I personally don't see anything wrong with the bio, I think it works fairly well. One thing that does seem odd is that the suit is never mentioned; perhaps mention how it came to be?
Also, I take it this is going to be a freelance hero?
Alright I added a couple of sentences that mention the suit. I also took the liberty to improve some parts I thought needed a slight touch up.
And yes at I intend for him to a freelance hero that seeks to join the Young Bloods.

- [Runic Magic]: Amir is capable of casting runes and sigil to manipulate the reality around him. Mostly, Amir uses it for enchantment and support, although he is able to use it for offensive purposes. An advantage his magic has over other kind of magic is that effect can last longer as long as the runes are still properly powered.
- [Above Average Intelligence]: Amir is exceptionally smart for a sixteen years old. His field of expertise is in engineering and physics, which he uses to augment his magical capability. He is also a fast-thinker and a creative person, allowing him to solve problems quickly, although sometimes it does have unexpected consequences.
- [Warrior in Training]: Amir show promises in swordsmanship and sharpshooting. He is still in training, but he does it better than other kids his age as well as most ameteur adults.
- He needs time to draw the sigils, and larger spells requires larger and more intricate runes. Thus one can dispatch him quite easily if he has not prepared the necessary rune in a fight.
- Amir is young and inexperienced in fight. While he is very skilled with his magic and sword, he haven't really use them in an actual fight, beyond sparing with his father or one of his father's friend.
- [Thaumic Exhaustion]: While the source of his magic originated from plane (or maybe planes, Amir has not investigated further than this), his psyche still act as its conduit. Drawing too much energy at once will put a burden on his body, much like electricity flowing through a wire. Although he is getting stronger and stronger with his training, he still got "short-circuited" occasionally.
- [Survival Before Consequence]: When left without plans, Amir acts impulsively, prioritizing his and other's survival over other targets. This can, and indeed has, lead him to a bigger problem than the one he is trying to solve. These short-sightedness in the face of immediate crisis can easily be exploitable by other.

- Super Intelligence: Mars possesses an IQ of 180, has a photographic memory, and has incredible problem solving skills. He is thus an expert Chemist, Engineer and computer hacker
- [Cyberkinesis: The ability to manipulate technology and the energy that flows through it. This means that he can control machines such as computers without actually touching them.
- [Mech Armor: Mars builds numerous suits of mech armor that give him increased strength speed and durability.
- Physicality- Physically Mars is an average teenager, and while in shape, is nothing special in that regard
- Needs electricity- The machines Mars can control have to be connected to some kind of energy source like an outlet or a generator for him to control them mentally.
- Hacking: While Mars himself is a skilled hacker, he is susceptible to another skilled hacker taking over his computer networks and the machines he runs on them. Particularly his mech suit Rocket is vulnerable to this.
- Short Circuit: Mars’ reliance on technology and electricity makes him vulnerable to water and other materials that can short circuit his machines.

Sure, and I don't mind him being a character. But this RP is going to start before the team is actually formed and would have associates, which is why I would like you to have a supplemental character not to get rid of this one. My fear is you won't have much to do in the RP for a while until the team is actually formed and makes a name for itself.

-Cracks knuckles, neck, spine, and toes for good measure.-

Well, because the Young Bloods haven't started yet he wouldn't be the benefactor yet. It's an interesting concept, though the other names sound a little strange admittedly. I say maybe, but let's keep the idea on hold for now.

Sounds good, and the "Other Team" name is definitely up for debate.

- Super Speed: The ability to move at extraordinary physical speed.
- Speed Lightning Manipulation: The ability to manipulate the lightning and electricity that he creates when he runs.
- His enhanced speed also enhances his metabolism, so he must eat a lot.
- Inferiority Complex: After the death of his sister, he began to feel like he wasn't good enough to be a hero. This can still be used against him.
- Rage: His anger can easily be manipulated.

- Shadow Absorption: Roy can take in any darkness around it, and use it to greatly increase his strength and speed, as well as project it as an energy weapon.
- Shadow blending:Roy can use shadows to blend in and make himself invisible to others, he can also travel short distances at great speeds when they are covered in darkness.
- Peak Human: Roy is in peak human condition.
- Trained Fighter: Roy is trained in hand to hand combat as well as survival skills and fighting with his staff.
- Human Condition: When not exposed to the shadows, Roy is entirely human like and thus is vulnerable to conventional weapons
- Limited Absorption: Roy can only absorb so much dark energy
- Light: Roy has a weakness to light, it disorients him and negates his shadow powers.
- Absorption overload: If Roy absorbs too much darkness it will cause him pain and deteriorate his body.

Here I thought they were already formed oops! So is it fine if I just change the part of my app that ask if they're a Young Blood?

- Pegataur Physiology: The Loshiak have the top half of a man and the bottom half of a pegasus. For a total of six limbs, they can use their hands and arms for much of the same capabilities as humans, although horse limbs are strictly limited to transportation. Wings too are limited to aerial transportation, allowing for long-term flight.
- Limited Aerokinesis: Possibly due to their origin as magical creatures, the Loshiak can control some substances in a gaseous state. When flying, this is used to propel or direct them easily, but it also has combat capabilities. They can call down fog or push an enemy away.
- Very, Very Limited Sorcery: Also due to their magical history, the Loshiak have an abundance of spellbooks and have a knack for being able to channel other-dimensional energy. However, these spells require memorization, and, due to the very recent civil war, there has not been much time for learning non-combat related spells.
- The Loshiak cannot go for a couple days without flying, as the wings need to be used often. If they are not, they often lose a lot of feathers and lose their ability to fly.
- The Loshiak cannot fly in space, or near the upper atmosphere as they require a substantial amount of air to be able to fly.
- Constant, constant grooming. Much like shaving, the Loshiak must cut their tails or they get in the way of walking (a Herculean task considering how far back their tails are). Not only that, but they must also take care of their wings often, since feathers take a while to grow back. Shaving their fur is also a must, for convenience (as they will shed everywhere).
- The Loshiak are very arrogant, moreso than even the most arrogant humans. Some would even go so far as to say it's build into their DNA. They believe they are the best at everything, and that they could never be bested in combat fairly. As a result, most would willingly do anything to prove themselves better than someone else.
- As a result of the Loshiak's horse limbs, they are very skilled at walking/galloping across mostly flat areas. Anywhere else, is quite difficult. Getting them up stairs would be almost impossible without the use of their wings (which can't be used in an enclosed space).
- Wings: The wings of the Loshiak are very delicate and must be taken care of. Tearing the wings off results in them never being able to fly again, and plucking feathers (instead of letting them fall out) results in them never growing back.
- Water: In addition to the standard "they can't breathe in water", water is like the enemy of the Loshiak. They can drink water, but getting drenched in it is very unfortunate. Getting their fur wet makes it very difficult for them to fly (due to all of the extra weight); getting the wings extremely wet also prevents them from flying until they dry out enough. Water also somehow weakens, and if there's enough of it, disrupts the Loshiaks' connection to Thol's dimension, and prevents them from casting many or all spells until they dry out.
- Sorcery: As stated before, most Loshiak (except for elders) do not know many spells, as the information has been fought over during the civil war. Many books were destroyed to prevent the other side from receiving them, although their natural affinity for magic means that there are still plenty of books. Still, finding a good source of information for spells is extremely difficult.
- Loshiak Physiology: Yierneg has the abilities listed in the Loshiak app above.
- Talisman of Invulnerability: This talisman allows Yierneg to spread a protective layer around his body, power by his will. This protective layer is unbreakable, but each attack on it weakens his willpower, and, if it is weakened enough, he can no longer hold it up. This protective layer must be consciously enabled. Any injuries sustained before it is put up are not healed, but they can no longer be damaged more by an outside influence. This talisman takes about half an hour to recharge. As per standard Loshiak weaknesses, this layer is greatly weakened or destroyed by excessive amounts of water.
- Talisman of Anonymity: This talisman allows Yierneg to, effectively, disappear. Not only does he turn invisible, but he cannot be detected through hearing, smelling, touching, or any other sense. The only way for him to be found would be for a telepath to find his mind (or for him to be drenched in enough water to disrupt his magic). He can only stay in this state for ten minute increments, with ten minutes inbetween.
- Talisman of Temporal Disruption: This talisman gives Yierneg the ability to temporarily slow down time. To others, he seems to be moving in superspeed, but, in reality, they are just moving slow. However, time is a very powerful force that must always move on, so Yierneg can only slow down time for a maximum of thirty seconds, usually less.
- Sorcery: Much more advanced in sorcery than much of his race, Yierneg would still probably be considered a beginner in the magical arts. The only spells he has successfully mastered are illusion spells, which hide his true form.
- Standard Loshiak limitations.
- Although most of his race is condescending, Yierneg is even more so than most, due to his royal status. He sees himself as above all humans, super or not, magical or not.
- As stated before, the duration of the talismans' power depends on Yierneg's will. He, as a result, does not have enough stamina to operate more than one talisman at a time.
- Loshiak Physiology: Yierneg has all the weaknesses detailed in the Loshiak app above.
- Talismans: Yierneg's talismans only work when he has physical contact with them, which is why he wears them around his neck. If someone were to take them, they would be able to use them if they knew how.
