Your military description doesn't seem to match the points you put into it. "9" requires either a large army or an advanced army, and your description implies neither.

Sorry, misunderstood. I will then claim Schleswig-Holstein, the Netherlands, Brandenburg, Ireland, Santo Domingo. I will put the other point into technology, bringing me up to five. I will reduce military power to 7, putting the two saved points into economy.

Total Military Personnel: 100,000 Myrioi. Each polis maintains their own paramilitary forces however.
Army Equipment: Reverse-engineered Soviet & German equipment used as a baseline for the local arms manufacturing industry.
Army Training and Doctrine: Professional volunteer armies with a heavy emphasis on armor and mechanized warfare that utilize both mission type tactics and combined arms.
Air Force Size and Quality: A modest fleet of 250 fighter aircraft and 50 strategic bombers manned by around 5,000 personnel. Designs are based on Soviet & German make. Soviet style airships are seen as too slow and unwieldy however and are mostly neglected in military aviation, though that might change in the future.

~History~
As redstone lit the world aflame and unraveled the civilizations of man in the cataclysm of 1943, local metropolitan authorities in Greece rose to prominence as the central government collapsed in the following post-war period. The rise of these city states, sharing the same names as their ancient predecessors- the polis, occurred during a period of hardship following the war, in which disease, famine, conflict were common, especially between groups and poleis.

Athens, Corinth, Thebes, and Delphi rose as prominent poleis during the post-war period, though a number of less significant polis also operated. These micro-nations warred, traded, and vied for supremacy over the country in the following decade.

Over time, these poleis were eventually ruled a number of ultranationalist parties largely inspired by the rise of fascism in pre-war Germany and Italy. In the absence of traditional governmental and religious authorities prominent in the the Old World, these ruling elites soon ushered in a wave of Neo-Classical and Neo-Hellenic revival to the beleaguered populace, who quickly latched on to the model of Ancient Greece and the veneration of their ancestors as means to escape their hardships.

The paradigm shift and cultural reversal was complete and total. Language changed. Religion changed. Attire changed. Culture changed. To a period lost to time, to the golden age of yore reborn in the image of the postwar world. Koine Greek spoken by Alexander and the Byzantines became the common tongue. The Gods of Olympus returned after two thousand years of silence, supplanting Christianity as the dominant faith, venerated and worshiped in temples across the country once again. Trousers and shirts gave way to the himation, the peplos, and the chiton. This nationalist movement eventually became known as Panhellenism or the Panhellenic Renaissance, and it became both a unitary and centripetal force that helped the post-war country recover from the ravages of 1943.

By 1953, a decade after the initial red stone collapse, the various poleis had finally united under the Delian League led by Athens, who would later reconquer Thrace and more importantly Constantinople the following year. After reunification, the League was renamed to the Panhellenion League, who spent the following decade up to 1962 in relative peace, aggressively pushing colonization efforts across coastal Anatolia, while trying to assert its authority on the various islands that dot the Aegean Sea.

How are you able to maintain a colony? The oceans have frozen over. It's several months of walking through snowstorms to go from Europe to the Carribbean. Furthermore, your army is still too weak.

Include a few armoured airships or at least some motorised vehicles (for both combat and for transport), and I'll accept this.

Just saw the revised political map just now. You can color my nation yellow if it's the blue is too similar to Scandanavia.

Also, I wasn't sure when I was making my app, but do Krete and Cyprus count as provinces or just islands? If not, I kinda want an Anatolian province to my territory to represent Hellenic recolonization of the peninsula.

Krete and Cyprus are both small islands and do not count towards your province total.

All I can see is that maybe Vikings vs Cajuns for Santa Domingo for economic reasons as I can't live on Redstone mining forever. Probably the NOD Cyborgs would like to help in mutation and genetic manipulation studies to try and make life more bearable in the Redstone-infested territories.

I mean, it's Marked of Kane anyway, they have better access to tech than Black Hands and generic NOD (awakened instead of militant squads), though, I had to reserve to Tiberian sun units so it's not toooo advanced ( seriously, if I was to use the third game's units, one redeemer would have allowed me to claim the entire Eurasia continent)

I mean, one of my goals of my country is to research into what causes the Abomination, try to make more livable and then use it on my population to thrive in the Redstone-infested United States.
