Imagine being Minny and not being able to touch anyone, and being, like, an outcast because of it. And then you come here and get your hopes up about fixing that problem, and find that there's one person who can touch you.

There is another person with the same sort of problem. One of Charlia's characters, except its with poison. But, Harper may be the only person so far that Minny will try and befriend simply because her powers don't affect her. Yes, I sense a beautiful friendship.

I have a hard time sometimes figuring out which part is for each character.

The conductivity of her nervous system could be increased to a degree that electrical impulses move anywhere up to 99% the speed of light. However, that only means she could react to stimuli at that speed. Moving in response too quickly could have catastrophic consequences, from accidentally skinning yourslf, to liquefying all your organs, given that the human body isn't designed to change speed so quickly.

Human cell response like healing is entirely autonomous in basic terms, the human nervous system plays no part outside of alerting the immune system to areas of pain or sepsis (Calling 911 in essence).

And no, the only real recharge the human body needs for electricity is electrolytes, so foods and fluids with sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, chloride, hydrogen phosphate, and hydrogen carbonate as well as normal water are all that's really needed to stay healthy in that aspect. Though given that she can discharge lightning I have no clue what the ramifications of that would be.

Oh wow, that's interesting! So even though her physical strength wouldn't be any different than a normal human, she'd could still easily damage herself by pushing her reaction time too far.

I'd imagine her nervous system would consume alot more calories than normal, perhaps she'd have to eat and drink more often (bigger appetite)? Probably a lot of Gatorade lol.

Not so much by pushing it too far, but moving too soon. If everything in your body shoved you sideways at the exact same time, you'd mess yourself up, but if you gradually imparted that energy over the normal span of human movement you'd be fine. A bit like the difference between a F-16 pulling a 8 Gee turn and a Cessna pulling a 2 Gee one, same movement, but they get you to different places at different times with different forces imparted.

Gatorade, tap water, table salt. That's pretty much the trifecta of electrolytes.

Oh, I understand. Faster reaction time would apply to her mental reaction time not only her physical movements, so moving at top speed would be unnecessary. The smarter thing to do would be to time her movements over a slower and safer acceleration rate since she'd already see whatever is coming way ahead of time.

If it's a surprise napalm attack, it'll hurt him, but its unlikely he'll burn to death unless you keep throwing fire on him. His gimmick is that he can control the pressure of air, and ciphon air, fly and attack with air, but anything fancy takes concentration and physical endurance. He can muffle his movement by stopping vibrations, and have a consistent current of air around his body, but not much else.
