Her uniform is reminiscent of that of the RCMP, except the hat is a lighter shade of tan, the uniform is Olive Green, and with it comes with a darker green Armband with a Canadian Maple Leaf in Gold.

Character: Somewhat of a klutz, garnered from her friendly fire incidents and her collision with an ice sheet that was her downfall, she is otherwise fairly upbeat, and what some would say is stereotypically Canadian, polite and seemingly overly apologetic. Not what one could call a drunkard... usually... but keep an eye out on the alcohol stores, just in case she decides to be one for the night.

However, the relatively ambitious program proved too much for the Soviet Naval yards, and the project underwent a series of delays and setbacks until, in January 1942, it was sold, with only about 20% of its hull complete, to the Worker's Republic of Canada. From there, it took an impressive year and a half to complete, commissioned in August of 1943 as the Vancouver thanks to the industrial might of the United States, and serving in the Atlantic up until the end of the war. In December of 1944, she was fitted with 6 K-Type Depth Charge Projectors while docked in Great Britain. She sunk after her hull became compromised via a fatal collision with an ice sheet February 4th, 1962. Over her career, she was the aggressor in 7 separate friendly fire incidents, all of which taking place in the Summer of 1944 due to being issued faulty decoding hardware and radar equipment.

Character: Catherine is not what you'd expect of a ship of her size- she's a loose cannon and doesn't know much tactics, only dive in head first and give the enemy's crotch a good punch. In other words, she's frisky.
Special abilities: She's ludicrously strong, and can annihilate basically everything with a full salvo. It's equivalent to a small nuclear blast. Nevermind her intense endurance, with a massive fuel bunker of 44,000 tons. In comparison, Yamato had 6,500 tons. She can stay at sea for insane periods of time.
Technical Description of the vessel: The Imperatritsa Ketrin was the only ship of her class, a pure political statement from Rustyal. She's been designed to take down capital ships- even itsself. Ketrin served a lot of her life in port, using the scary fleet-in-being tactic during most of the cold war. After the cold war, she served as a minor museum ship, letting civilians look at her up close while she protected the port city of Vladivostok.

Now we have the big one... I'm kinda taking this like a WW2-version of the famous Longsword, sold by Lyras over on GE&T and, if you agree, Rustyal, she'll have the same drawbacks: Enormous fuel consumption, enormous turning circles, a gigantic target and middle finger to physics and practicality, but if the Captain of that vessel/the ship girl wants something gone, it's gone.
Would that be agreeable to you, Rustyal, as those will basically make her our Hotel Yamato?

Also, people, just to reiterate: Character per people has a maximum of four (maybe more in the future, we'll see about that), with rooms 'opened' at the dorm when the need arises. Basically, there's no limit to the amount of players and, therefore, ships (except four per player, but I hope, you see, what I mean).
As it is, if anyone has problems with coming up with vessels, and be it only the name, you can always come here and ask for help. I believe, that we have a rather friendly group, so I don't think, that anyone bites... I hope?

Character: With his nature and the food he produces, unlike other ships he has a sweet and caring attitude, constantly going on sorties that involve heavy combat to raise morale. However, this does not mean that he is lenient as anyone, excluding older ships and destroyers and below, will get hit in the face with a block of Himito Youkan if caught stealing. The exclusions need to pay a slightly higher price.
Special abilities: As he is a supply ship, he can easily raise moral and provide food for ships during longer sorties
Technical Description of the vessel:
Built under the 6th fleet expansion: Supply vessels plan, he was built with some breaking edge technology for his time, including facilities for making sweets be it western or traditional, and even a small farm of cows for fresh milk and cream. The trade off was that he was slow despite his massive horsepower, most of it going into producing sweets, and the lack or armor or guns. But regardless, he was escorted so heavily that high command considered removing his sole gun. During his peace time service, he was known as 'The floating sweet shop' as he mainly produced sweets, while his sister ship was known as 'The floating restaurant' for her savory dishes over sweet ones.

Even after they were considered outdated, high command still refused to scrap them and instead modernized them. But as newer and more efficient ships came into service, he along with his sister ship were relegated to the task of museum ship, and to this day they are still making food from their original compartments.

Most naval officers that were in service when they were in active duty still say that their food is the best over the newer ones. This is primarily due to the fact that food was made on the ship itself.

Even after they were considered outdated, high command still refused to scrap them and instead modernized them. But as newer and more efficient ships came into service, he along with his sister ship were relegated to the task of museum ship, and to this day they are still making food from their original compartments.

Most naval officers that were in service when they were in active duty still say that their food is the best over the newer ones. This is primarily due to the fact that food was made on the ship itself.

As for the shop-idea... I'm not completely convinced. The idea is good, but the dorm-rules were supposed to allow mingling and interaction between players and characters, making it easier for everyone involved to get people to know each other. How about this: They have their shops, both supply ships for food and workshop ships, but they still live in the supply ship dorms. Would that be agreeable to everyone?

Everything can either be called an aircraft carrier, a battleship, a cruiser of any kind, a support or supply vessel, destroyers, frigates and corvettes of any kinds, basically everything larger then an E-boat that was commissioned into your country's navy between 1900 and 1950. E- and PT-boats and the likes can however be used as piloted by fairies, the character in charge of them as their Schnellbootbegleitschiff (sorry for the German Link, couldn't find it in English.
That also includes deals as with for example HMS Victory: Commissioned centuries before and kept in commission until today.
