Eleanor was overwhelmed by the passage of the bill, taking out several tissues to clear some tears. Then, taking several mints out of her purse, she handed them to several around her, thanking them. She saved one though and looked over to Appleby. But before she left her seat to greet him, she stood up.

"I second that motion."

After speaking, she went over to the Michiganite.

He had successfully sawed the mint in half via application of keratin, and was now working on dividing it into quarters, idly thinking that he ought to have asked the mint-giving woman if she wanted to sign on to his sex-change surgery bill, but dismissed the moment as passed.

Seeing no support materializing for his Hard Money Bill, Appleby eventually decided to put up another.

Official Name: Sex-Change Coverage Act

Overview: Covers the cost of sex-change operations.

Section 1: Sex-Change Operations are defined as procedures, including physical surgeries and hormone treatments, designed to change a person's physical sex.

Section 2: The federal government of the United States shall reimburse any licensed operator who performs or provides a sex-change operation in the United States for the full cost of the operation, without charge to the patient, once the operation or operations are complete.

Section 3: The Secretary of Health and Human Services may cancel reimbursement if the amount charged by the licensed operator is proven to be excessively greater than the market rate without justification.

Section 4: All federal restrictions on a patient receiving a sex-change operation, including diagnosis and referral restrictions, are removed for any patient at or above the age of consent.

This bill is then honorably presented to the House for consideration in order to cover sex-change operations to improve the United States Law, and is backed by Appleby on July 3, 2017

Morton: "Seconded." This too, was an important bill for his district- particularly the bicycle loving youth of UC Davis.

He'd have to hold a town hall there one day, and if he was going to be yelled at and called a good-for-nothing, he wanted to have a clear response. And a bicycle.
