Broken Dream-IC [NATION BASED RP]

Postby Chewion » Tue Nov 21, 2017 11:23 pm

BROKEN DREAM RP

Welcome to the Broken Dream RP. This is an RP modeled after the Disunited States or Fractured America RPs. You will form your nation from the fractured states/territories (and territories) of the US and Canada. The RP starts in the year 2020 three years after a fictional event occurs causing the fracturing first of the US following quickly by the break up of Canada. Military equipment will be based on what is in a state/province as of 2017 IRL except in the cases of naval vessels. They will be distributed based on a countries ability to maintain and operate. Keep in mind things such as naval ports could have been built in the three years allowing some new nations, say Texas, the ability to have larger ships like aircraft carriers or submarines because they also have the ability to maintain them financially and fuel wise. Also overseas units will return to the states they were based on with the exception of Navy and Coast Guard which will be spread out. For GDP use most recent data you can find.

Short Timeline

January 2017: As political tensions rise the United States decides it can no longer stay together after President Weston tries to suspend the inauguration of President-elect Reed. The split is mostly peaceful with states quickly coming together to form their own nations.

February 2017: In Canada the instability of the US’s breakup starts to create cracks in Canada. Quebec nationalism soars and soon they declare independence resulting in the other provinces quickly following especially those that oppose the ruling Liberal Party.

Later 2017: A large conference is held in New York City in which all of the nations agree to recognize each other. Later the UN recognizes this deal recognizes most of the states. The more powerful states are added as permanent Security Council members to fill the US’s influence void. Those are California, New York (or whatever nation is created containing New York) and Texas. Likewise Texas, California, New York, Quebec, and Ontario are given seats at the G7 (now G10) and G20 (now G23). In order to appease other powers Germany, India, and Japan were also made permanent UNSC members.

2018: Instability starts to end as the governments are seen as legitimate.

2019: After a year of lobbying it is announced all former US and Canadian States/Provinces will be allowed NATO membership regardless of what ocean they are near.

2020: RP starts

Austin, Texas

President Kiser sat at his desk writing a personal letter to the Governor-General of Missouri. Missouri like several states had opted to go it alone as independent nation-states. Now Kiser was hoping Texas's economic growth and military power would draw in Missouri adding farm lands and, most important to Kiser, B-2 bombers.

To: Governor-General Eric Greitens
From: President Kiser

My friend,

You and I are both conservatives and military men as well as good leaders. Missouri offers certain obvious benefits to Texas and Texas offers overwhelming benefits to Missouri. Thus I am proposing Missouri joins the Republic. This would open up one of the worlds largest economies to Missouri and offer the protection of the strong Texan military which ranks in the top in the world.

Sincerely,

President Kiser

Next Kiser turned his attention to the upcoming G23 summit which will be held in Houston. In a few weeks time world leaders would be arriving and Kiser wanted to ensure everything would be perfect. An honor guard would meet every leader and the meeting would take place in the luxurious George R. Brown convention center.

¨Project Shtorm is going smoothly, she is expected to be launched in less than 9 months, we have the two finalist from the name competition, President Putin and Glorious Russia are the finalist, the vote will be held in a month for the winner.¨ The Junior Minister said.

The Confederation of Democratic States

It was a sunny day in the Confederation’s capital, a temperate one at about 70 degrees. The former capital of South Carolina had undergone changes as it was donned the mantel of the The Confederation of Democratic Republic’s capital City. New buildings had been constructed to fit the new Confederation’s government as it had arrived on the heels of it’s 3rd anniversary of being an independent nation. It was certainly one among the many changes the city had gone through in the recent years.

The Republic of South Carolina’s capital was transferred to Greenville, SC. The most populated city in the South Carolina Republic. It too had construction that had went underway that would be beneficial to lead the SC’s government. The South Carolinians went the more traditional route when constructing their new capital buildings, so it was not that different.

Back to the affairs of Colombia, the city of only 135,000. It took notable growth population wise as it became the capital of the Confederation, but also became the thing foreign emissaries saw when coming to the Confederation. A Humble city if nothing else, it didn't show the boastfulness of say a city such as Detroit. However the Confederation was not Haughty, no it took it’s steps very gracefully. Reputation was all so important when it came to dealing with foreign nations, and possible benefactors. It would be foolhardy to make it seem as if the Confederation was full of fools, which it most certainly was not. So they claimed at least…………..

The state of the Confederation was one of hope, and excitement. The numbers of the Confederation seemed to grow continually, and it seemed like two more members would be finding themselves within the Union soon enough. The closest being Georgia, who had gathered so much anticipation that Confederation flag with a 7th flag already anticipated the Republic’s joining. Georgia had a lot to bring to the Union, and it would not be missed or wasted in any haughty manner.

The men and women in charge of Foreign relations amoung other things were very anticipative of the State joining the Union. Especially the president, who the more states in the Confederation, the better. It was a shame they could not convince the Virginias into the Confederation, but you can’t win them all. However,Georgia, and Indiana seemed to be hot the tails of joining the Confederation regardless.

Trade had already seen a magnificent increase between the Confederation and Georgia. The CDR was in negotiations with the lone Georgian Republic, and discussions in the Congress were reeling for an allowance for the Georgians to join the Confederation. As of right now, the CDR was probably Georgia’s biggest trading partner, and would be included in the economic benefits that member states of the CDR enjoyed. It would only be a matter of time before the Georgians were accepted into the Confederation. The Indianans would soon follow that trend.

The Seven Star banner was already practically flying throughout the Confederation. It was a time of anticipation. CNN(Yes, that CNN) was giving particular interest to the matter as it now found itself as a Georgian Company, reporting on the positive public opinion of the joining of the CDR. It was hardly a unnoticable sentiment, people hung Confederation flags from their trucks, their porches, and the Confederation’s mottos were also commonly seen. “Et quia amor noster cogit Homines” in Latin or in English “The Love for Our People Compels Us.” The mood was a hopeful one, one where the ideal that Americans still can work together. However the differences of the States must be respected as well, which the old United States had so blatantly disregarded.

The Gray House-(House of the Confederation's President)

Cameron was a man of strong character, and despite hailing from the State- or now Republic of Texas, he found himself representing the people of the Confederation. He was a Senator elected for North Carolina before the split occurred, and the fateful meeting among the Confederation’s original Republics were held. He was selected as the first President of the Confederation, and consequently remains fairly popular, so won a legitimate first term in the Confederation.

Of course he also had a lot of dealings with the Prime Electorates of the Republics(Basically Governors, albeit with more power) as the states had a lot of say in what direction the country went, and with only 6 states, there was a lot of room for stubborn states to be mad about one thing or another.

However as the President sat in his office, he had a bill before him. The Annexation Bill had just been passed through the House and Senate, and it was up to him to sign it. The bill pertains to Georgia in particular, and once he signed it, all that was left was for a vote in Georgia to confirm their joining of the Confederation. He twirled his pen, not quite signing it. Why? He didn’t know, but it probably had something to do with his youngest child standing at the door.

His name was Alexander, 8, peeking inside the room. Raising an eyebrow, he called out to him saying “Son, what are you doing? I thought you were with your sisters? Do you need something?” He said, crossing his arms.

“Watcha doing, daddy?” He asked, a question he shouldn’t be surprised he asked. He was always interested in what he was doing, though he couldn’t fathom why a 8 year old would be interested in politics? Sure, he had a deep interest in History, but he didn’t think the two had to correlate. Then again, it did make sense to a point. It’s reasonable to see that people fight a lot throughout history, and why? Usually due to political reasons. WW1 was nothing but politics at play in the long run.

“I’m doing some, uh, paperwork Alex.” He said as he looked at the Annexation bill, or “Paperwork” as he had just phrased it to his Son. He felt it was too complicated to explain to him at the moment. Perhaps not now, though maybe later. He’ll have a lot of time in the white House Regardless. “Look son, I need you to go right now. I know you’re interested in all this, but I have work to do.”

He nodded, and slowly left the room to which Cameron sighed, and began signing the bill. At this point, the only thing left was just getting the bill to the Georgians to vote on. A secretary took it out, and later today the Georgian Congress would approve it. Then the integration of the Georgian Republic to take place as 7th Republic to join the CDR.

Boston
The opportunities to expand were very limiting for the Plymouth Commonwealth. To the west was the much larger and more powerful americans. To the east was New Brunswick, and to the north was the Quebecois. The people of New Brunswick were very similar to those in the Plymouth Commonwealth. The border between the two was very unregulated. Thus, they were the main chance to expand.

To: Lieutenant Governor Jocelyne Roy-Vienneau and people of New Brunswick
The Plymouth Commonwealth is a progressive paradise, and we would like for your great nation to join us in union. I believe we could be stronger together. We share very similar cultures and we couls do greag things together. I would love to hear back soon.
Much Obliged, President Bernard Sanders and the people of Plymouth

My friend,

I agree Missouri and Texas would both benefit from our annexation into the Republic. It’s on these grounds I invite you to come to Jefferson City to lay out your proposal to the legislature.

Aleppo, Syria

Three Su-25SM3s soared over the the Russian and SAA ground troops, screeching towards Aleppo they let there cargo go, the dozen or so bombs tumbled end over end and landed sending a mushroom cloud of dust into the air and leveling 4 buildings holding islamic state militants in them.

At the signal from the Russian commanding officer near 50 9A52-4 Tornado Multiple Launch Rocket systems from the 439th Rocket Artillery Brigade surrounding Aleppo began firing along with the Towed artillery from the 19th Motor Rifle Division and the SAA. The Artillery began leveling the city void of most of its civilian population which had already fled.

This was all in preparation for an attack by the 19th Motor Rifle Division supported by the SAA in order to push the Islamic State from the city. Formations of T-72s, BTR-90s, and BMP-3s where ready to begin the push into the city.

The Confederation of Democratic Republics

With Georgia in the Confederation, that left three more possible Republics that could join. The first was Indiana, which the Hoosiers were already in negotiations with to join the Confederation. Then came Illinois, and Wisconsin. The Confederation had already showed particular appeal to the Great Lakes States, so their interest came as no surprise. Of course those were those simply most likely to join, other states were liable to join as well. However that was not the only concern that the Confederation found itself with.

As of present, it found itself with new borders. That being with Florida, which was fine enough in the Confederation’s eyes. As far as border procedures were concerned, that was left up to the Government of Georgia. In Foreign Diplomacy, not much was expected to change between the two Nations. Well, at least as far as the politicals in Colombia expected. However the joining of Georgia definitely had it’s benefits as far as the Confederation was concerned. First off, that just added over 10 million people to the Confederation’s population. Of course there was the well off Georgian Economy which was added to the already strong Confederation Economy. Finally what should be noted is the military additions such as the former United States Air Force Plant 6, or now known as CDR Air Force Plant 1. This will help for the production of F-22 Raptors, and their CDR versions. This bodes well for the CDR military, which was going through a process of making sure the Military’s suppliers were up to the task of supplying the military. There was also need to make sure the CDR military wasn’t as wasteful with its funds as the USA’s was.

While the Navy and Airforce were well on how to develop the tech they needed for the CDR, and how to provide for their respective branches, there were smaller things that the CDR’s army needed to take care of equipment wise. Whether they should continue with US designs, make their own designs, and what not was an issue. In the meantime, the CDR decided to allow foreign nations to sell them Tanks. They took particular interest in France, the UK, Germany, and Russia. They seemed to have capable tanks, that the CDR would be interested in buying. It of course all boiled down to who could provide the best offer when it came to selling the CDR military tanks while it decided what path it should take in regards to it’s tank programs. The CDR wasn’t even sure if they would buy any, but allow foreign nations to show off their tanks and which design path the CDR should follow. This approach was also taken to Small Arms, as the CDR was looking for another Standard Rifle to replace the M4. Of course the CDR’s Arms manufactures would be competing as well, developing their own prototypes to present.

Foriegn Diplomacy

To:The Republic Of Indiana
From: The Confederation of Democratic Republics

Hello, on behalf of the CDR I wish to invite your republic to join our grand federation. Yes, we belive it has come to the point where we belive it would bring nothing but benefits for both sides if we join together in a Confederation. It would be only fitting for us to stand together once again as brothers and sisters.

To: Arms Manufacturers around the World
From: The CDR.

We are providing an opportunity to sell to us Main Battle Tanks, and to equips the CDR’s armed forces with a Uniform Service Rifle. Think of it as a Competition if you will. We hope that you will join us soon in Colombia to exhibit your weapons of war.

Missouri

Kiser stood before the Missouri government and started his speech.

“Missouri will benefit from joining the Republic in many ways. First and foremost access to one of the top world economies. Defense provided by one of the top World military powers. A strong voice in the UN through our Security Council seat. And, most importantly, access to good ole Tex-Mex.” He three the last part in to lighten the mood which seemed to have worked. 20 minutes later the legislature voted unanimously to join and the Governor approved it on the spot. Walking outside Kiser and the Governor raised the Texan flag for a photo op before Kiser left for the Airport to head to Houston for the G23.

One day later

Houston, Texas
George R. Brown Convention Center

President Kiser stood just inside the main doors of the building waiting for his guests. They would be met at Bush International by a red carpet and honor guard complete with a band to play every Nations anthem. They would be greeted by Texan representatives and then escorted to an awaiting car and taken to the convention center. There they would find another red carpet and military band. Then they would enter and shake Kiser’s hand and take a picture before heading to the reception hall where they would wait for everyone before taking the “family photo” all together.

Houston, Texas
Putin walked down the steps of his Jet at Bush International airport, walking down the red carpet to the tune of Russia's anthem.

Walking up to the Texan Representative he said in Russian, "You are the Texan representative yes? Good guide me on then." A translator standing nearby translated what he said and soon they where off to the convention center.

Exiting the Limo to the yet again to the Tune of the Russian anthem Putin strides down the red carpet and into the convention center.

Seeing President Kaiser he said, "It is a pleasure to finally be meeting you President Kaiser, I hope something that benefits both of our nations can come out of this meeting." The translator quickly translated this.

Fredericton, New Brunswick
President Sanders stood before the legislature at a podium. His speech lasted a mere 25 minutes, but there were some key points that convinced the New Brunswick legislature to join.
"New Brunswick and the Plymouth Commonwealth both share similar culture, similar politics and share so many other things. Both our nations may be small and the world may think we are irrelevant, but together we can show the world we are a powerful people. The Plymouth Commonwealth is a proud, progressive nation that has continued to blossom since the birth of the Commonwealth. I do sincerely hope for New Brunswick to join the Commonwealth. May our similarities bring us together in this temultuous time."
The legislature at the end stood up and applauded Sanders. He smiled humbly.

A Day Later
The legislature voted unanimously to join the Commonwealth, and the people of New Brunswick looked forward to joining the Commonwealth.

NOTE: THIS IS ALAROMA'S POST, HE SENT IT TO ME BECAUSE HE COULD NOT POST AT THE TIME

Indianapolis, The Free Republic of Indiana

In the city of Indianapolis, the Confederation’s President, Cameron Menking stood before the Legislature of Indiana. The city was one on edge, as it knew the risks of having this man in their presence. Everyone in the room knew the risk of the proposition the man had, but everyone also knew there was no other choice. The oppressive Government they had answered to for the past few years was repressing their people, something they could not standby and watch. As it stood, the Government of Indiana was the only government that had the Gaul to break their chains, and now they had to flee to safety. Safety that the Confederation of Democratic Republics was offering them. In the grand chambers of the Indianapolis Legislative Building, the men and women who represented Indiana had their eyes trained on the man who offered an “Out” for the people of Indiana as they had to come to terms with a “Great Evil.”

Straightening his tie, and clearing his throat, he began “To you, I have many things to offer. But I have one thing I think you will appreciate above all the other things the Confederation can offer. That is safty ladies and Gentlemen, yes, Safety. Safety from your old oppressors who seek to put the heels of their boots on your throats. That does not have to be ladies and gentlemen. The feeling to know your loved ones will not be in danger, that you will not have to fear for your lives. No, that feeling can be avoided. Your children will not have to be a bargaining chip with those who seek to harm you. No longer indeed. How am I so sure of such things? The Confederation’s military is one of the most capable in the world. A economy that competes on the Global stage to back up that economy as well.” He said in what could only be described as a soothing voice, which was intentional. Nerves were running high in the room, and confidence things would good fine go a long way.

“Second, we can offer you freedom in our Confederation. You will not be under the oppresive government you once were, we can guarantee a free people under the government they choose to Implement. Our constitution was designed to protect the people. You will have the room you need to respond to your people’s needs in the way you see fit. The repression of your people will not be a problem you will have to even think about it. One of the greatest things in the Confederation we value is Freedom. Liberty closely follows. Don’t ever be mistaken, this Confederation is a place of Freedom.” He continued before his Audience.

Over the course of 20 minutes, the President continued his speech, it growing more explosive until it’s conclusion.. “Finally, I find it only appropriate that we come together in a more suitable way, as Americans, under a Confederation where all our values are taken seriously. I have one final message, the people of Indiana deserve better. This is better, and you have the obligation to give these people better. Damn what those bastards in Chicago think! If they can’t appreciate such fine people, they don’t deserve them! And finally to mister Fett Keth! If you are listening to this, Fuck You! On behalf of me, the Confederation, and the People of Indiana! I think you forgot the meaning of Liberty in your title!” With that an enormous applause broke out, and then eventually devolved into the people of the Legeslative singing On the Banks of the Wabash, Far Away, the state song of Indiana. Soon after, a Unanimous vote to join the Confederation was carried out.
Military Readiness

Okay, so we have ourselves an interesting situation. The president literally called Fett and his boys bastards. While encouraging a breakaway state to join the CDR. We expected this, but we’re going to have to expect war with Gadsen. They’re crazy as, and we all know this. However the International community should be on our side considering the blatant disregard for Human Rights Gadsen has shown thus far. Regardless, the Michigan, Ohio, and Kentucky Air Forces have been assigned a united central command, and the rest of the Confederation’s Air Forces will soon be under one Direct command structure. So will the rest of the Military. However as far as our Air Forces go, they’re on high alert and preparing for Operation in Enemy Territory. Meanwhile Airbases and other assets are being used and deployed in Indiana.

As it stands, the CDRAF out classes our opponents. Heavily. The goals are simple, strike AA Defense, Military Bases, Gadsen Military Airforces, any production they have for their military operations. With aerial Superiority, any organized resistance to Confederation Forces won’t last very long. Their army was big, but that’s all they had going for them. On the part of the Confederation, the military would call upon the Republics to give manpower to the CDR War Machine. The main driving point would be to reach Chicago. Marines made their preparations in Michigan, where they would prepare to make an amphibious landing. Meanwhile the Army would drive to the city from Indiana. After that, it would be a matter of securing other large Gadsen strongholds and liberating them.

In the longrun, the CDR Military planned for an easy victory if- no when the two sides came to blows. They would probably get support from the masses as well, as they’d try to paint themselves as liberators. This would of course lead to more complicated matters at hand in the invasion, but that would be left to another day. For now, reserves would be called to action to serve the Confederation as it prepared.

Houston, The Republic of Texas

A week later at Houston, President Menking and his immediate family landed. Considering most of his extended family lived in Texas, it was a good time to get to catch up with old friends and family, and to see how they’ve been for the past few years. It was a time of tears, and joy. It was good to be back in Texas, that was for sure. Well, the president grew up in the suburbs surrounding DFW, but Texas was still home. Strange as that might sound for him being the president of the CDR, but sometimes work out like that.

The next day it was time to go to the CDR Meeting. He expected it to go smoothly if nothing else as his limousine took him to the meeting. He was on the phone with his oldest daughter, 16, telling him something's his wife wanted him to know. As of right now they were with family while Cameron attended to buisness, but what could one do?

Soon he arrived at the Convention center, walking to through and shaking the Kaiser’s hand. “Hello old friend, let’s see if we can get real work done today, eh?” With that he went off to his own seating in the Convention Center. He expected it should be an eventful meeting, if nothing else.

A few years ago....Silicon Valley, Greater California

Under the escort of several military officials, all in black-and-red uniform, a group of men and women in lab coat were escorted to a hidden, underground facility located somewhere in Silicon Valley. Soon as the elevator stopped, the guards stepped outside the elevator, then set to patrol the area. Meanwhile, the group of scientists continued their way to the inner sanctum of the facility. The level they were in was a rather small portion of the whole facility, the hallways were narrow, with uncomfortable blue lights illuminating the way. They stopped at the end of the hall, having greeted the guards, they each took out an USB key, inserted into a small device located outside the room at the end of the hall. Soon as all the USB's were plugged in, they were allowed into the second security room, where each individual's facial features, walking posture are analyzed to confirm their identities. Having passed through thorough security checks, they walked into a large meeting room, with a figure, whom is all covered in shadow greeted them, "ladies and gentlemen of the inner circle", the figure said, "welcome, welcome.......please, have a seat". The scientists each sat on a predetermined spot around the meeting table, the figure in shadows took out a touch-screen remote, pressed a button, then the curtains unfolded itself, "ladies and gentlemen, I am aware of the argument that.......our diplomatic relationship with Texans may not succeed, but nevertheless", he leaned forth against the table, revealing a pair of deceptive and to an extent, horrifying look, "we have our insurance policy.....soon enough the XB-70 prototype will be restored to its former glory, it might not have the capacity for the latest variation of nuclear warheads, but the amount of conventional munition it carries should deliver a guaranteed shock, that's.......if our negotiation fails. Any questions?".

Next Day...

A diplomatic message was sent to the foreign affairs department of Republic of Texas, indicating the the will for Californians to establish a diplomatic friendship with Texans.

Code: Select all

To: Texan Republic State Department of Foreign Affairs

I am writing this message in aim to address a rather bitter misunderstanding between our nations, and more importantly, between our cultures. In this, I wish to narrow the burden between our nations by formally requesting a meeting between state ambassadors from our nations in aim to establish diplomatic relationship and potential trade opportunities, which is perceived to be beneficial to citizens from both nations.

Sincerely
Jane Erikson
State Secretary of Foreign Affairs, Greater California

Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, CDR

A TAF C-17 came to a halt on the Air Bases runway and started taxing towards a small group of CDR military officials. Inside was a working prototype of the M1A3 Longhorn and, because of its secret nature, it was agreed to be brought in at a high security Air Force bass away from other nations eyes and public cameras. As the C-17 came to a halt its cargo bay door lowered and the tank was quickly rolled out and into a hangar to be shielded from view. Inside two men from Texas Heavy Vehicle Corporation, a man from the Texas Department PF Defense, and a Representative from General Dynamics Texas, General Dynamics Texas based subsidiary, all three groups greeted their CDR counterparts. In addition a BR-01A rifle was brought along with a representative from Longhorn Firearms. The rifle was slated to start entering service with the Texan military in a month and had been cleared for export a week prior. They laid it on a table and had a soldier with experience with it standing next to it ready to show its proficiency.

10 Kilometers East of ISIS controlled Fallujah, Iraq/ISIS

The 5 balckhawk helicopters landed near the small town of Mazraha which, according to intel had only a few insurgents which would be cleared out quickly. The 55 Texan Rangers exited their helicopters and set up a position as the pilots took off back to Baghdad. The Rangers would meet up with Texan Marines about 5 miles from Fallujah. The Marines were numbered in the hundreds and had a few tanks and mobile artillery with them. They would use the US’s past mistakes in clearing Fallujah to their advantage knowing what not to do. It also didn’t hurt that the Rangers were equipped with TALOS armor. Making their way into the town they pushed in and cleared the houses taking out the few insurgents they cane across. Following that they started their hike to the rendezvous point.

Für Freiheit und Der Bunde

South of Nuremburg, Germany

General Hansel Armistät watched as the aircraft circled lazily around the airfield, a host of other brass around him. The S23F "Typhoon II" was the next German stealth bomber, a replacement for the decades old abut effective Typhoon. The black and unpainted aircraft made very little sound, a slight buzzing was the only thing emitting from the aircraft as it dove and climbed. General Armistät turned to the leader of the Projekt, Kommandant Fülsting. " Ja kommandant, she will do. Congratulate your team, I'll send the note to Berlin. Have a good day." Armistät acknowledged Fülstin's slight bow and walked off, entourage in tow.

Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, CDR

A few hours after the Texan aircraft landed with its complete net in tow, a second, much larger aircraft landed, this one painted with the markings of a German aircraft. The aircraft was in fact a former C-2 Globemaster of the US Air Force, one of seized by the German military a few hours after the US collapse. In fact, almost the entire equipment means of US forces in Germany were seized after the collapse, the reason why Jägersgrüppe 2 was now equipped with F-22's and many German armor units would find M1A3 Abrams beside the Leopard IIAH5's.

As the Globemaster, renamed the W-32 " Giant" for the German Luftwaffe, slowly taxied to a halt, well dressed members of the KSK followed a Leopard II and a Puma IFV out if the large aircraft, all glancing around and holding HK-433C's, the commando model of the newest standard German assault rifle. Behind them filed a few officers and other assortments of Infantry, including an MG3 team from Saxony and a Panzerjägergrüppe from East Brandenburg. All the troops immediately gathered around the Leopard to and glanced up at an old Oberstleutenant, who was rapidly speaking orders in German. A little bit away, a Käptain announced the arrival of the German contingent to Columbia, in order to prove their worth in the exhibition.

With New Brunswick joining the Plymouth Commonwealth, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island were the next logical members of the Commonwealth. President Bernie Sanders went about writing invitations to the two to join the Commonwealth.

To: Lieutenant Governor Arthur Joseph LeBlanc and the People of Nova Scotia
As I'm sure the people of Nova Scotia are well aware, your former Canadian brothers in New Brunswick have joined the Plymouth Commonwealth in glorious union. Our culture, politics, and much more are very similar. Your new found republic may find itself looking for an ally due to your small size in land and population, and The Plymouth Commonwealth is it. I ask for you to allow me to come to Halifax and propose why you ought to follow New Brunswick in joining the Commonwealth.
Much Obliged, President Bernie Sanders

To: Lieutenant Governor Antoinette Perry and the People of Prince Edward Island
I'm sure many of you have noticed that the shores across the sea now fly a new flag - the flag of the Plymouth Commonwealth. New Brunswick, as you likely know, has joined the Plymouth Commonwealth. There are many benefits to joining the Commonwealth, but most importantly, we offer safety. As of right now, your new found Island republic is at the mercy of its much larger neighbors, ones who simply see PEI as extra land. But the Commonwealth seeks to help you, and protect you. This is why I request to come to Charlottetown to propose to you why Prince Edward Island would very much benefit from joining the Commonwealth.
Much Obliged, President Bernie Sanders

Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, CDR- Presentation Time

Image

The C1 Jackson MBT, a prototype by the CDR Manufacturer Global Initiative Land Systems, which would be undergoing analysis by CDR military officials as to regards to the future MBT of the CDR Armed Forces. It was a working tank, and definitely one befitting of the CDR, and other first world nations. The question remained if the tank would be able to deploy as the CDR's MBT without other Nation's influences creeping into it's designs. It had the old American MBT's influences in some areas, but it's own influences in other areas as well. Meanwhile the T4 Rifle was also there, and ready for display.

Going before the representatives from the various nations, General Walker, who would be administrating the examination, announced “Welcome to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, we will be going to testing these weapons over a course of a few weeks. Let’s begin with the rifle trials shall we?” They were taken to a lab where the a T4 was displayed, along with various American Rifles. This lead to a shooting range. “Okay everyone, this will be the first test. The first tests will primarily for the Rifles while the MBTs are prepared for their own trials. Private Nguyen, get your ass over here!”

Image
(T-4)

A young private holding a T4 walked over, saluting the general before nodding to the foreigners. He was noticeably very comfortable with the situation. “We will be starting the tests with a simple firing off the weapons, then we will go from there.” Walking over to the range, he stood in firing position while everyone involved in the rifle testing got proper hearing protection.

The T4 Rifle had a caliber of 7.62×51mm NATO standard, a larger caliber for the CDR Rifle. While the rifle had a larger caliber with more recoil, it gave more accuracy and distance for the rifle. As Nguyen tightened his grip on his rifle, he let off a three round burst into multiple targets. The weapon would let off single round, tri round, and full auto modes. Hitting the targets with spectacular accuracy, it was a good weapon.

Unbeknownst to everyone the T4 was already tested, and orders for the Marines and the CDR Special Forces. It was a reliable weapon, and Versatile leading to its soon introduction with the Marines.

While the targets were all close range, the rifle could reach 600 Meters for Effective range. Though that varies with various prototypes. These variants would be specialized in things such as sniper roles, allowing CDR special Ops a reliable partner from afar. When the Private finished, the General offered up for someone else to give it a try.

Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, CDR- Presentation Time
A Russian spetnaz operator walked forward with the Russian main battle rifle in hand.

In perfect english he said, ¨This is the AK74M3, an upgraded version of the AK74, it is capable of of Single fire, double round burst, and fully automatic fire. It shoots 5.45×39mm increasing it´s accuracy tenfold from it´s predecessors , the Design of the rifle makes it almost impossible to jam.¨

He then put the rifle to his shoulder and aimed down the sights, he switched the rifle to single fire and put a round into the center of each target, switching to two round burst he pulled the trigger twice, spacing the shots into the center of the center target, then switching over to automatic he dumped the rest of his magazine into one of the targets, easily keeping the rounds near the center of the target.

Washington D.C.
President O'Malley sat on a lawn chair overlooking the front lawn of the White House. Just days after the FRA had been declared and he took up the responsibility of presidency, security around the White House had increased threefold. Very few were allowed to get close, and even fewer had the privilege of seeing the interior of the historic building anymore. Since the Federal Government seized control of the 6 states plus D.C., he had been prompted up as the interim president, until the USA could once again be united.

That was, unfortunately three years ago. In the time since then, numerous fake governments had been setup all across the former continental United States, proclaiming the independence of numerous phony nations, propped up by Americas enemies. The blame laid mostly on the Russians anc Chinese, who had since been able to to far more without America there to intervene. Soon they would pay - Americas enemies will once again feel the wrath of America. O'Malley had worked personally with the E.U. to keep the UN sanctions on Russia. China best watch its back.

An aide walked in. "Sir, the despotic regime propped up in the states of Montana, Dakotas, Nebraska, and Wyoming is once again waving their microphallic around, trying to press their claims as the legitimate successor to the great United States. The G23 is in session, Germany is protesting it, the Plymouth communists are seizing Canadian land, the Confederate insurrection has taken Georgia, and the lone star scum has annexed Missouri. That is your daily update."

Martin looked understandably pissed. He was the one chosen to reunite the the States, and his enemies continued to intervene against just that.
"Send some divisions of marines to wreak havoc in Plymouth, The Confederacy, Texas, and California. The ones in California are to start as many wildfires as possible, blow up dams, and yes that includes the Hoover, target Silicon Valley and Las Vegas, destroy major ports. You know, ruin their entire fucking infrastructure. Those in Texas need to recruit liberals, communists, socialists, whoever will join to start a rebellion in the capital, Austin. Those in Plymouth need to capture their precious president, he will be dealt with quite easily, as his propped up communist state is small and week. Those in the Confederacy need to attack cause disruption in Cleveland, Ohio and Savannah, Georgia. I don't care how, but they are the biggest thorn in our side, and the first step towards a reunited America."

The aide quickly got to ordering those needed to get the things done. The traitors would pay.

With Plymouth having a rather large border with an erratic rival, it would need some strong allies. The biggest and best ally for this situation would have to be the CDR.

To: President Cameron Menking, CDR
Our two nations share a border with an erratic despot that claims to be the sole and legitimate successor to the former United States. President O'Malley, in his thirst for power, has failed to realize that America is not reuniting anytime soon, especially not under his regime. It is for this reason I propose a military and economic alliance between our two nations. I would like to discuss the more detailed parts of this matter in person. I invite you to come to Boston so we can talk about this proposed alliance.

Chicago

Fett Kath had recently finished eating a delicious barbecued dog drenched in sauce, which had been fine picked and stolen from an impoverished family. But he felt angry enough to vomit it all up once he heard of Indiana's faithless act of treason.
"They WHAT?!" He called out in anger, slamming the table of his office.
"The symbolic Indianan government has seceded to join the Confederation....and most of their population supports them," the secretary responded with a fearful tone.
"I know what to do. Leave my office at once!" Fett Kath yelled angrily, shooing them out of the room.

That day, he would make two announcements.

Dear subjects of our glorious Protector of Liberty Fett Kath, blessed be his name, there is now a new rule in the mandatory social contract signed with Gadsden™.

It is no longer a crime to murder citizens of Indiana, and as a matter of fact, for every Indianan proved killed, you will receive 500 Gadsden Bucks™.

Thank you for your service, and happy hunting to all you patriots.

Gadsden™ hereby declares war on the so called Confederation of Democratic Republics for their illegal occupation of Indiana. We will not cease until our rightful private land.

Milwaukee

A group of workers on strike were organized outside of a government office in Milwaukee, carrying signs and calling out for workers "rights". After being told by the police to stand down, it soon turned into a riot. Rubber bullets didn't prove to be enough, and so, the government called in the big guns.

"STAND DOWN AND RETURN TO WORK IMMEDIATELY OR FACE BRUTAL EXECUTION," A loud voice called from an attack helicopter, hovering just ahead of the massive crowd. When they started throwing rocks at it, the helicopter threw things back. It strafed the protestors then flew up to firebomb them. As the tiny remains of the crowd fled, the helicopter then flew off to repeat the process. This was an everyday occurrence in Gadsden, as almost no one supported the "liberating" private dictatorship.
A rowdy redneck from South Carolina who tries to RP every now and again.
"That rifle on the wall of the labourer's cottage or working class flat is the symbol of democracy. It is our job to see that it stays there."
