Good, i actually did notice that

So just some input I know we are SF and suppose to respond at a moments notice but maybe give us a bit more time to adjust our loadout that way we are not dealing with 4 bolt actions.

You know how there was an option in the app to pick your primary weapon? That wasn't my fault that we got 4 bolt action rifles.

Also know that in a case of a fixed personnel roster it'll be stupid to lock load outs while going into the blind.

How'd you like it if Ace Combat has a locked loadout and you're stuck with the same loadout until you're actually in the air? Sounds kinda dumb when the mission planners send one out on a mission without a single word till they're close.

17 hours. 17 bloody hours to discuss and give a mission briefing about location and whatnot to better prepare people mentally, and it's not like a profile can't be drawn up and given upon activation.

If the OP demands standards, i expect standards as well. It's a two-way relationship where the OP expects people's chars to act like soldiers, and players could expect the organization to act like one itself.

Why are players and their characters being assigned fault and blame for such a thing so basic? Caused by circumstances and orders from the commander too.

It's being brought up here thank you very much. If one simply says that they're free to conduct the RP while it having little realism about it, it just shows that there's an issue about standards.

You get slightly triggered by a squad having 4 bolt-action rifles. I get triggered by that situation being brought about due to inadequate command and control, inadequate mission planning pre-mission. If raising the issue isn't helping then it's not helping the RP in general to grow and improve.

And again I said it be best to bro g this up with Anowa in private. You equating two things that are exactly equal in this case. Me getting a little ass hurt over composition of the squad and the desperation of weapon and it's effect on the mission are not judgement calls on the players it's a judgment of the situation. Sure if some had not chosen a sniper role in favor of say a combat life saver or autoriflrman then this wouldn't be an issue but them simply wanting to be snipers isn't a bad thing in and of itself. You however are making a direct judgment call on Anowa and his handling of the op as it stands. Your well in your right to do so but there in an order of magnatute between the two complaints being made here. Yours would simple be best placed in a private conversation rather than in the OOC. We rectified my minor complaint through reshuffling the squad compositions, your complaint is however a judgment of operation and thus deals personally with who you are complaining about. It be best to take it to a private arena, TG's or Discord would probably be best.

Not OP nor CoOP, but I would suggest using the English names and/or acronyms of certain units because I had to do look up what the Sepah-e qods was. A simple "Qods Force" would have sufficed. I also had no idea what NEZSA and NEZAJA were until I searched it up. Even then, it was only a very rough understanding, as I think NEZAJA might be the Islamic Republic of Iran Army but I can't confirm.

An automatic rifleman uses a machine gun not an assault rifle because their role is to provide suppressing fire. For Iran that would be either the RPK, RPD, PKM or MG3. Or MAYBE an M249 taken from an Iraqi armory.

Unrelated note: when you were out in the field as CCT, did you wear the Airman Combat Uniform or the Battle System?

And is the Airman Combat Uniform what happens when you stick USAF tapes on them?

I wore The Army Combat Uniform in Multicam, The Marines FROG in Desert MARPAT, or dressed as a local depending on day and mission, I was allowed to were either ACU or FROG so I didn't look any different, the Battle System looked Just different enough to get me killed if a Trained Sniper knew what to look for, and sometimes I dressed as a local if i was needed to go ahead and look around and most the time we didn't wear uniforms but just shirts and pants

Ah yes, i can understand. Personally I prefer original names, but i'll see if I can make it a bit more clear.
The Islamic Republic of Iran Army is called either Artesh or AJA. NEZAJA is Islamic Republic of Iran Army Ground Forces and NEZSA is Ground Forces of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.

Oh boy... I'm no expert on military roles and couldn't find much on automatic rifleman, Wikipedia eventually directed me to automatic rifles which were just the usual assault rifles. I'll have to see what to do with it. Might change weapon or I might as well add a drum magazine to the AK.
