I also might possibly make a faction app for the entity behind the Auctions, maybe a branch of the Shadow Empire or the like, it sounds like their sort of thing. Will take to Charm about that.
Additionally, Zark, Does the blood sensing of vampires come from a enhanced sense standpoint, like hearing the heart beating and such, or smelling spilt blood, or is it more like a sixth sense sort of thing?
Also would they be easily injured by Light manipualtors, or just by sunlight?

Sixth sense.
Sunlight only.

If you're going to make a mission out of it, I think it'd be better for you to place it elsewhere. I think Shadow intends to use the auction for an intro post.

What heroes would be involved, if any?: The Young Bloods, any magical heroes based in San Diego
What Villains are involved, if any?: The Shadow Empire, the Shadow Empress, (As a background threat, not physically present.) the Warhounds (possibly), the Reckoning (possibly)
Location: West Coast Financial Tower
What is the heroes’ objective, if any?: Investigate the source of the visions, steal the Sharur before the binding ritual is complete
What is the villains’ objective, if any?: Complete the binding ritual
Quick Summary(paragraph please): The Sharur is a magical, sapient, shapeshifting weapon created by the Gods to combat the various monsters and demons created by and attracted to Earth's Dragon Crystals, wielded first by the god Ninurta and subsequently several humans, including Gudea of Lagash. After a pitched battle with a powerful demon in which its wielder was killed, the Sharur was forced into a state of hibernation and lost somewhere in the northern Zagros Mountains. The Sharur was recovered only recently, being taken from the ruin where it lied by fighters in the Syrian civil war and subsequently sold on the antiquities black market, where several strange incidents during its handling lead to it coming to the attention of the Shadow Empress. An agent of the Shadow Empire posing as a wealthy collector purchased the Sharur, whereupon it was transferred to the skyscraper headquarters of West Coast Financial, a Shadow Empire front organization in San Diego.
The Shadow Empress wishes to take control of the Sharur to increase her own magical power, but the Sharur has no desire to be wielded by her, and thus the Shadow Empress is forced to begin a modified demonic binding ritual that will slave the Sharur to her will. The ritual is slightly imperfect in containing the Sharur's magical power, however, and the weapon is able to send visions of WCF Tower and its imprisonment to all the skilled magicians in the city, including the ones in the Young Bloods. The Young Bloods would investigate the tower and eventually receive more visions, figuring out that they need to steal the Sharur from the tower's top floor before the ritual is complete. They would then sneak or fight their way up the tower in attempt to do so.
This mission could act as a "jumping on point" for unaligned magical heroes to join the Young Bloods, as they too would receive the Sharur's visions and may subsequently start their own investigations into West Coast Financial, running into the Young Bloods in the process. Additionally, the Shadow Empress could at some point call for backup from the other Reckoning members, bringing the Warhounds into the fight.

I like this. Could help me bring Leon into the Young Bloods. Did you talk it over with Charm?

Bio: Arnold Harlodsson was born in Geneva, Switzerland . From a early age, his father, who was a world renowned Psychologist and former student of Sigmund Freud, raised his son to walk in his footsteps. Growing up under these conditions made Arnold a intelligent and calm individual who was able to make quick observations on people and determine their personality and aggression levels., this helped especially when he wanted to stand up to bullies. When Arnold finally graduated High School, he went to the same prestigious university his father went to to study Psychology. As he began his studies, he started to notice that people sometimes saw and heard stuff that weren't really there. These hallucinations interested Arnold and he dedicated his time to studying this phenomena, a satudy that would affect him for the rest of his life.
After years of intensive study, Arnold finally got his PHD in Psychology and started his practice in Geneva. Within 5 years of opening his practice, he gained a reputation of using a mix of Psychiatry and Confrontational therapy to treat his patients, which proved to be very affective. In 1997, Arnold decided to immigrate to America and bring his psychology methods there. After he immigrated, he decided to renew his studies of auditory and visual hallucinations after encountering a schizophrenic patient who claimed to have seen a evil clown stalking him wherever he goes. He eventually started to experiment on similar patients to see what triggered their illusions. These unethical experiments were eventually exposed and Arnold lost his license.
3 years after losing his license, The First Contact happened and Arnold developed a insatiable lust for Alien technology to allow him to continue his research. This desire was eventually granted in 2016 when Arnold discovered a mysterious, palm-sized device while in vacation at the Grand Canyon. After a few hours of examining it, he accidently set it off and caused a hiker to end up drinking sand, which he thought was water. This incident made Arnold realize that this device altered people's minds and made them see and hear things that weren't really there. Realizing this machine could help him continue his experiments, Arnold moved to San Diego and began to prepare for his latest experiment, his test subject, San Diego.
Powers:
- [Illusions]: (Neuron has a machine that allows him to make visual and auditory illusions that fool most people.)
Limitations (Reasons why your char can’t end the universe):
- (The machine only works within a 50ft radius)
Weaknesses (Reasons why someone could kick their ass):
- [Not Immune]: (If exposed to his own machine, Arnold will suffer the same affects as anyone else exposed to it.)
- [Poor Fighter]: (Arnold, due to his old age, can't fight worth shit and has to rely on henchmen to protect him.)
Likes: Being Right, His Experiments, Messing with people's heads
Dislikes: Failure, Ignorance, Heroes

Only teenage, with exceptions, i believe, if they are Young Blood or Warhound, but if they are Other, ages beyond teenage years are allowed, jsut under 60 is recommended for ease of interaction, i believe.
Additionally Charm, approved of the auctions ebing part of the Shadow Empires influence. The Knockout Gun Gals wrote:Anyone needs intervention in San Diego? Not the ones in Thomsen High, of course. I need something to post to, after all.
Lazarus, a colleg student, jsut left an art College, which is adjacent to Thomsen. I was intending for him to fight another Super, then perhaps get launched towards other characters, but no ne responded.
Anyways, laz is open for interaction.

Cool beans. Have to wait for Wendy's author to jump back on. Then I think Athi wanted to run into us, but we'll start making our way closer somehow.
