Prejean made sure to have his office contact Fowler's in the days prior to the commencement of the 115th Congress, and upon reaching an agreement with them on a time and date, Phillip went out to meet Senator-Elect Fowler at the appropriate time. He glanced at his smartphone, denoting the room and floor in which his office may be found, and began to open the door he believed to be his office. "Hello? I'm Phillip Prejean, and I believe I am supposed to meet with Mr. Fowler at this time." He said to, whom he presumed to be, Fowler's secretary/receptionist.

Prejean felt a tap on his shoulder and upon turning around saw Fowler standing there with a large paper bag from the nearby sandwich shop.

"Hello Prejean, its a pleasure to meet you... lets head inside?"

Fowler dropped of a sandwich at his secretary's desk and proceeded into his office. He put the bag on his desk and sat in his chair.

"Senator-Elect Fowler, it's a pleasure to formally meet you." Phillip said, extending out his hand to shake that of Fowler's, before stepping aside to allow Zachary into his office - following him shortly after and assuming a seat of his own.

"Did I come at a bad time?" Phillip asked, glancing around Fowler's office as his host sat a bagged lunch on his own desk.

The first day was, in Phillip's mind, a rather good one. Sure, he didn't put forth any pieces of legislation - yet he did intend to make his mark on Capitol Hill rather soon alongside two high profile fellow newcomers. Prejean was just simply looking forward to a legacy that was not exclusively limited to "beating a former member of the KKK in an election," and was secretly rather tired of having to hear about Larson anymore. He belongs in the trash-heap of history, along with their despised and wicked ideology. Today marked a new day, one that which allowed Prejean to turn to a blank page - and he was hoping another DOMA would be a great way to appeal to social conservatives who share his view on a plethora of issues, and the ideas discussed between himself and Fowler were to lead to great things for the party and for the country.

Phillip made his way to Dirksen after the long first day in Congress, and followed along on a map on his phone - just as he did en-route to Fowler's office, and eventually caught glimpse of now-Senator Amaras's office. Phillip, glancing around, knocked on the door and slowly opened it to peek his head in for a glimpse. "Hello?" He asked, posing himself to someone he believed was Amaras's receptionist. "I'm here for a scheduled meeting with one Peter Amaras." Phillip slowly stepped into the office, closing the door, and realized he failed to provide his own identification for meeting confirmation. "Oh, sorry I forgot to mention I am Phillip Prejean, Senator of Louisiana. I'd imagine Senator Amaras is in his office?"
