You realize that medical treatment is a thing yeah? With some dude in a baseball diamond doing cosmetic surgery, it's pretty apparent that some level of allergy awareness is around.

Yes, but treating an allergy that is caused by a particular proein in Cow milk, and rarely other types of milk, which may have been mutated by the radiation, as that does affect proteins, is different from cutting someone and changing how they look.

Character Name: Walter Deckard
Appearance (Direct Link Preferred):
Age: 32
Gender: Male
Occupation: Adventurer
Skills:Weaknesses:
- Locksmith - Living in an oppressive Vault, not to mention surviving for most of his adult life in the Waste, has honed Deckard's lockpicking skills to a tee, making him an exceptional asset in for theft and B&E.
- Chemist - Access to an actual education in the Vault allowed him to learn many ins and outs of developing chems, particularly in creating recipes that aren't nearly as deadly as those found in the Wasteland.
- Robotics Expert - With many Robco products available in the Vault and trying to kill him in the wastes, Walt became well versed in the ins and outs of bending robots to his will.
- Hacker - In a similar vein to his skills with robotics, Walt also picked up on how to crack most Robco model computers, allowing him to access most computers with relative ease if he can guess the password correctly.
Equipment (Nothing newer than January 1, 1961):
- Physically Weak - Walter is a computer geek in every sense of the word, and with that comes the issue of being physically weak, at least compared to others. While he might be able to hold his own against a Mole Rat, he can't exactly go toe-to-toe with a Super Mutant.
- Pre-War Idealism - Walter, having been raised in a Vault, was often subject to the optimism of the Pre-War era. Raised on old movies and anti-communist propaganda, he's often found his ideal of helping rebuild the wasteland at odds with his own survival.
- Wild Wasteland - Deckard, despite his best efforts, regularly ends up involved in bizarre adventures and incidents across the Wasteland. Most notably, his most recent adventure landing him in the Mont. Strange things seem to follow him constantly.
- AER9 Laser Rifle
- .223 Pistol
- Tire Iron
- Pip-Boy 2000
- Binoculars
- Backpack
- Medical Supplies
- Microfusion Cells (x24)
- .223 Ammunition (x59)
Biography:Born in Vault 14 to Alan and Jennifer Deckard, Walter showed himself as a tech prodigy early in life. The Vault, with its access to pre-war technology, fostered in him a love of computers and robotics. He would disassemble and rebuild computers, even reprogramming some of the vault Protectrons, much to the chagrin of the Overseer. It wasn't until Walter was sixteen that he, and the rest of the Vault, learned the reality of their safe refuge. The Overseer had died of a stroke mere months before, and, as Vault-Tec was long gone, it was decided that a new overseer would be elected. Walter's father, Alan, was able to win, and soon he discovered the terrible reality of their vault. The lower levels, which were normally inaccessible, were found to be filled with thousands of guinea pigs. The previous Overseer had been keeping them sated for some time, but continuous exposure to radiation had mutated the creatures into carnivorous monsters. They quickly overwhelmed the Vault security and Walter, along with a few others, fled into the Wasteland.
RP Examples (If none your bio will be used): Boi.
It quickly became apparent that civilization was not as destroyed as they initially thought. Most of the Vault dwellers were quickly picked up by a local patrol from the New California Republic. Walt had never actually asked his parents where the vault was located, so it came as somewhat of a shock to find out they'd been living in Nevada this whole time. After spending a few months running Caravan security, Walt decided to strike out into the wasteland as an adventurer.
After being arrested by agents from Caesar's Legion, Walt was promptly thrown back across the Hoover Dam after convincing them that he was actually a double agent. This turned out to be rather convenient, as mere days later the Second Battle of the Hoover Dam began. Walter never saw the aftermath, but rumors about an NCR general being thrown off the Dam weren't exactly encouraging. He fled the Mojave, taking a brief detour through Zion Canyon and heading further North. A close call in Denver, as well as a run-in with a roving army of Super Mutants, and Walter had finally escaped the Southwest.
He finally settled in the Commonwealth, having found work scavenging old Institute equipment and scouting the Northern territory known as the Mont. The Commonwealth, much like the Capitol Wasteland, was kind of shithole too. Between the Brotherhood of Steel, the Raiders and the Minutemen, it seemed most people were more concerned with shooting people than anything else. There was, thankfully, no lack of work, though. The Minutemen were even nice enough to send him to settlements that needed his help. It would be an ill-fated expedition to the Mont that brought him to the region, as it was either that or working on electronics in some shithole called Fah Habah. As is typical, Walter's entire crew were violently murdered by Raiders, leaving him trapped in the Mont, broke and tired.

I am not saying that the character is not possible, jsut that being allergic to all milk, as well as having said allergy past the age of five, among other thigns is an extreme rarity.

Appearance:Standing at 5’6”, Isaac is not particularly the most well-built of the young men at Uni. With somewhat pale skin, along with a crop of short, blond hair which is naturally curled, he sets an athletic precedent with his constant exercise and movement about, especially in terms of running and endurance. Isaac has brown eyes. He does not have many scars or marks on his body, save for a stab-mark near his stomach.
Age: 17

His undershirt is tucked into a set of woolen trousers, colored a dark brown, which is then tucked into a pair of trench boots, colored light brown. A militiaman hat is also included, also colored dark brown.
In terms of jewelry, Isaac has only a single simple iron ring.
Gender: Male
Occupation: Uni Militiaman

Biography:Born in southern Burlington, Isaac’s parents were both of the sort to get moderately along with the NukeDukes. His father was one of those guys, a typical enforcer whose job mainly revolved in shaking-down traders and the like who were just passing through, while his mother worked in farming nearby cleared areas. His father was one of those good family men, the sort who played catch with his son and was, for most intensive purposes, an upstanding guy, aside from being in a gang and the rest of it. When Isaac turned some seven years old, along with his mother, Isaac’s father sent both of them farther north, up into Uni, with the express purpose of Isaac getting a better education than he would have in the NukeDukes’ territory.
RP Examples:
Moving into school, or really the poor substitute that they had there, Isaac somewhat excelled in these simpler matters, though would, in the following years, have his attentions diverted elsewhere. You see, he would, every month or so, visit his father, who still wanted to have some sort of relationship with his son. They would play games or whatever that sort of thing was, along with keeping some distance away from the other NukeDukes. His father, while having a modicum of respect for his fellows in the gang, also did not particularly want his son to also be in said gang. In addition to this, Isaac wandered a good deal on his own and would take great care to avoid said gang members while in their territory.
As a result of this, he would eventually, at aged ten, meet a certain Carleigh Herring, a girl of some sixteen years with chestnut hair. They would get well together rather rapidly, talking about all things interesting; she had, it had seemed, grown tiresome of those young men in that area and due to parental constraints, as her father worked along the territory’s border and was higher-up in that gang’s hierarchy, could not leave said area. As a result of this, she was simply dying to talk to anyone not of the region, and they would meet rather often, Isaac increasing the number of his visits to a far more happy once, twice a week. Such are a boy’s hormones, one would suppose.
As the two became better friends, however, news would get-out to the more brutal or physical of the residents. They, for quite obvious reasons, viewed Isaac as an outsider with no business in their town, a kid from Uni who came-down to laugh at the poor people or something to that effect, and viewed Carleigh as an accessory to this entire event. She was a traitor to the NukeDukes, a bastard who collaborated with ‘the enemy’ and all the rest. As such, during one outing in an abandoned home, the two were ambushed. It would happen so fast that neither, really, knew what had occurred, just big guys busting through the door, pounding up the staircase, and everything went. Isaac would be stabbed, along with Carleigh being stabbed in the stomach.
Miraculously, both would survive due to the diligence and quick-thinking of Isaac’s father, though due to complications from the ensuing ‘surgery’, really rather the stitching of the wound, Carleigh would become really rather physically weak from it all. Fearing for further retribution, Isaac and she would be smuggled-out by his father, up into Uni, though unfortunately that retribution would come in a different package. He would find that his father had died, of unknown causes, and not wishing to end-up like that Isaac would not go back into the NukeDuke’s territory.
Isaac would, as a result of this, exit from school and begin to work in conjunction with the civilian sides of the Uni military, in part as basic muscle and in part as, at times, a sentry. He had to support having her, after all, and Carleigh was unable to work, and so Isaac would often have to work multiple shifts. At first this great attempt was simply due, in part, to friendship, though they would fall in love after some time.
The two would contract the aid of one Doctor Yonemura, one of the few doctors in Uni with a greater amount of knowledge than the average tribal hack with a bonesaw. Under that man’s care, who was remarkably older and of the frail type, with arthritis in his limbs, Carleigh’s condition would improve to a greater degree than could be reasonably expected, though she was still limited indoors and still had to sit-down and rest rather often. Yet the good doctor was nothing if not eccentric, an overly active individual who required and demanded to be outdoors rather often.
You see, he was of the sort to always need to experiment, to find new and better ways to better treat illnesses and diseases, to prevent illness and disease, and was thoroughly convinced that the best place to find the ingredients and components was in nature. As such, she would often make trips out past the West Burl Caravan Company’s territory, looking in such joyous places to find plant life and moss to fuel his experiments. Upon one expedition, unfortunately, he came-across a rather large family of Yao guai, who did not take kindly to this intrusion. Doctor Yonemura would most certainly not return.
As time would pass, with the prolonged absence of Doctor Yonemura, her condition would worsen. Fearing some sort of bacterial disease, some infection, the two would briefly be paralyzed with not knowing what to do. With the knowledge of a traveler, however, who advised that there was a store of ghouls up in Lone Rock who could possibly have the knowledge they needed, Isaac and Carleigh would be secure in their decision. They would move her up to Lone Rock, with the ghouls there having some forms of medical experience over the years due to simple age.
As she’d be moved there, settling-in quite nicely with the fact that very few ghouls actually had the muscle mass left on them to stab and that she was nearly as frail as them, Isaac has continued to further himself, signing-up with Uni for a week every month as a militiaman in order to pay for her residence in the Vault.

Biography:Theo Lowe was born in the outskirts of Burlington to Larry Lowe and Samantha Lowe- a couple that went on to wander the Mont Wasteland after living in Centennial Point for several years. Unfortunately, when Theo was fourteen years old, the small house that they called home were ransacked by a crazed Mutant where Larry died after sacrificing himself for the two. Samantha reached an outpost of the Mounties a few miles away and made sure her son will be okay. Samantha left Theo to head for the Capitol Wasteland- promising to return to her son one day.
Theo Lowe was adopted by Margaret Lewis, a doctor for the Mounties and found herself to be the foster mother of Theo. As a new-comer, some of the teenagers that were living within the outpost premises distrusted him. He had been involved in a couple of rough fights but after a while, he slowly earned the trust of his peers and elders. Theo at age eighteen, joined the military and became an exemplary soldier that was until he was struck with a heart problem- which rendered him unable to keep up with the rather fast-paced troop movements and from participating in exercises. Theo then decided to become a medic and followed the footsteps of his foster parent. Theo's first mission was joining a patrol far south of Burlington. There were a handful of soldiers with him in the patrol. They were crossing a small creek when there were ambushed by a small raider group. Theo rushed to give stimpaks to his comrades. He administered them and took out his issued pistol and shot back. His first kill happened on that day.
Theo then joined a string of offensive operations against Raiders and Mutants. He grew accustomed to the bloodshed and proved himself to be an effective medic. But during one patrol they passed by the territory of they Grey Tree Tribe where he witnessed the most grotesque things that he'd ever seen. He shook in horror as he saw the tribesmen cannibalizing the corpses of their enemies. Until today he still grimly remembers the terrifying thing he had saw.
Theo now finds himself at home with the Mounties and dreams to put the entire Mont wasteland under the flag of the Mounties. Theo is thrilled and excited for the arrival of the reinforcements from up north. He believes that peace is just over in the horizon and that the bloodsheed will just be a memory of the past once the Mounties' full force arrive in the wasteland. He tucks himself for a long radioactive winter as he arrives at Fort Morris for as part of the expedition.

Biography (Must be 2 Paragraphs):
Tomé spent most of his childhood being raised by the Abbey of the Road and then finding employment with the church as a guardsman when he reached 16 years of age. From 16 until he was 25 his sole job was to be one of the Abbey of the Road's many guardsmen at the Cathedral Church of St. Paul. Many of his first battle experiences came from this time, where he learned to fight off the random looter and raider with his fists, the trench club that he salvaged from a dead raider, with anything that he can get his hands on. It was also during this time when the other guardsmen tried (and failed) to teach Tomé how to use a gun. Well, Tomé did know how to use a gun, but his skills with it are very much lacking. Tomé instead relies on the shotgun: good for close range, accuracy optional.
For the next ten years, Tomé was assigned to be a Guardsman of the Mission: an armed guard for the many missionary activities of the Abbey of the Road. His main task was to make sure that the priests and missionaries that the Abbey of the Road sent out to the tribal lands made it back alive and in one piece - a mission he excelled at - at least for the first few years. At the age of 35, Tomé was expelled from the Abbey of the Road due to two catastrophic failures on his part: firstly, he was caught having engaged in illicit relations with one of the priests and that he had been doing so for the past couple of years (mission priests are specifically sworn to celibacy due to the nature of their work) and, due to this engaging in illicit relations, Tomé was distracted at the wrong time: an attack by the Grey Tree Tribe on the mission left many priests and missionaries of the Abbey of the Road, as well as several converts, dead. Tomé returned only to be cast out of the Abbey, sent off into the wasteland, he headed off east towards the unknown, hoping to start anew somewhere nobody will know of his failure and ostracising.
That wouldn't be the case, however, as for the next three years he worked as a caravan guard of the Champlain Bay company, travelling from Champlain Bay to Forts Jericho and Morris over the years. Now, one dreadful winter, he sees himself stuck in Fort Morris after a job well done, unable to get his pay and unable to get out.

Because in some cases their technology is far behind ours. It's referenced that the Battle Rifle was a standard issue weapon for the military. It's 2077 and they were using a WW2 era weapon system.
