I'm waiting for a good place to have Athi run into Wendy & Koh's group. Right now the story would be "Two homeless girls bond while saving people in a city-wide disaster, and then after everything's wrapped up they run into an alien for some reason.", which would be kind of clunky and weird.

True. It would be difficult to pull off without awkwardness in the storyline.

How about someone, (has anyone not been introduced?), starts a ruckus. Maybe runs into Athi first so Athi isn't forced to decide to show themself later. We all gravitate towards the fight. Some of us meet there and group up?

After Laz, and Akira meet, if its ok with KO, WEndy and Koh could arrive soon, or something, I don't know what all will ahppen with thsi encountr, possibly a newly awakened super causes trouble, but i don't know.

Bio: Arnold Harlodsson was born in Geneva, Switzerland . From a early age, his father, who was a world renowned Psychologist and former student of Sigmund Freud, raised his son to walk in his footsteps. Growing up under these conditions made Arnold a intelligent and calm individual who was able to make quick observations on people and determine their personality and aggression levels., this helped especially when he wanted to stand up to bullies. When Arnold finally graduated High School, he went to the same prestigious university his father went to to study Psychology. As he began his studies, he started to notice that people sometimes saw and heard stuff that weren't really there. These hallucinations interested Arnold and he dedicated his time to studying this phenomena, a satudy that would affect him for the rest of his life.

After years of intensive study, Arnold finally got his PHD in Psychology and started his practice in Geneva. Within 5 years of opening his practice, he gained a reputation of using a mix of Psychiatry and Confrontational therapy to treat his patients, which proved to be very affective. In 1997, Arnold decided to immigrate to America and bring his psychology methods there. After he immigrated, he decided to renew his studies of auditory and visual hallucinations after encountering a schizophrenic patient who claimed to have seen a evil clown stalking him wherever he goes. He eventually started to experiment on similar patients to see what triggered their illusions. These unethical experiments were eventually exposed and Arnold lost his license.

3 years after losing his license, The First Contact happened and Arnold developed a insatiable lust for Alien technology to allow him to continue his research. This desire was eventually granted in 2016 when Arnold discovered a mysterious, palm-sized device while in vacation at the Grand Canyon. After a few hours of examining it, he accidently set it off and caused a hiker to end up drinking sand, which he thought was water. This incident made Arnold realize that this device altered people's minds and made them see and hear things that weren't really there. Realizing this machine could help him continue his experiments, Arnold moved to San Diego and began to prepare for his latest experiment, his test subject, San Diego.

I know Wendy isn't a Young blood, but on the off chance they cross paths I'd say showing Wendy her parents would do the trick.

Athi being affected by the machine would be interesting since they don't really "see" like a human. (They can sense heat in the form of infrared light but the structure they use to do so has far more in common with a pit organ than an actual eye.)

Yeah, same with Koh. If she did run into your illusions though, her sister would knock her off balance. If it can't be that personalized though, just a child in danger would be enough to mess with her head.

I didn't have my character mess with them, but I heavily hinted so far that they are present in the area, for the end that someone would destroy the village in search of them, considering I believe theres a thing in the OP about a very powerful group wanting them.

Otherwise I can do some mass edits to figure something else out. It was just a way to propel my character more into the storyline from thousands of miles away.
