Eleanor was furious with the entire situation and if she was seated closer to the Illinois Representative, she would have strangled him.

"Mr. Speaker, if my previous motion has failed due to objection, I move to suspend all necessary rules and take up the COST Act."

"Objection. I second to motion to take up the Sex Change Coverage Act."-Jared

"Both motions receiving a second, and objections, they shall be voted on in order of submission. The question is whether to suspend the rules to take up TENOPA. This House shall move into voting procedure."

Her voice hardly demonstrated the same resounding volume she had used for the previous bill. All of the situations had filled her head with anger, clouding it so much she had forgotten that seating arrangements had changed. So as leaned back, she noticed the Illinois Representative was seating behind her to the left. So she stood up, going over to his desk.

The muddled debate over TENOPA had left Morton genuinely unsure what the folks in the district would think.

Every new bill that being thrown out for a vote was gumming up the works for the DACA bill. At this rate, they would never take that up.
