I was getting there. One thing after the other, please.
(That still doesn't ask, how this submarine has two torp-tubes with ten reloads to apparently kill kaiju and not, say, six tubes with three reloads. Or how 20 people can operate that thing. But one thing after the other, please.)

Onto my rant.
This thing is literally impossible. The dimensions are much too large to be an UNDERWATER vessel.
With its current dimensions, it probably would weigh more than Catherine.
Going by the largest submarine ever built for WW2, the thing would be 150 x 15 meters at most. Maybe a draft of around 9 meters.
But no way this.
It can't even move if you expect it to only have 2 shafts.

Thing is, it could only have two shafts, but those would have to be connected to engines, which in this case would have to be so powerful, that I doubt it would be possible today, not to mention in 1901. And that's only moving her at all, not her operational speed.
Anyway, the Kraken is vetoed. That does not, however, bar you from coming again with something else, Mechanikopolia, but please keep it a bit more realistic. I would still like to know, what an Anti-Kaiju sub is and why you need such a vessel.
I play PT, MT and a bit FT. I am into character-RPs.

I googled it. Kaiju is a giant beast. Basically, this thing is designed to take Godzilla down.

That it is...

Though, people, one question: I already mentioned the Giodrogs standing on the airfields, piloted by the fairies. Anyone having any wishes for their own era-fitting aircraft on those airfields? Fighters, bombers, reconnaissance and liason aircraft, freight aircraft, of that kind?
(EDIT: Small contingents, and even with long-range aircraft, we won't be able to reach out to the world at large. Jets... only very early first generation.)

Personell file - Operational Sector Wide Sea - South West

Name: Kraken
Type: Anti-Kaiju sub (Now an outdated model ever since relations warmed up with aisa)
Class: Shadow class sub
Role: Intercepting and taking out kaiju
Nation of origin: Mechanikopolian empire
Year commissioned: 1901
Image or description of the ship girl/boy: Pretty much looks like a normal 16 year old boy, if he didn't have the namesake Kraken fighting arms on his back. (Mechanical 3-jointed clawed arms)
Gender: male
Character: Military personality, will often win any arm wrestling match, always looks for weak points in an enemy's defense.
Special abilities: Can climb with the Kraken arms
Technical Description of the vessel: The MNS Kraken was underway in construction in 1874 and finished in 1901. He was deployed to the Indian Ocean Outpost (IOO) to patrol for Kaiju. At his prime, he struck fear into the hearts of Shogunate sailors, those who went into skirmishes against him often lost their ship's companion Kaiju. However, as Asian Kaiju got larger and stronger, he was in need of a refit. so he was refit with increased length, torpedoes, and an additional two arms (Giving him four arms.). This continued on until he reached his last refit, which gave him six arms, two torpedo launchers, and the AA guns. Why, you ask, was that his last refit? Well, the Asian economy entered a slump and they turned to Mechanikopolia for aid, and when the empire did, the shogunate became a close ally. Thus leading to the retirement of the model.
Technical Data
Displacement: 1000 tonnes (?)
Length : .5 kilometers
Width: 300 meters
Draught: when on the surface it is normally 10-20 meters
Propulsion: two screw driven propellors
Speed: approx. 12 knots
Complement: 30 sailors (5 cooks, 10 sailors, 4 torpedo loaders, 1 helmsman, 1 periscope man, 4 gunners, 3 medics, and two engineers)
Armament: if surfaced he can have 4 20mm AA batteries mounted. 20 torpedoes (ten for each launcher) two torp launchers.
Armour: 3 inches of steel plating
Notes:
Commisioned in 1901, Kraken was the first Anti-Kaiju sub.

OOC-section:
RP-sample: here ya go
Have you read and understood the rules? Anchors Aweigh!!!!1!!

Please explain, what an anti-Kaiju Submarine is, what it does and its Daddy is. And what it needs arms for.

Whoooo is this gonna be a long explanation

So basically this nation takes place in a alt. history timeline somewhat based off of Scott Westerfield's leviathan trilogy. The 4 major powers are the Russo-Britannia empire, the North American Alliance, The Pan-Asia Shogunate, and Mechanikopolia. The Pan-Asian Shogunate has mastered genetic engineering and uses it to create "Kaiju". Back when the Shogunate and Mechanikopolia wee at odds, the Kaiju were a huuuge threat to naval superiority. This is where AKSs come in. They were designed with arms to help in close quarters combat

there ya go, and I'll try to make a more realistic app, but I don't really know much about what will and won't make a ship work, and my nation is steampunk.

The ironic thing is, that a very mild steampunk vessel could be acceptable - after all, the steam engine literally drove these things, although steam turbines are a bit different from classical steam engines, but that's another question... but before we go down the rabbit hole and try to define what "very mild steampunk" might be or not be, I'm going to say: No steampunk, period.
If you want to create a realistic ship for that time period, or any time period that isn't the future for that matter, you could start, where I, too, started two years ago: On merry, ol' Wikipedia.

Ground Contingent as in marine landing force or as in base personell also providing security and manning the coastal artillery?
For that matter, I have no problem with people getting their fairies into mischief of all sorts around the base, like I'm currently doing with Kraicia, but please coordinate any combat operations (except pantry raids) with me beforehand.

That was intentional since not only is my OCC (HLFFS Baylee) a destroyer shipgirl, but the uniform also goes well with the Kraician colours (grey, black, and dark red).

Personnel file - Operational Sector Wide Sea - South West

Name: RSS Brightbell
Type: Light Cruiser
Class: Brightbell-class Cruiser
Role: Escort, Anti-Air, Destroyer hunter, Cruiser Hunter
Nation of origin: The United Provinces of Regria
Year commissioned: 1941
Image or description of the ship girl/boy:
Keep the change!
Say hello to my little friend!

Gender: Female

Character: While she seems like a true soldier-- following orders with little-to-no questions, Brightbell in general tends to be a rather salty and easily irritable girl, though she seems to dislike her own way of thinking due to ‘betraying’ the ‘civilized’ and ‘friendly’ societal norms of the Regrian people. While she grudgingly pushes on, she does not necessarily have much patience, having an ‘itchy trigger finger’, so to speak. A small yet notable quirk of her is that Brightbell will quote popular media such as motion pictures, novels, radio broadcasts, or popular songs in Regria. Nonetheless, she finds a spark of happiness in her passions, among these being playing instruments and singing to crowds of people-- creating a soothing atmosphere to calm her otherwise hot-headed nature.

Special abilities:

Annihilator: Brightbell possesses quite frankly a terrifying volume of fire, which only becomes incredibly ridiculous by her 1950 remodel. Upon spotting a single enemy or a close group of smaller enemies (like aircraft), she can shower them with an unbelievable amount of firepower at once, enough to make almost any foe reconsider their course of action... To which this effect only amplifies as the remodels come.

I wanna set the world on fire: If Brightbell focuses on a single enemy enough, she will be able to set said enemy ablaze-- making it so that if she focuses her (quite frankly) terrifying rate of fire on a single foe-- even a battleship, she will be able to set it on fire and cause widespread panic to the enemy in question, as well as the crew. This makes it so that she can heavily damage or even sink large ships-- granted her fire is not diverted elsewhere somehow. (like AA purposes)

Technical Description of the vessel: Commissioned in 1941, the RSS Brightbell was the first ship in the line of Brightbell-class Light Cruisers, a line of five ships developed shortly after the Regrians had successfully verified that aircraft could be used effectively in naval warfare, setting about creating a ship that would be able to effectively counter nearly any aerial foe years in advance.

The Brightbell-class Cruisers were above all renowned and feared for their incredible volume of fire and anti-air capabilities, which only increased as the years went on and more remodels were made until their decommissioning in 1972. With 24 3-inch dual purpose guns-- each gun having a RoF of 35 rounds per minute, the Brightbell-class’s firerate clocked in at an astonishing 840rpm at the time of its commissioning in 1941.

In addition, the ship was designed with only the most advanced technologies and shipbuilding design features at the time, allowing for integrated use of the advanced RADAR and SONAR technologies, advanced fire control for both ground-level targets and anti-air, also incorporating a ‘step-style’ construction which allowed for each turret to be placed in a position which would help with practicality and general balance of firepower.

Remodels were made to Brightbell and her sisters in 1945 and 1950, each one further boosting volume of fire and anti-aircraft capabilities. In 1945, the volume of fire had increased to 1,440 rounds per minute, And finally in 1949, Brightbell’s rate of fire was the highest it had ever been, being clocked in at 2,160 rounds per minute of 3-inch dual purpose shells. This design was found to be so effective in the anti-air role, that the future Summerset-class AA Frigates would be designed with many of the key features of the Brightbell-class vessels, replacing them after their decommissioning in 1972-- these frigates still being used rather extensively even to this very day.

Special abilities: An incredible volume of fire for a small vessel. If opening fire full force with her main batteries, Brightbell may expend all her ammunition within mere minutes.

Accepted - glad to have you, and Brightbell, on board! I can tell, that she was deadly in time, if you were an aircraft.
I play PT, MT and a bit FT. I am into character-RPs.
My people are called the Selkie, the nation is usually called the Free Lands in MT-settings. Thanks.

Both.

Combat operations as in attacks on certain islands or what?
