It is only a good idea to associate yourself with Governor Williams if your character comes from a Deep South State, and REALLY needs to win a primary

Actually, I'm going to see if I can change her backstory and say she moved to California to attend a University, so instead of being a mayor, she's going to be a regular citizen running for office.

Does anyone want Clearwater? I may just have him remain in retirement and perhaps use him for something one day.

But I want to run someone in NC because it would be fun and is not crowded at all right now.

I would take him... but expect little until Mid-April.

Nope, a Democrat by state law, but appointed by a Republican Gov and confirmed by a Republican state legislature.

So it's Brankers 2.0

At least he can claim he was not endorsed by Gov. Williams over Lotto.

I understand that, which if allowed, I want to change her history from former mayor of El Paso to Texas teen who moved to San Diego to further her career, stayed and resided thereafter, became a high school teacher in California and is planning to run for governor, so she isn't fairly new, she's been residing in the state for most of her adult life. I'm honestly doing it for the story, I think it's going to be neat writing as a teacher trying to run for political office.

A random teacher running to preside over 30 million people and one of the biggest economies in the world?
