Skills/Powers//Magic: He has been trained his entire life to become a knight, as such, he has good skills in all the fields which knights needs to master, like sword-fighting, fighting on a horse, wielding a lance and a shield, riding in formation. He also has a pretty good affinity for magic, after all, if not for his dream of becoming a knight, he would have probably ended up as a mage. But still, for now, he has some vague knowledge of basic white magic battle spells, and some knowledge of healing magic.
Equipment:
- Szczerbiec/ "the Notched Sword" or "the Jagged Sword", an old family sword. He doesn't know it, but it is actually a Holy Relic, that is currently hibernating, so it looks and acts just like a normal sword.
- The equipment of a knight, a lance, a light armor, a knife, and a shield with the emblem of his family on it, a golden boat on a crimson background, or, to use heraldry terms, Gules, a rudderless and mastless boat Or.
- Kasztanka, his horse, with an old armor suit for her.
- A small white magic book with various chants and spells in it, and a health potion.
Personality: Rafał is a rather.. naive boy. He firmly believes in the ideals and morals of the knights, and he tries to act like one, no matter what. He believes in the good of the people, and he really wants to help anyone and everyone. He is a gentle and calm person, and he will only get angry if he sees people doing dishonorable things, things that would break the code of chivalry. He normally tries to look strong and ferocious, but that is only an attempt to hide the weakness and the doubts that he has deep inside of him.
Moral Alignment: Lawful Good
Biography: The Opaliński family was once one of the richest and the most powerful noble families of Wyzkia. They owned one of the richest cities on the coast of Wyzkia, the city of Orzysz. They had many vassals, they had a strong fleet and mighty knights, and their merchants made trade even with the Elves..their emblem was a golden boat on a red background, marking them as one of the few families of Wyzkia that were deeply connected to the Sea. But the decline of the Republic of Nobles affected them all. Orzysz, renamed Arys, was one of the first three cities to rebel against the rule of Wyzkia, creating the Triple Alliance of Anselm with Heydekrug and Elbing. During the brutal war, their ancestors lost their lands, lost their city, lost their vassals, lost their fleets, and in the final battle, when the Paladins of Wyzkia fell in front of the crossbows of the Anselmian mercenaries, a single one of their ancestors lived to tell the tale, but because of him, their bloodline survived.
After the battle, their family slowly gained some lands through marriage, but they never recovered their past glory. Centuries passed, of course, until the young Rafał was born in their family's small palace. He grew up with the stories of their family's glorious past.. and even if he had a lot of raw talent for magic, his dream was to become a Paladin. So at a young age, he became the squire of a Paladin, one of his father's friends. He went through all the training, day and night..until one day, they went to war. The War of the Seven Nations. And that left him traumatized. How could a person, especially a boy, remain the same after witnessing.. all of it? The blood, the screams, the sound of metal hitting metal, or metal piercing flesh? The Paladin he served died there, as his armor was useless against black magic, but the young Rafał.. survived, somehow. As a squire without a knight to serve, the young boy spent two more years in the fallen Achisia with the Wyzkian Paladins there. And when he finally returned home.. his dream of becoming a knight was crushed, as the Council of the Paladins declared that since his master died, they could not prove that he was worthy. It hurt him.. but his dream survived. To truly become a knight, he decided to go on an adventure.. to prove his worth to the Council, no matter the costs.
Goals: To become a knight, a Winged Paladin of Wyzkia, and to help as many people as possible.

Name: Frederica
Age: Frederica doesn't remember since when exactly she has been around but it has been more than a couple dozen hundred years at least.
Gender: Technically, Elementals do not have genders. She thinks she may have been a girl a long time ago but she isn't exactly sure about it and doesn't care much anyway. Since she currently looks like a girl, she doesn't mind being referred as so tho she thinks of herself as a "it".
Sexual Orientation: Asexual even if the sadism she displays might makes it look otherwise some times.
Race: One of the few things she is sure she remember is that long, long ago she was an human but it has been about as long since she became something else, something... less. She is an elemental of Void, nothingness itself given form (as paradoxical as it sounds).
Appearance:
Position/Status/Affiliation: Having taken human form and wandered off the shadow lands for the first time in eons, she has no links with any person or organisation currently existing tho she has a natural affinity with the cults of sins.
Skills/Powers//Magic: Frederica, being an elemental of Void, is immensely dependent on her surroundings when it comes to power. While she will thrives in desolate places and when people yield to despair, she'll be weakened in lively ones and when people are full of hope; this phenomena becoming more and more marked the further she moves away from the shadow lands.
Physically speaking, she is most of the time barely stronger than a sickly nine year old kid and, even at the peak of her strength, won't be able to overpower an average adult. This is because her "body" is just a form she has adopted and, while it does have major drawbacks such as this physical weakness, it also means that simply destroying it won't actually kill her for, given enough time and emotions around to feed from, she will simply be able to form a new one.
It isn't brute force that is her forte, however, but rather magic and the power she draw from her very nature. Magic, indeed, for she mastered an enormous amount of spells from both "normal" and ancient Dark Magic (tho her mana capacity is way inferior to what one would expect from someone who managed such a feat) and her very nature for, as an elemental, she is able to draws power from her element to erase matter but also to create feelings of helplessness and despair.
About this said power she draws from her elemental nature, while of utter destructive capability in theory, its effectiveness is however severely restricted by the limitations coming both from Frederica's current state but also the very nature of the element itself as nothingness can only exist if people allow it to.
Frederica makes use of her power by summoning barely tangible misty, shadowy hands which will crawl toward her victims and try to grab them, sapping them morally as long as they're embracing them before literally tearing them slowly apart from existence once they have been weakened enough psychologically. For all powerful that this power sounds, there exist major flaws to it that we already mentioned.
Indeed, it takes quite a long time for Frederica in her state to weaken sufficiently her "prey" psychologically to be able to actually hurt them physically, and it will takes even more time if said "prey" has a strong will to live or a powerful enough courage (or recklessness) to simply ignore the hands altogether. Moreover, the reach of these hands are limited to a couple dozen meters and with enough time spent without being in contact with them, people hurt psychologically by them will recover fully.
Equipment: She possess nothing more than the clothes she wears and even them technically aren't clothes but merely part of the human form she has taken.
Personality: She, much in accordance with her appearance, has a very childlike almost happy-go-lucky personality, searching to have fun first and foremost, the major problem being that her definition of "fun" is probably shared by very few people outside of the most devious of the cults of sins.
A lot of her victims (well, the few that make it out alive at least) would without a doubt use a single word to describe her which is : "evil". However, she isn't evil in the sense most would think of, purposely doing villainous and bad things for the sake of doing them or anything of the kind. Rather, she's just akin to a kid who enjoy tearing apart an insect limb by limb, not seeking particularly to see the insect suffer or to kill it but just enjoying the power she hold over it and taking pleasure in exercising it.

"She" was a mere "It" for most of her existence, nothing more than a sentient dark mist which had been roaming the shadow lands for as long as it could remember, occasionally taking substance to "have fun" with the people foolish enough to wander in the shadow lands and cross its path, returning to mere mist again and falling into slumber for decades as soon as the last one of its "toys" was broken, repeating the process again and again and again.
This simple existence, always having "fun" or lazing around, contented it for it kept it from thinking of its past. It was sure that it had been human at some point but, and it didn't know why, just trying to remember who it was exactly or what it did at the time filled its entire being with a fear he couldn't explain and even less suffer so it just kept on going with this cycle for centuries and centuries, blissful in its ignorance.
However, all of that changed twenty years ago. Suddenly, without any reason, it felt the utmost need to remember something. What exactly? It itself didn't know but still felt compelled to nonetheless. Braving its fears, it started to search in itself, trying desperately to remind itself of what it needed to remember. After almost two decades, it found something, one thing, at last. Deep inside its consciousness, it remembered the image of young girl, a blue haired child with purple eyes, and a name it was sure for some reason was hers : "Frederica". Did it used to be that girl? Did it used to care for that girl? It didn't remember but it thought the former rather than the latter might be the correct one, for it didn't think that it could have cared so much about any being other than itself to carve it so deep within its very consciousness.
This day, with this memory, "Frederica" was born and the strong desire to remember something was replaced by the one to leave the shadow lands. Like a bug which had been trapped in a dark box for a long time which just had been opened at last, Frederica suddenly became aware of the brightness of the soul of so many people whose very existence had escaped her until then and, much like the bug of the metaphor, she felt compelled to go toward their lights.
And thus she departed from the shadow lands, animated by a childish glee to go and look at those people whose wills were so very much stronger than anyone who had crossed her path before. What would she do if, or rather when, she crossed path with one of them at last? Would she try and see what snuffing their light would feel like? Or would she try to tag along to see if they could shine even brighter? Even she didn't know, but this goal gave her a feeling of purpose, a sentiment of being alive stronger than anything she had felt until then.
Goals: Search for the "shining brightness" of exceptional souls and have as much "fun" as possible until (and during and after) then.
Theme Song: I've been wanting to use that song for so long.

It itself didn't know but still felt compelled to nonetheless. Braving its fears, it started to search in itself, trying desperately to remind itself of what it needed to remember. After almost two decades, it found something, one thing, at last. Deep inside its consciousness, it remembered the image of young girl, a blue haired child with purple eyes, and a name it was sure for some reason was hers : "Frederica". Did it used to be that girl? Did it used to care for that girl? It didn't remember but it thought the former rather than the latter might be the correct one, for it didn't think that it could have cared so much about any being other than itself to carve it so deep within its very consciousness.
This day, with this memory, "Frederica" was born and the strong desire to remember something was replaced by the one to leave the shadow lands. Like a bug which had been trapped in a dark box for a long time which just had been opened at last, Frederica suddenly became aware of the brightness of the soul of so many people whose very existence had escaped her until then and, much like the bug of the metaphor, she felt compelled to go toward their lights.
And thus she departed from the shadow lands, animated by a childish glee to go and look at those people whose wills were so very much stronger than anyone who had crossed her path before. What would she do if, or rather when, she crossed path with one of them at last? Would she try and see what snuffing their light would feel like? Or would she try to tag along to see if they could shine even brighter? Even she didn't know, but this goal gave her a feeling of purpose, a sentiment of being alive stronger than anything she had felt until then.
Goals: Search for the "shining brightness" of exceptional souls and have as much "fun" as possible until (and during and after) then.

The younger Elkheim was bored by this though, thinking that managing such affairs a dull and unfulfilling task. He much preferred exploration and travel. He would never abandon his father's teachings, but he would not put his heart into the matter. HIs father would die when a dissatisfied partner of his poisoned his drink. Elkheim, finally being shaken from his rebellious streak, would be crushed with anguish and the realization of his arrogant ways. He would dedicate himself from then on to upholding and expanding the prestige of the Elkheim name. For the last two years, he has traveled through the human realm looking for assets and allies.

That was until Ulfric turned 50, on a few fateful day Ulfrics father Buldrich Hammer, sent his son and a group of dwarves trusted enough to take care of some troublesome orcs raiding the much needed supplies on their way to the family stronghold of Anvil Peak. This would be the fateful meeting between Ulfric Hammer and Gulag Iron, for seven days the two would fight to a stalemate until it was only the two fighters left. With their comrades dead and the two looking eye to eye a mutual respect had oddly formed, both where in hard times yet Gulag had an army of sorts that the Hammer Clan needed, and the Hammer clan had food and weapons that Gulag and his raiders needed. It was here a mutual agreement was made, no more raids would be performed on Hammer Clan convoy and in exchange the orcs would scare into unity the troubled tribes and raid their competing clans assets sharing some of what they took with Ulfric. With a bit of undercutting the Hammer Clan was back on the rise and at 54 Ulfric took control over the Hammer clan from his father yet how Buldrich died is debated. With himself now in true control over the clan Ulfrich pushed for a much more acceptable policy towards orcs showing off their benefits as warriors, as well their strength. This sudden rise in prosperity and sudden change in attitude did not go unnoticed and on his 55th birthday Hammer was greeted by the Dark Elf Alexandarious Black or as many call him simply, Mr.Black. Black was a man with eyes and ears all over the world, and some had found their way into Dwarven strongholds. Those who choose to play his horrible games may end up wishing that they hadn't, once they choose to play Black's game their family could end up a target as well. For now Black plays the roll keeping any bad press from reaching anyones ears about Hammer, Iron, and Black, he is known as the eyes and ears. It has coined the saying "Black is always watching" among workers. Black has recently as well taken an interest in importing exotic goods through Hammer, though the contents of what he purchases is unknown even to Hammer as in Black's words "It would be best the fewer who know, the safer their lives"
