However, you also have to change your powers up to not control the powers of others. I don't know how your guy doesn't accidentally blow himself up, either. You could use a better description, or just a picture, and your bio also is formatted badly(every sentence shouldn't be a different line).

Ability/Abilities:

"I've got some good ol' tricks up my sleeve."

Enhanced Endodermis - Laced with a nano-material and coupled with internal shield capacitors, his body is capable of withstanding a number of blows.

Overclocking - While he may not be a machine, aside from the few minor enhancements he has been blessed with, he has a peculiar ability to enhance his intelligence, speed, and strength at will. A strange, colorful, energy has been seen to Arc across his body, even more so as he increases the multiplier.

Artificial Overlay - Of his other enhancements, his vision is overlayed with with information about his surroundings, current status, and whatever else he is able to access. This is coupled with a largely inactive AI known as Atlas, which in the past had been in synergy with his consciousness, that preforms these dynamic scans and updates.

Technorganic Physiology - Due to the series of augmentations and genetic changes made to his body, he's naturally faster and stronger than the average man, along with aid from a series of neural enhancements that boost his capabilities further.

The Omega - His systems run at full capacity, and his mind merges with the Atlas AI. A nano armor shell is grown across his body to enhance his durability, provide increased powered assistance to motion, and aid in sensory input. With his consciousness and AI melded, he is capable of performing complex calculations and movements in a flash, improving his movement speed, skill, and combat capabilities.

Flaws:

- The shielding can only withstand so many consecutive blows before it needs to recharge, nor can it withstand much past a .30 cal round.

- Overclocking can be easily withstood for low multipliers, but it can quickly cause harm if pushed too far.

- The Omega only lasts the duration of a battle, and it's a one-time thing until the next repair job is done due to the accelerated degradation of his body.

-EMPs are a bitch.

Personality: Even while he's not a machine, he is still cold. Naturally, he's selfish and focused almost entirely on himself due to his current condition. Survival is a tricky game, and he plans to stand until the universe fades before him.

Biography: He was the preceding creation to Pierce, once known as the Omega. His purpose was to follow orders and push the agenda of those who created him, and he was built to do just that. A near flawless killer, an assassin, a technorganic lifeform more capable than any of the military.

Eventually, however, he became outdated, tossed aside to fade into the darkness as The Alpha began production. The pinnacle of their research, a war machine of genocide, a god.

Rather than resenting her, he saw use of their next victim. He took her under his wing, standing as a friend in her time of need, helping her work through the pain and horrifying changes. But, he was also manipulating her, feeding her anger and hatred.

Then she snapped, and he was free.

Are the abilities illusion manipulation, and Tactical Analysis make a lazy character broken. I am making a character for this RP who is a mix of Shikamaru, Kisuke, and myself. I just wanted to know if there are limitations I need to be aware of.

The type of poison can cause harm to the skin, eventually killing. So, if you get a cut/bruise he will die.

1) Who still has no room mate? None of my characters have one, but I don't mind making them shack up together.

2) Who is free to talk to? I know Triss was supposed to talk to Candace, but it looks like Rudy's doing that now. Val is also open.

To Forest, I ask:

1) Out of the 6 pages of IC, what posts actually matter for me?

2) Before Anton agreed to go on this mission, he'd ask what they were retrieving, what security measures they were facing, and how they planed on getting in and out. How would Wesley respond?

You shouldn't do that. Tohopka is a different character than Toby. So the interaction would be different. Just retcon that interaction and we'll start from scratch.
