Biography - A woman born in Harlem that saw the cold treatment of racism and the mistreatment of the poor she lived with. Her room was cramped, jobs paid short as the unions took bigger and bigger cuts, but the radio dramas always pulled him away from the reality of life in New York. When WWI hit America, her brother got drafted and returned a hero but only for a few minutes as the same things happened. His brother left home after two months to Europe, believing that they treated him better than America ever did.

In three years, Jubilee left her family to follow her brothers footsteps in Europe. She found him in Northern Ireland as a poor man and a drunk telling his war stories dozens of times. Jubilee decided to help his brother by becoming a citizen of the UK and helping him get on his feet anyway she can. The process was long and hard but she manage to give up one country for another despite her brother's protests but she sent money back to her family whenever she could.

she managed to get his brother to move to Britain and get a job in a factory while she was looking for other work. Jubilee did odd jobs but he started to see a surge of military recruitment and Joe thought it would be good to join. They were hesitant at first but saw that she had a knack for marksmanship and patience behind a rifle. It was because of this that she was also picked up by the O.S.S before she gotten any further in her career.

In the O.S.S, she was known as a good marksmen and sniper, proving irreplaceable in the missions she was on but mostly had to stay away from infiltration on the off-set of her race, yet was called into this mission because of her skills. She tried to say protest that his race puts the team at a disadvantage but her superior officers didn't care. If she did survive, then she can chalk this up as the most difficult assignment she has ever done.
