Disagreement is not an excuse for violence, I stand with the LGBTQ community in demanding equality but I condemn in the harshest terms the violence committed by this small part of the community. My thoughts and prayers are with Senator María Antonieta Arroyo Villanueva de Peña as she recovers, the culprits must be found and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
