"People neurologically predisposed toward addiction are more likely to indulge in use of narcotics. Not gonna argue with you- needle exchange is designed to help addicts primarily, not recreational drug users who aren't addicted. Unless you can prove that people who modify their guns have medical condition and you cannot your analogy doesn't work. To get back on our subject I' personally believe we shouldn't encourage people to respect the law through monetary compensations. When laws against money counterfeiting were made government didn't write off counterfeit money as tax-break. I'll be willing to make provision for those people whose economic well-being would be significantly affected by loss of those modified rifles if you think there are any such people."

"Confiscating someones legally obtained property is already a huge ask, and yes its going to impact them financially. And doing this will get more of these devices off the streets, so its worth it."

"And now, more from our extended coverage of the Dillon, MT shooting that occurred yesterday. Multiple headlines coming out of the Treasure State this afternoon as two major, shocking developments are underway. Firstly, President Calvin Reed's father was among the victims of the shooting. Howland Reed was 65 years old, and was shot yesterday by the accused shooter, Dianna Noble. Also among the victims was former Major League Baseball player Rod Johnson, a childhood friend and past teammate of President Reed. Johnson was 34. There were eight total victims of the shooting, 7 men and one pregnant mother. Crystal Wallace was 5 months pregnant when she was killed by the shooter. A full list of the names of the victims is available on our website."
"More recently, we got word that a bail hearing has already been held. Accused shooter Dianna Noble, a former NRA representative and candidate for Wyoming Senate, is in federal custody and has had her bail set at one million dollars. This is despite a push by the prosecution to have her detained without bail, as is common with mass shooters."

Why the h*ll do we let nutcases and murder crazies like Noble out on bail? What kind of stupid system is gonna go and say that she walks free after that?

@OYeah
Because of Republican corruption and heartless Noble can go and buy a military grade weapon RIGHT NOW and no one can stop her! This is absolute insanity! The American people are being put in mortal danger by Republican NRA b*tches and we're not going to be safe until they're voted out and we can actually pass sane gun laws!

![]() ![]() Atticus Marlowe @jeffersoniandemocracy Mass Murderer Noble let out on bail! Lemme tell you what: either that judge was totally stupid or I was right in sayin' this Dillon tragedy is part of wider communist conspiracy and Kramer and Noble are agents of the same organization that killed JFK and put a veil of silence over Gulf War Syndrome.
