Name: George Brinton McClellan
Age: 35
Birth State: Pennsylvania
Description: Pic
Allegiance: United States
Rank: Major General and current Commanding General of the United States Army
History: McClellan was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to surgeon Dr. George McClellan and his wife Elizabeth Sophia Steinmetz Brinton McClellan. He had two brothers, John and Arthur and two sisters Frederica and Mary. His Great-Grandfather was Revolutionary War General Samuel McClellan. Starting at age 13 in 1840 McClellan attended the University of Pennsylvania to study Law but after two years decided to take up military service. In 1842 he was accepted to the West Point United States Military Academy at age 15 after his father sent a letter to sitting President John Tyler. McClellan was an extremely dedicated student at West Point, befriending Southern aristocrats and taking interest in the teachings of professor Dennis Hart Mahan and Swiss Officer and Napoleonic War general Antoine-Henri, Baron Jomini. McClellan graduated second in his class losing only because of his drawing skills. After a short period working with engineers at West Point, McClellan was sent off to fight in the Mexican-American war. He arrived too late to take place in the current fighting and was struck with dysentery and malaria. After recovery he found himself frequently in combat and would rise to the rank of Captain. After the war McClellan traveled with his future father-in-law Capt. Randolph B. Marcy to discover the Red River, being falsely reported as dead during the expedition. While west McClellan translated a French book on bayonet tactics and contributed to the Pacific Railroad surveys. McClellan traveled to Europe to observe the Crimean War including the siege of Sevastopol.
When the war began in 1861 McClellan was in high demand among the Union Army. All three of the largest states requested he lead their militias. In April 1861 he took control of the Ohio Militia. He quickly came to be second in command of the U.S Army and held a cordial relationship with Lieutenant General Winfield Scott that deteriorated after Scott refused both of McClellan's plans for the Union's strategy. McClellan's first real assignment was to occupy the Westernmost region of Virginia who wished to remain a Union State. He found himself in controversy as he refused to set free slaves of any West Virginian citizens. He won two victories and found himself a national hero. In July McClellan was appointed in charge of all Union forces in Washington D.C. and founded the Army of the Potomac.

Total is about 105,000
Accepted, however, the III Corps will be lead by Phil Kearny, and the IV Corps will be led by Judson Kilpatrick, as per Corps applications. I also suggest Quartermaster instead of fearsome presence, it fits Little Mac much better.
