On the Reed event:
Stephens will attend and compete. He doesn't have a background in competitive shooting but is an avid hunter and recreational target shooter.
Smith obviously won't, she will likely try to tag along with Jared's shenanigans.
My other characters are not of the status to be invited.

Amend the MIssissippi constitution so that marriage is defined as beinng a man and a woman, and only eligible marriages can receive marriage certificates.
