The cabinet nominations and initial legislation were held up greatly, for extended periods, by player absences and scheduling difficulties. With those alternatively completed, or at the point of being set aside, the current event to help newcomers ease into interaction is the final slow portion remaining at present.

If Sinclair wished to make a late entrance, and he may or may not as he chooses, I do not particularly care either way, it has gotten to a rather late point.

Carlyle was born in Vancouver, Canada as the third son of the Canadian celebrity chef, Franz Roderick Carlyle. He attended a prestigious K-12 private school in Vancouver, until he was kicked out in 8th grade for "accidentally" starting a fire in the school gym. The Carlyle family turned around and sued the school for an undisclosed amount which lawyers described to the press as a "shit ton of money." Carlyle finished high school at Robert Borden High.
Carlyle attempted to attend Washington State University but was expelled after being caught cheating on 20 separate exams. After his father pulled a few strings he managed to get a free ride to Northwestern University where he managed to complete journalism school.
He landed a cushy job at The Washington Post but was fired for "undisclosed reasons"
Carlyle wandered around for the next few years, and wound up getting arrested in Utah for illegal gambling. He managed to be paroled after serving two months of his six month sentence because he was a model inmate.
Carlyle wrote a book about his time in prison which surprisingly landed on the New York Times bestseller list. He got a job offer from "The Oregonian" and moved to Portland where he met his wife Matilda, a British woman. Together they had a son named
Angel and a daughter named Sandra.
When Carlyle turned 40 he quit his job at The Oregonian and decided to start his own news outlet. With a small team of writers he founded "The Social Issue."
