Biography:
Carlyle was born in Vancouver, Canada as the third son of the Canadian celebrity chef, Franz Roderick Carlyle. He attended a prestigious K-12 private school in Vancouver, until he was kicked out in 8th grade for "accidentally" starting a fire in the school gym. The Carlyle family turned around and sued the school for an undisclosed amount which lawyers described to the press as a "shit ton of money." Carlyle finished high school at Robert Borden High.
Carlyle attempted to attend Washington State University but was expelled after being caught cheating on 20 separate exams. After his father pulled a few strings he managed to get a free ride to Northwestern University where he managed to complete journalism school.
He landed a cushy job at The Washington Post but was fired for "undisclosed reasons"
Carlyle wandered around for the next few years, and wound up getting arrested in Utah for illegal gambling. He managed to be paroled after serving two months of his six month sentence because he was a model inmate.
Carlyle wrote a book about his time in prison which surprisingly landed on the New York Times bestseller list. He got a job offer from "The Oregonian" and moved to Portland where he met his wife Matilda, a British woman. Together they had a son named
Angel and a daughter named Sandra.
When Carlyle turned 40 he quit his job at The Oregonian and decided to start his own news outlet. With a small team of writers he founded "The Social Issue."

Two questions about the fire. If it was officially 'accidental', why did he get kicked out? And second, did they win the case?

They would probably be friend's, after he (most likely) loses he might just move on to become the Casey Neistat of the Right wing or just move somewhere secluded where he won't get assaulted.

Biography: Born to extremely wealthy parents with direct ties to the US Automotive Industry. Carolyn Kay Durant was botn in Chicago Illinois on April 12 1952. Her childhood was one filled with opportunity and adventure, her parents financing elaborate vactions and lessons on everything from Equestrian skills to Piano. At age 18, Carolyn was accepted into Cornell University despite her average grades and proceeded on to get a degree in English, originally intending to become an Englishe professor. After meeting and falling in love with the man who would become her husband, a law student named Abraham Arnowitz, however, she decided to pursue law herself. Carolyn often approached Abraham for assistance on certain legal concepts, and eventually the two began dating, marrying in 1975.
After the completion of Law School, Carolyn helped finance the creation of her and her husband's practice, Arnowitz Law, a small operation in upstate New York that quickly became the regional go-to in Employment and Labor Law. After running the practice successfully for several years, Carolyn decided she would go out on a limb and run for the State Assembly, viewing it as a sort of testing ground for if she had a future in Politics. Evidently, she did, winning the seat's primary in an upset against an embattled incumbent republican and triumphing over the seat's Democratic challenger. Upon her election to the lower House, Carolyn halted her work with her husband's firm and devoted all of her time to legislating, becoming a prolific bill writer and becoming known for bi-partisan measures that actually passed. She rose through the ranks, coming into position as the Minority leader in 1993 and maintaining that role until her selection as the Republican candidate's Lieutenant Governor.
Upon her election to said post, Carolyn focused on pushing for measures combating Gun Violence, creating affordable housing, and expanding New York's industry, particularly in the northern part of the state, serving the typical 4 years and declining to run again, instead taking the opportunity to attatch herself to the Presidential Campaign of Texas Governor Owen K. Shrub as his North-East Coordinator. Upon Shrub's electoral success in New Hampshire, he offered the successful woman a position as Ambassador to Israel, something she declined to accept due to a self-professed lack of international experience. Determined to reward her, Shrub then offered her the post of Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, something that was a little more up her alley and something that she graciously accepted. She performed as would be expected in the post and resigned it after Shrub's first term, clearing the path for her Deputy to be promoted to the top gig.
Due to her long history in New York and a plethora of connections with the state party, Arnowitz was able to secure enough internal support and call in enough favors in 2006 to be chosen as the replacement for ailing Republican Party of New York chairman Ryan Hathaway, a move that severely angered the originally intended replacement, his son. She has performed all the necessary functions of the job since then, but has recently grown tired of it, wishing to do something new. So when she saw the opportunity to jump into a field consisting of what she viewed as "two buffons" she took it, and announced her candidacy at the same time as her resignation from the chairmanship.
Other Info: Converted to Judaism in 1975, the same year she married her husband Abraham. Four Children and Seven Grandchildren. Early Supporter of Calvin Reed's presidential campaign.
