The best solution to the issue is just to ignore him, and wait for his term to expire. And shove the issue under the rug. The thing is the majority of Mississippi GOP sees him as a hero for banning gay marriage(80%+ of the entire state Democrats included, is against gay marriage).

If it passes congress in the first place, its just a resolution no force of law. And we could frame it in a way that just condemns using an executive order to try and counteract a supreme court ruling.

That's true. I'm hoping it gets through congress. It could be a big bipartisan victory. I just need to find time to write it, find sponsors, and get it on the docket.
