“Don’t worry Mr. Harrison, for I shall help you with this task.” Donald said as he stood up and walked over to Harrison’s desk and began to rip out drawers, damaging them in the process.

Harrison looked pleased "Thank you Doctor Congressman, you are excellent at this." After several minutes destroying the room Harrison looked satisfied, "Doctor Congressman, I think we are safe. The first part of the plan is to make sure Progressives don't win in Connecticut and New York, WE NEED YOUR COUSIN IN THE SENATE!!!" Harrison looks triumphant and proud striking a pose, once we have real democrats in the Senate we can pass legislation that will make them look bad and show the democrats are the real heroes, taking apart Wal-Mart and making them pay for their crimes."

“Good plan my friend, but many of the Democrats in the Senate are too conservative, we need real change in the Senate.” Donald pulled himself onto the drawer-less desk and stood up. “That is why I am announcing my plan to run for US Senate in twenty-eighteen!” He struck a power pose.

Removing his skates, then letting the three in and locking the gate once they passed it, Tommy bounded up the steps, unlocked the door, and headed inside.

A few minutes passed, during which muffled voices could be heard, and them the door opened again, with no one visible behind it.

FOX NEWS Interview: Congressman Jason Pross

Image

Lexie Martin: Hello I am Lexie Martin of Fox News, tonight we have a special guest Congressman Jason Pross of West Virginia's 2nd district. Thank you for joining us Congressman.

Pross: Pleasure to be here, Lexie.

Martin: Let's address the elephant in the room... Are you a Socialist?

Pross: You know, I'll admit, I was a bit naive when I first entered office. I believed more in what should work than what could work. But then I got taken out of commission for a while, and I had a lot of time to think. And I realized that capitalism isn't perfect, but what system is? Capitalism has worked for the 300 plus years America has been a nation, and socialism, well... not so much for other countries. I like the idea of economic equality, but we can reach that with our current system. So no, I am not a socialist. I've learned and matured.

Martin: Didn't you enter office in 2016?

Pross: Indeed. But you'd be surprised how quickly you can mature once you find the truth.
Martin: You said
"when I was campaigning for my position, I was intentionally deceptive in regards to certain areas of my political beliefs. I wish that I could say that the issue of socialism was the only one I was deceptive on."
What else have you been deceptive on?

Pross: That's a good, question, Lexie. I'll confess, I've been a little bit ambiguous about my beliefs on gay marriage. So let me say, unequivocally, that I oppose it without exception. The Bible clearly outlines its immorality, and to be frank, it's not natural. I mean, that's not how men and women were created. So I hope that clears things up, once and for all.
Martin: You were firmly against Gay Marriage on the campaign trail, I don't think that counts.

Pross: Well, then, I guess, what issues would you say I've been unclear on? I want to know what the people want to know about my stances.
Martin: You admitted to deceiving the people who voted for you in order to get elected, so i'd say all of them except gay marriage.

Pross: We'll be here for a week trying to cover all of my stances, so I'll give you some quick ones. Let the states control healthcare. Strict border regulation. Pro-2nd Amendment. Anti-abortion. Anything else you specifically want me to answer?
Martin: So all the stances you said you had during the campaign, then said you lied about, you now hold?

Pross: I didn't say I was lying about any of those stances. I was just clarifying where I stand on them, since there seems to have been some confusion. By deceptive, I really just meant ambiguous or unclear. Whatever I may have been unclear about, I've since made my position clear.
Martin: Why do you feel the voters in your district and the American people should trust you? If you were 'unclear' once why not be 'unclear' again? You changed your position once, why not do it again?

Pross: I can certainly see why people don't feel they can trust me, so let me show it to you. You'll see with my future voting record on legislation in Congress that I am committed to exercising the will of my constituents and restoring America to its former glory. Once you realize the truth, as I have, it's impossible to turn your back on it. I've also committed from here on out to being up front with anyone and everyone about my stances. That won't be a concern in the future.

Martin: You recently supported a term limit bill that didn't make it out of the house, why do you feel term limits are important?

Pross: Well, for the same reason we instituted term limits on the Presidency. Preventing corruption in Washington and ensuring that the people get to see fresh faces in Congress. The same old fogies staying in Congress for 50 years isn't gonna get any new ideas in our chamber. Term limits would ensure that America moves forward instead of lagging behind. I'll tell you this, the fight for term limits isn't over. We'll keep fighting against the corruption Democrats are trying to allow run rampant in Congress.

Martin: What ideas will move America forward? And what keeps it lagging behind?

Pross: You know, I think traditionalists get a bad reputation. Why do you think traditions become traditions? It's because they're effective. You have these politicians calling themselves progressive - but all of their ideas would keep America lagging behind our counterparts. Just look at how great their ideas worked out for the Soviet Union. The traditional ideas of the Republican Party keep America chugging forward.

Martin: What do you consider traditionalist?

Pross: The values our Founding Fathers built this nation on. Reverence for God, respect for the beliefs of others. Freedom of speech, freedom to protect yourself from an unjust government. Equality and liberty for all. Things that the Democrats seem obsessed with taking away.

Martin: What about some more tangible policies? Say education for example?

Pross: What specifically about education?

Martin: What policies do you believe should be pursued to improve education in the country?

Pross: Ah, that's a good question. I like our public education system as it is, but heaven knows we can make improvements. I would like our schools to try a more individualistic style of learning, one that can accommodate the students who are above or below their class average. Not getting rid of the classroom, per say, but a more flexible curriculum. I would also like for more counseling to be available to kids who need it, for whatever reason, and I want to divert more funding to low income school districts that are struggling to make ends meet. Education is a basic human right that we need to ensure in order for this country to continue to thrive well into the future.

Martin: Do you believe Finland is doing a good job providing education for its people?

Pross: Well, I can't say I agree with their socialist way of doing things, but results don't lie. They consistently outrank us in national education rankings. I don't necessarily think we should implement their system exactly how it is, I'll say that. Our country is too big, our systems too complex for that. But I do like some of the stuff they've done. So are they doing a good job? Comparatively, sure, the results speak for themselves, and I think we can take some things about their system and apply it to ours. But I would never advocate for a direct implementation of their system. It just wouldn't work practically.

Martin: What should we take from their system?

Pross: Well, for one thing, I like their idea of putting less of an emphasis on tests and exams. We've all heard of how much pressure they can put on a student. I'm certainly not saying to get rid of testing or exams or making them worth less, tests have very clear value in our education system. Just maybe making them less important, in some way. I want an emphasis on students learning to think for themselves instead of being told what to think, or them learning about how these aspects and subjects apply to their lives instead of just learning the material. I'd love for students to walk out of, say, a science class with a whole new view on a part of their life that's impacted by science, as opposed to, "Well, I got through that class and I didn't fail. Onto the next one."

Martin: The budget is coming up, with the BBA either a lot is going to be cut or taxes are going to rise. What course of action will you support? What specific cuts or raises should be made?

Pross: I've always felt that the middle and lower classes really get the short end of the stick when it comes to taxing, while the rich and the corporations get away with keeping more money than they should. Specifically, I'd advocate for raising taxes for big money corporations and the upper class. I also think we could do with cutting some money from our military budget. We have a truly fantastic military, the best in the world. Surely some, definitely not all, of their money can go to shoring up some of our weaker departments, like education, like we were talking about earlier.

Martin: So you want to cut military spending while we are at war with ISIS?

Pross: Well, not necessarily the funds we're putting towards that war, just the stuff we're putting toward research and maintenance and whatnot. But even if we did cut that funding, then I still think we'd win. Again, as I've said before, we have the best military in the world, so good that we would still beat ISIS easily even if we did cut funding slightly.

Martin: Can you define slightly? The gap between revenue and expenditure is roughly 400 billion dollars.

Pross: Well, it wouldn't be a substantial cut, not at first. We'd try diverting smaller amounts at first, probably only a few billion, see if it was a beneficial move, if our military could still operate effectively, and if the departments that receive the new funding could get actual use of it.
Martin: Lets move on, what do you feel Congress's first priority should be moving forward? And how should that be accomplished?

Pross: Ooh, that's a good question. Ultimately, our democratic structure insists that we as Congressmen listen to the people when we make decisions, and that shouldn't be any different when it comes to this. Our biggest priority should be whatever the people want us to do. I suggest that each Congressman takes calls and mail from their respective constituents and compiles their requests into lists based on how common the requests are. Then we take them back to Congress, compare lists, and go off of them as a basis for what our next moves need to be. We don't have to do it exactly like that, but no matter how we do it, our priority needs to be the people's priority, and we do that by listening to our constituents.

Martin: Thats a dodge, haven't you done that already? You're saying you've been elected to office and held it without knowing what the people want?

Pross: That's not what I was trying to say, though. Not referring specifically to me, but our system in general, I think, has largely begun to ignore the people's desires and instead focuses on partisan squabbling. We as a Congress could all benefit from getting back on track in that regard.

If you want a specific priority, though, then there are a number of things i'd like to do. Wrapping up the war with ISIS as quickly as possible. The faster the terrorists are gone, the safer America is. I'd also like for the Senate, once President Reed has announced his Supreme Court nomination, to begin debate and discussion on said nominee as quickly as possible. With our current Court being down one justice, we get another on the Court and they can return quicker to upholding justice. This should be less of a priority, but with the midterms coming up, there's also a bill designating Election Day as a federal holiday that I'd like to get passed as quickly as we're able to, so that we can get a higher and fairer voter count than in prior elections.

Martin: What about bills you have authored or will author?

Pross: That Election Day bill I mentioned earlier, I'm co-sponsoring. I also am co-sponsoring some bills not yet in the docket, one relating to healthcare and the other about increasing rural broadband services. I don't have any current legislation I'm authoring in the works, but believe me, I'm developing ideas.

Martin: One last question, why should your constituents and the American people trust you after you lied to or 'mislead' them?

Pross: I've emphasized before that I'm working on proving my devotion to my constituents through my work. I've got bills with my name on them in the works, I'm going more public and becoming more clear about my stances - basically, I'm prioritizing transparency. And when the American people realize that, I'll be able to use that to show them through my actions that I really do care.
Martin: Congressman thank you for your time today

Pross: *smiles* Thanks for having me, Lexie. Great job.

Democratic Nominee 2024

Former Republican. Liberal Internationalist. Pick your battles.

Is the Hamburglar an insurrectionary anarchist? One who martyrs himself through the propaganda of the deed?

Jamie Johnson was very Cross after Reed nominated the Ugly Stupid Hag, Rossi for the Supreme Court. She thinks porn should be banned, has no qualifications on the bench, and even worse sort of looks like Ellen Walton if you squint and drink 10 cans of beers. The Johnsons HATED Ellen Walton, he must make the speech to make sure the people of Rhode Island know that he opposes Rossi! Jamie Johnson was so Cross that day, he did not even do the smile and the wave at the crowd. Not even the Ellen Walton voodoo doll he had in his basement assauged his fury and the fact that STUPID ANNA ROSSI was nominated to the Supreme Court. He was also very Cross that his speech writer did not allow him to make his own speech called "Satan's daughter Ellen Walton's reincarnation Rossi" He began the speech with a big frown on his face.

"Bad news people! President Reed nominated the least qualified Supreme Court Justice in history! This speech is not another step back, this speech is not a call to negotiate, this speech is a call to arms for a fight. For this is a fight not just for some mere seat in some random courthouse in DC, no this is a call to arms. If we allow Anna Rossi to get confirmed, everything that we fought so hard to achieve with our brothers in arms in New England would be lost. Women would go back to coat hanger abortions in dark alleyways because Anna Rossi believes that the rights of a cluster of cells trump the rights of a human being. Free speech shall be criminalized and taxes, because it does not comply with Anna Rossi's Christian fundamentalist mindset. The homosexual community of this State will have their hard-fought equality stripped away from them because Anna Rossi cannot love and she does not want others to love. Everything that we fought for will be lost,

Hope, the value that the entire state was built on, the fire that Rhode Island had ever since her birth that refused to extinguish regardless of assaults from all all sides. Rhode Island was founded by a man who actually believed in freedom, unlike Ms. Rossi. The election of Ms. Rossi will ensure that Roe vs Wade will completely and utterly be destroyed, in fact, she will even ban abortions! She does not fundamentally believe in a small government, she believes in government interference on what to do with what women want to do with their own body. She thinks that porn is such a big problem that she is taxing free speech, a clear violation of the first amendment. Even so, she does not care when Monsanto poisons people with their products, or when Chick Fil A wants to discriminate against the gay people. She is a hypocrite, and I will continue to treat her as such

Being a hypocrite is not the only problem that Anna Rossi has. She is also an outright partisan if she is elected all she will do is look at the partisan affiliation of the plaintiff and the defendant to rule against Democrats! She will only help Republicans! She is an outright partisan who never even served as a judge, her only qualification is that she is young, and an outright partisan. She is completely unqualified for the Supreme Court, and she will continue to be unqualified regardless of the propaganda from the Republicans. When the spineless Progressives refuse to attack her just because she is a woman, when the Republicans like Sen. Egazarian cheer her nomination on, you have to ask yourself who is left to fight for you, and the values of Rhode Island. Who is left to fight for Hope? The answer is that only one party: The Democratic Party is willing to fight for hope!

So people of Rhode Island, it is time to answer this call to arms, and it is time for the Democratic Party to wage war against Anna Rossi. I do so solemnly I will fight with every bone in body to ensure that she never steps foot in the Supreme Court. So three cheers for Rhode Island's values, and down with Anna Rossi, By. Whatever. Means. Necessary. We. Will. Bring. Her. Down! Thank you!"
