To be fair, we probably won't be seeing any tanks, at least not going after us. It could take out light armored cars.

You could use the PTRD against LACs, and maybe some APCs, but at that port you're better off sniping. Besides 40 mm of Penetration is overkill against light targets, as the bullet will come in and go out with minimal damage if it didn't hit the right spot, but totally underpowered against anything more than APCs. Also, the -41 part of PTRD-41 means that it was designed and made in 1941.

Well, since that's two years before this RP's setting, they must have thought of some use for it. But who knows.

I'm close to done with my app. Basically he'd be a driver/mechanic with some other engineering abilities. He'd also be decent at combat, but wouldn't have any abilities dedicated to it. I think the app's on page 6.

Biography - Born straight into the heart of Britain, London, from young he had already seen the horrors of war, especially when in place of his father a single letter returned, one that he had kept for a long time. During the interwar period, he spent his time in the libraries reading through past records of the war and testing out any gun he could get his hands on. He would later take up shooting as a sport, where he won multiple competitions and acquired a good eye which would later be ruined by glasses.

During the years leading up to the war, he enlisted in the army and was registered technically as a part of a sniper division, but was transferred within each of the three branches as an auxiliary officer. In each transfer he had begun to slowly pick up on skills within each branch, but never fully finished to master them before he was transferred once again. During the invasion of France, he was sent into the meat grinder to face the German war machine, but was ultimately transferred out from France through Dunkirk. He was awarded some honor for his service as part of the force to France. Later he would be transferred for his experience to the O.S.S. Leading up to the moment where he was selected for an extraction of the 'Mailman', he had spent most of his days doing paperwork and listening to the radio on the war.

The one major thing that my app doesn't have is a picture for the character. I can never find good pictures for my characters. I'm not sure what to do.

Yes, Its pretty good actually. I'm not very good at imagining people, hence why I ask for pictures, but I understand if you can't find any...
