Would anyone be willing to ally with Italy? I intend to to build a fort in Djbouti ( or just take over Eritrea which ever occurs first ) and will give it to any power which agrees to help me in a war with Austria for the Adriatic and Tyrol ( so, not a big war ).

Eritrea? Not gonna happens easily with me as Ethiopia, mate.

At the very least, you have to expect heavy resistance. It's not entirely uncommon for African nation to war with European nation on 19th century, after all.

Ethiopia's lands are, for the most part, rather poor, thankfully though, you have relatively easy access to west and central Africa which is richer, and if you head south, modern day Somalia, Kenya, Tanzania, and most especially, Mozambique, have important ports on the Indian Ocean trade route, which while not as rich as the Silk road, is still fairly rich, and would be worth a lot to consolidate (Part of why Portugal took ports in that area historically).

Not really. But to be honest, Ethiopia will not really comfortable of having an European colonial power neighboring them.

Of course, at the same time I will try to invade Eritrea. Or Somalia first.

Yep, planning to conquer or forcefully vassalized Somalia. Vassalization requires political power, while conquering requires military power. Though to be honest, puppeting them does sounds easier on paper.
