Official Name: Education Equality, Fairness, Nondiscrimination and Equal Treatment Act
Nickname: EEFENTA

Overview: Dissuades against discrimination in public education relating to science.

Section 1: Hereby recognizes that the vast majority of Americans favor equal treatment in science education.

Section 2: Hereby allows for the teaching of the theory of Intelligent Design in equal time and with equal treatment as teaching of naturalistic evolution.

Section 3: Hereby establishes that states shall retain the power to legally disallow the teaching of Intelligent Design alongside Naturalistic Evolution in public schools with related state legislation.

Section 4: Hereby mandates that this legislation shall enter into effect at the start of Fiscal Year 2018.
