Cox felt disoriented, as he exited the crowded train. He must have forgotten to get off from one of the train stops, as he saw that he wasn't near from where he had originally intended. All Cox was trying to do was visit the Tsukiji Fish Market, where he felt he managed to end up farther away from his destination from where he intended. After exiting the train station, Cox saw the outside, where he admitted, looked peaceful even if it was crowded. The rain has stopped pouring, so everything was simply wet with a bit of haze. Walking towards the street, Cox saw a black steam train, that seemed like a minor landmark in the part of Tokyo he was at. As he walked towards the train, he couldn't help, but notice there was a sense of peace in the air.

As Cox was reading, he noticed another man, looking like a local in the area, directly next to him. He seemed to be trying to read what was near the train along with Cox, so Cox decided to sidestep to his left to let the man have a better time reading it, even though Cox was trying to read what was shown in English.

After Cox finished reading what was near the train, he decided to towards the street, down the sidewalk. He didn't seem to notice that the man next to him was staring at him, nor did he assume he was someone he knew. That was when Cox noticed a bike go by, where he thought it was Lucy. "Lucy?" Cox thought, as he headed down the direction on where the biker went.
