Recently, the Mayor of Miami, Florida, Mr. Ferdinand Simpson, made several questionable statements about taping the conversations of Representative Donald Johnson. We have deemed this to be a possible violation of federal law, and are launching a probe into the actions of Mayor Simpson.

After locking up his restaraunt, Alfonso Simpson goes onto to the internet to unwind, and sees the mayhem his brother caused. He goes to his twitter,

In the day following the twitter incident, Ferdinand shaves off his beard which he's known for, and shaves his head bald. He looks past his suit and puts on some baggy clothes, and a dark trenchcoat. He puts his wallet and passport in his pocket, and leaves his house that night. He walks through the silent streets towards the airport.
