You know what, I actually really like this. There are a couple of confusions I am having, but I am going to make this work. First, 750,000 Germans seems like a lot of Germans to follow you to Africa, but I am considering accepting it. Second, I do not understand what this Afro-German merger culture is. Is it a new German culture effected by its environment, or a mixture of native African and German culture? If it is the first, that's fine. If it is the second, that would not make much sense. I am pretty certain your nation would be racially divided for hundreds of years to come, so it does not seem feasible for your two populations to share much in relation to culture or lifestyle. Also, your Nigerian population seems a bit high. Not saying there are not that many Nigerians there, I just don't believe that many natives would assimilate into your nation. Third, switch your 3rd, 4th and 5th rates, to 5th, 6th and unrated.
