hard.

Limitations:

• His elemental powers cannot create or control anything powerful enough to destroy a city in one attack
• Any attacks that could destroy a house takes time to charge up
• When he is using a element like fire he is weak to another and it goes like this when using fire he is weak to water, when he is using water he is weak to air, when using air he is weak to earth, when using earth he is weak to fire.

Weaknesses:

• [PTSD]: Because of that gang attack he sometime suffers from PTSD which can leave him unable to fight
• [Magic]:
• [He has a normal body]: While he is slightly faster and can take a bit more pain than a normal human seeing as he is in great shape he is still weak to bullets, knifes etc.

This is a great improvement, a really good show of effort. Only a few things to say: First, the bio is a lot better, but dragon crystals aren't something he would necessarily just find like that. Mostly exposure happens more passively and gradually than that. I think you're better off saying his powers just manifested themselves after a particularly hard day.

Next, describe super strength, mainly what kind of super strength because there's a lot of possibilities there. Also, I would you to potentially add either another weakness or limitation regarding the elemental part of the power, maybe something like, when they are using a specific element they are vulnerable to the opposite one?

Territories: The Rak'shan have a small yet growing empire emanating from their home system consisting of colonies and client races.
Race Appearance: The Rak'shan look human in appearance, however they have one or more horns on their head, sharp teeth and sharp clawlike fingernails.
Description/Lore: The Rak'shan are a people of traditions, rituals, ceremonies and honour. Rak'shan are sorted into Castes from birth and each swears an oath of purpose dedicating their life to the caste. The Rak'shan are also famous for combining technology and magic and for using both to enhance their own capabilities. The Rak'shan boast that they have mastered both life and death, though they have neither created life nor brought back the dead to true life. To attempt either is a taboo in Rak'shan culture.

The Rak'shan are a strict yet passionate people. They tend to throw themselves into their caste and oaths, but there are those who find the odd contradictions and unfair rules of the Rak'shan intolerable. These are Exiles.

Rak'shan are born from eggs, and their birth can be effected by environmental conditions. Rak'shan "spawned" together are often effected by the same conditions. This is how the "Starchild" spawning, "Moonborn" and other odd conditions come about.
Race Powers:
A normal Rak'Shan has no real special powers, but certain castes and subsects of Rak'shan have powers as well as certain Rak'shan enhanced.

• Techno-Shamans: The Techno-Shamans of the Jahiir caste are able to repair and invent the machines of the Rak'shan, able to "speak" to the magitech of the Rak'shan
• Death Priests The Death Priests of the Tanni are skilled Necromancers, able to bind the spirits of the dead to control the Rak'shan machines and create skeleton or zombie warriors.
• Genesmiths The Genesmiths of the Amutu fashion life, able to tell the genetic code of a being just by looking at them and knowing the rituals necessary to enhance beings.
• Enhanced: Enhanced are metabeings who exhibit different abilities depending on their enhancements. They have diverse weaknesses.

Race Limitations:

• Techno-Shamans: The Techno-Shamans cannot use their powers on tech that is not Rak'shan in origin.
• Death Priests The Death priests cannot bring a dead mind, body and soul into one being. They can only bring back each into separate beings, and they are often imperfect.
• Genesmiths The Gene-smiths cannot create life. They can only enhance it, and they cannot do much without time. They can effect temporary enhancements and changes upon others quickly, but they are not as powerful as the enhancement rituals and those rituals are permanent.
• Enhanced: Enhanced limitations depend on the enhancements given, however the amount of enhancement a Rak'shan can safely recieve also differs. If a Rak'shan receives too much enhancement they could begin to suffer major drawbacks, catastrophic health problems and even death. Enhancements cannot be taken away.

Race Weaknesses: The Rak'shan's power is concentrated in their horn. If you destroy a Rak'shan's horn(s), they go unconscious into a trance while their body heals the damage and repairs it.

A Rak'Shan cannot change their caste, and a Rak'shan of the Warrior caste cannot use the powers of a Genesmith.

Bio: Kona Quen Dahok was born under a great and foul omen. The seers fortold that she would both be a powerful Rak'shan, but that she would be one day banished from the Empire for disobeying their laws. The King and Queen, as a result, did not elect Kona as heir but instead named the firstborn Anuiki Ran and her eventual partner as their successors.

Kona was thankful for this as she was of the warrior caste, and so much prefered the idea of seeing the stars and fighting to defend her homeland to the idea of being a Queen. However she did feel that her parents already treated her as if she was a traitor, coming down especially strict on her. As a result, she became more disobedient and free willed. She began to grow jealous of her sisters preferential treatment and annoyed at how most everyone treated her with stary eyed reverence. She still loved her sister, and often went on small adventures with her.

Kona, obsessed with the idea of becoming an enhanced warrior, secretly volunteered for a special enhancement program with the Genesmiths under a false name. She was one of the few whos body did not reject the treatment, and so began to develop powerful abilties, including ones awakened by her spawning.

However it was after her 16th birthday that she fulfilled the prophecy of her birth. Kona attempted to get into another enhancement program, but this time she was caught and brought before the king and queen. She was too young for enhancements and as a Royal family member she was supposed to remain "pure". As a result, she was banished as an exile. She spent some time afterwards wandering the stars trying to find a new home before she stumbled onto earth.
Powers:

• [Super Warrior Rak'shan Condition]: Kona is much stronger, tougher and faster than a human. She can also breath in space. She has the potential to grow her power even more with more training.
• [Child of the Stars]: Kona is a Starborn, an incredibly rare spawning of Rak'Shan which comes with special abilities. These abilities were unlocked when she turned 16. As such she is enhanced by light and weakened in the dark. She especially grows stronger when exposed to the light of a star.
  
  • [Lightbringer]: Kona is capable of creating rays of burning light to attack her enemies. She is also capable of forging light into solid constructs.
  • [Flight]: Kona is capable of flying.
