Japan / other people using rifles - rn using a rifle as a standard weapon is a pretty shit decision. Ammo designed specifically for rifles has not yet been invented, which means rifles are only marginally more accurate than muskets but take forever to reload and even longer to clean. If I were y'all I'd just stick with muskets until the 30s.
