Great U.S.-N.Korean War (Sign-Ups, OOC)

The year is 2017, and N. Korea just test fired an ICBM capable of hitting much of the U.S. Seeing the threat to the American Population, President Donald Trump asks Congress to declare war. They do.

Just something fun. I'll be the U.S. Any other Nation is available. (Must be real nation, not a NationStates nation.) If your accepted, I'll let you know via Telegram. There are two sides. The CANK (Coalition Against North Korea), and the DPRK's Alliance. Up to 4 nations on each alliance.

It wouldn't make sense for China to side with the U.S. as China has political ties with North Korea.
