I know what I'm doing, anyway, I think. I genuinely designed both of my ships- Imperatritsa Ketrin and K-591.

Ok. I didn’t want to put too much on in case it became implausible again. I’ve put 5 of the 125s on there now

I'd call it a day for now. You've done well.

Also, no inconveniences caused. I love fixing up stuff like this.

I usually count them as capital ships, as I am biased due to Hearts of Iron II. We had this discussion before, if my memory serves me right... alright, heavy cruisers are okay.

The Assorted Saharan Outposts wrote:...really? That's a lot of tons more than Comet and..the other one I made. Huh..

As said, it's not a rule. It's not even a guideline. So... as long as the Assistant isn't a Paddle Boat, I'm alright with it (pending the rest of the text, of course).

Btw., Sleet Clans, Legatia, please be aware, that Amy is still by the docks waiting for damaged ships, so.
(And thank you, NE.)

I'm dealing with the Abbysal right now. If Mest doesn't respond soon I might move on (pending the outcome of skipping it), but I don't see any interaction with Amy.

Feel free to tell me how wrong I am with these ships. Or...if I can add anything, I guess.
Personell file - Operational Sector Wide Sea - South West

Name: HMS Anchor
Type: Submarine
Class: Yo-class submarine that I found from the wiki
Role: Main goal is to just keep up with Prince Comet. She does a good enough job, also with providing covering fire.
Nation of origin: Kingdom of Mann
Year commissioned: 1903
Image or description of the ship girl/boy: https://orig00.deviantart.net/42f1/f/20 ... han776.jpg
Gender: Female
Character: To keep it short, she's energetic, though it's more like anxious energy, and she tries to use her cute charm to get what she wants.
Technical Description of the vessel: I mean...Yo-class submarine? I don't think you need the technical data for that either? If you do, though, just tell me. If not I'm just gonna...get rid of that.

OOC-section:
RP-sample: You've seen me
Have you read and understood the rules? Ahead Flank! There we go, that's it.

Personell file - Operational Sector Wide Sea - South West

Name: MNF Halve
Type: Destroyer
Class: Rune-class
Role: Meant to attack from farther distances. Destroy the enemy before they can get too close.
Nation of origin: The Free City of Manhattan
Year commissioned: 1900
Image or description of the ship girl/boy: https://orig00.deviantart.net/1788/f/20 ... 8nfk8i.png
(Do cyborgs with no clothes on count as nsfw? She's made of metal)
Gender: Female
Character: she's very tough and scrappy. She likes to apply beatings, and to take them herself. She's practically a masochist. She also has a sort of disconnection issues with the other ships. Injured ships are spare parts, enemy ships are future salvage that she can add to herself to repair herself. Kind of like cannibalizing a car...except she's sort of the car.
Special abilities: I mean...she can shoot a fairly long ways ahead of her.
Technical Description of the vessel: All you need to know was that, before she was an abyssal, she was a ship that was part of a like that was more or less made from other, older ship parts. When in use, after destroying most of a ship, the crew would try to take any metal pieces they could use for possible future repairs.
Technical Data
Displacement: 165 tons
Length (overall): 175 feet
Width: 17 ft
Draught: 5 feet
Propulsion: verticals quadruple expansion engine, and 2 screw propellers
Speed: 29 knots (I'm basing this off of one ship and I don't know how accurate the wiki is so)
Complement: Can hold about 55 men.
Armament: 3 450 mm torpedo tubes, and 1 QF 1 pounder pom pom anti aircraft gun, and two 1 pounder thirty seven milimeter guns
Armour: just...two milimeters around the whole ship. Not much, but she's got enough to last.
Notes:
A few sentences or an article, please.

Personell file - Operational Sector Wide Sea - South West

Name: NMS Starboard
Type: Support Ship
Class: Fodder-class ship
Role: Well, now that she's an abyssal her role is to help Comet. She's his assistant.
Nation of origin: New Munster Republic. Same as Comet.
Year commissioned: 1907
Image or description of the ship girl/boy: https://static.zerochan.net/Yumeno.Yume ... 655550.jpg
Gender: Female
Character: Surprising amount of innocence for an abyssal. Honestly, with her soft spokeness and how easy it is to push her around, it hardly seems like she's an abyssal at all.
Special abilities: Can practically use anything to fix her up. She's very crafty.
Technical Description of the vessel: The literal definition of cannon fodder, this ship was made to be in overwhelming numbers, mass produced so that you provide too many targets for a single enemy ship. However, she can still attack if she wants to, hence why there are guns on her. They may not do that much, but they do something.
Technical Data
Displacement: 84 tons (pretty damn light)
Length (overall): 130 feet
Width: 14 feet
Draught: 15 feet
Propulsion: 1,800 hp triple extension steam engine
Speed: ~25 knots
Complement: 30 men
Armament: 1 deck mounted torpedo launcher, 1 76 mm gun
Armour: .5 mm. I think that'd work?

Character: Silent, cold and calculating. Doesn't care much for mercy, but if she finds herself in a tough situation she's probably going to flee regardless. Doesn't complain often and certainly doesn't disobey orders.
Special abilities: Can just make a clear path through debries, which is cool.
Technical Description of the vessel: Made in the beginning of the Superior-Wisconsin-Michigan war, the Yooper class ships were essentially just icebreakers that were converted into warships, and they did a surprisingly good job st holding themselves together. On ocassion, these ships would be used to simply ram into other, smaller ships, and it was usually fairly effective. A menacing foe, to be sure.
Technical Data
Displacement: 7,000 tons
Length (overall): 157 feet
Width: 26 feet
Draught: 13 feet
Propulsion: diesel electric, with two propellers in the bow and the stern
Speed: 12 knots
Complement: 149 men
Armament: 6 21 inch torpedo tubes, 3 37 mm machine guns, and 1 76 mm anti aircraft gun.

General Important Note: We'll move on to Day 3 tomorrow morning. Every subplot, interaction or whatever, that isn't finished until then can be continued under a timestamp dating it back, but Day 3 will start tomorrow.
Also, this is ICly only known to the Abyssal Players (for now), but I finally came around finishing the map for Abyssal Installations in our Sector - people, we got out work cut out for us.
Are there any questions?

Personell file - Operational Sector Wide Sea - South West

Name: Jokosuka
Type: Light Cruiser/Anti-air defence
Class: Jokosuka-class
Role: Flagship Defense
Nation of origin: The Free People of Suoji
Year commissioned: 1949
Image or description of the ship girl/boy: Long, red hair that goes down to around shoulder length; large green eyes and a short, thin build. He wears plain dark blue trousers, with a plain white t-shirt with the flag of Suoji on the top left. On top of this is a dark grey jacket with the code number of Jokosuka - D-1039 enscribed on the top right pocket.
Gender: Male
Character: Outgoing, friendly and a little bit boisterous. He’s known to boss other ships around despite his smaller size. In the midst of a battle, he will do anything to achieve a win, and will get very angry if something gets in this way. He’s quick to make friends, maybe a little too quick for some people.

He has a love for history and military tactics, and loves educating people on the history of Suoji. However, some people are known to fall asleep during his long speeches about the tactics in naval warfare throughout the years.
Special abilities: His love for military tactics gives him a tactical edge over other ship girls/boys
Technical Description of the vessel:
Technical Data
Displacement: 4500 tons
Length (overall): 200 metres
Width: 15 metres
Draught: 3 metres
Propulsion: 1x Sukozawa 54000hp boiler
Speed: 32 Knots
Complement: 500
Armament: 5x Nakano 125mm guns , 6x Nakano 75mm guns, 15x Kurosawa 60mm Anti-air guns, 6x 600mm torpedo tubes
Armour: 30 to 100mm of armour
Notes: The Jokosuka was the replacement for the Nahago-class cruiser that accompanied the Nijura and Jinji. Whilst commissioned in 1949, it did not see service until 1951, when the Nahago was sunk. The Jokosuka packed much more of a punch than the Nahago, and was meant to destroy the many cruisers used by the Japanese-controlled Suojian Navy. Over it’s time in service, where it was part of Suojian Fleet Two, fighting alongside the Jinsei and Jinji, it claimed 10 Kai-class cruisers sunk and 1 Tsuru-class battlecruiser.

It currently resides in Sayato as a museum ship, alongside the Jinji and Jinsei.

Hm... Anchor is absolutely fine.
Halve: Which ship did you use as a reference, if I may ask?
Starboard: Her 84 tons are light displacement, right?
Starstruck is basically fine, although I am worried a bit about an icebreaker with an armour of 2mm - not because it would make her too heavy, but because of the ice... anyway. One small detail, though, the 120 mm machine guns, are they a typo?
One thing I know: You sure love your Pom Poms, don't you? Besides, young Comet is going to receive a harem... ; )

Besides, young Comet is going to receive a harem... ; )

Finally! Thanks for your help in sorting out my Application.

Okay, okay. Let's clear this out. Halve...I can't remember. I can try to look, though. I think it was Norwegian. Starboard was based off of the Norwegian HNoMS Kjell, which actually did just weight 84 tons according to Wikipedia. Like I said, I sort of question my sources. As for Starstruck, I can change that too, if you want. The armor and such, and...I could make the 120 mm a typo.
I think it would be a typo but I don't know.
compeltely clueless and feels bad about it
But either way, yes. Comet's got a lotta ladies around him.

No problem. Rustyal did most of the hard work.

No need to feel bad about anything, Comet's Harem battlegroup can only grow.
Starboard is cleared and okay - she is a torpedo boat, after all.
Starstruck is in and of itself fine, don't worry about her or her armour. Sorry for any confusion I might have caused. However, 120mm is not exactly a common calibre for machine guns, so I would greatly appreciate it, if you could please change that.
Halve - could you please search for her reference? Thank you very much.

So, people, Day 3 is about to begin, as announced here. If you have any interaction to finish, feel free do so by making it with a timestamp dating it back. EDIT: And Day 3 has officially started!
Plans for today:
    - 7:30: Coriolanus called for a muster. Everyone is to attend.
    - A supply convoy, including the new players and characters, namely Salvation, James Cook (if Bentus finishes his app) and Jokosuka, as well other new players and characters, is bound to arrive. ORBAT is below, if anyone would wish for special equipment being brought along, please make it known in this OOC (for example my Fabhcuns, keep it reasonable). Also, I would like to point out, that the freighters will be kanmusu as well, only 'freighter-kanmusu', played as NPCs by the same player, who has the command over the convoy - volunteers, step forward! Those freighters, who will appear at the north-western corner of the Sector, will not stick around, though, unless that is wished.
Of course, our dear friends from the depths will make an appearance as well - ASO, Mestovakia, feel free to engage.
    - Let's see, what we can come up with as well.

EDIT: If you want something to come along with the convoy, please add the Hashtag #ChristmasList to it. Thanks.

So, as promised:
Escort Group (Flag to be decided)
    Salvation.
    HMS James Cook.
    Jokosuka.
Your Commercial could be written here!

Freighter Group
    Bärenfels (7569 BRT).
    Rauenfels (8460 BRT).
    Alster (8514 BRT).
    Kattegat (Tanker, 6031 BRT).
    Neidenfels (7838 BRT).
    Rosario (6079 BRT).
You will note, that these freighters have rather Germanic names, which is with good reason: All of them are named after freighters, which were involved in Operation Weserübung, more specifically with attacking and occupying Norway - whoever ends up commanding the convoy, you can play them as if they were the kanmusu versions of these freighters. Most of them were lost during that operation.

Does anyone have any questions so far?

Width: 14 feet
Draught: 15 feet
Propulsion: 1,800 hp triple extension steam engine
Speed: ~25 knots
Complement: 30 men
Armament: 1 deck mounted torpedo launcher, 1 76 mm gun
Armour: .5 mm. I think that'd work?

Technical Description of the vessel: Made in the beginning of the Superior-Wisconsin-Michigan war, the Yooper class ships were essentially just icebreakers that were converted into warships, and they did a surprisingly good job st holding themselves together. On ocassion, these ships would be used to simply ram into other, smaller ships, and it was usually fairly effective. A menacing foe, to be sure.
Technical Data
Displacement: 7,000 tons

For Abyssal Princesses and Princes and their assistants, there's always Morning Situation Report with the Harbour Demon in the Bay of Tears, for the rest, morning training - I'll have a post about that up in a few minutes.

Perhaps, the entire contingent has some needs such as Higashikawa needing a little more foundation and Tokai needing some more books.

Sounds like a plan. Books are always a good idea, but maybe we could expand that to an upgrade for the base library? What do you mean with a foundation, though?

Sounds like a plan. Books are always a good idea, but maybe we could expand that to an upgrade for the base library? What do you mean with a foundation, though?

Just as some light make up.

For Abyssal Princesses and Princes and their assistants, there's always Morning Situation Report with the Harbour Demon in the Bay of Tears, for the rest, morning training - I'll have a post about that up in a few minutes.

And here we go. As said, the Baka-Prince is NOT Comet, but another Abyssal Prince, with Tsundere maybe getting a little bit over her head.
Also, small structural thing about the Abyssals: They have Princes and Princesses command battlegroups, which are composed of two or more squadrons (for Abyssal Players, that is two for now, which might be raised in the future).
And officially, Re is lost to the Abyssals as sunk, not defected or captured.

We basically have everything we might need, from docks to dorms, so what kind of building would that be?
