Pentos practiced slavery until recently. Therefore Baelorr quite probably was a full-blown slave without all the legal loopholes.

There is also the ability to call yourself a knight without having the pre-requisites. Westeros apparently isn't "A Knight's Tale" where you need to carry documentation. I think it was the Kettleblacks that Tyrion didn't believe were the real deal.

Why is the merc company hired to deal with fast-moving raiders all infantry instead of cavalry?

I thought Jorah was an atheist? Can't remember him in the books aside from as a creep.

That Gardener post was pretty epic. I enjoyed that read a lot. I do hope we don't end up just all jumping on House Hoare at the start. Though, he does have his enormous fortress he can just sit and wait it out in. If it is indeed completed, I think it was something like 5 years provisions could be stored there for a garrison of like 6 or 7 thousand men. If just completed, Hoare has some recruiting to do as well as some stockpiling to get done.

Speaking of jumping on House Hoare...

Name: Edmyn Tully
House: House Tully of Riverrun
Age: 42
Gender: Male
Titles: Lord of Riverrun, Ser
House Seat:
Image
House Sigil:
Image
Allegiance paid to: House Hoare of Orkmont
Appearance:
Image
Personality: Lord Edmyn was raised during the cruel rule of Harren the Black, however he strives to be the opposite of his king. Humble, good-natured, honourable, loyal (to those deserving), and lacking in personal ambition. He has little interest in history, science, and magic, believing them to be the role of a maester, focusing more on what he perceives to be his greater duties as a lord: justice, administration, and warfare. He is a man of faith and finds Harren's destruction of weirwoods and other religious buildings for wood to make his fortress abhorrent. Detests House Hoare.
Skills: Good warrior and general. Excellent diplomat and administrator.
Weaponry (If any): Trained in sword, lance, and morning star.
Military Strength: 3,000.
Biography: Edmyn Tully cannot remember a time before the beginning of the construction of Harrenhal, however there is nothing he desires greater than to see it conquered. His great-uncle Samwell Waters was slain fighting against Harwyn Hoare's invasion of the Riverlands at the Battle of Tumblestone, whilst his grandfather Tommen Tully fought alongside Agnes Blackwood against the Ironborn invaders before bending the knee. Tommen was subsequently executed later in life after a failed rebellion in favour of Arlan V Durrandon. Tommen's son, Edmure, would rule the Riverlands for the following twenty years, having two sons and one daughter by his Piper bride before dying of a bad belly, leaving his eldest son Edmyn to rule Riverrun. Edmyn's lands have been relatively quite compared to the wars that raged during the reigns of his father and grandfather, as he tries in vain to shield his subjects from the cruelty of Harren the Black. Nonetheless some of the people of his lands have been (often forcibly) brought to work on Black Harren's monstrous blight upon the land, most of them dying in the work, members of House Tully's household included, whilst House Tully like many other Riverlander houses has suffered financially by having funds extracted from them to finance Harrenhal. House Tully's coffers suffering from the work also. Thus Edmyn desires to see a Riverlands free from the harsh boot of the Ironborn or yet another foreign invader, and wishes to bring about a Riverlands ruled over by Riverlanders.
RP Example: Here.
Notes: Lord Edmyn's lady wife, Celia Vance (39), their three sons, Ser Gonzo (22), Jonothor (16) a squire for Lord Lolliston, and Edwyn (9), and their three daugthers, Alysane (21), Edryna (19), and Elysa (15). His brother, Ser Tommen Tully (37), his wife, Mariya Butterwell (34), and their daughter, Catelyn (17). His sister, Lady Sallei Tully (40), her lord husband, Lord Marq Mallister (47), and their sons, Ser Hugo (20), and Petyr (15). Also the Tully maester, Maester Denys, who Edmyn relies upon for guidance.

The Hoare apps have gone a week without edits. Since they seem to be shaping up to be a major component to the stories of at least 2 players, 3 if the Tullys are accepted, what's the plan for them?

I'll take them over and do event posts like how I did with the Greyjoys in Feast for Crows.

Alright, as long as there's a plan for it. I was just concerned a bunch of plots were going to hit a wall at some point.

I'm more concerned for Durrandon as Lunas hasn't made a post in a while. Also, raising a Trident King seems odd, if they're meant to be a buffer you're just asking for the Vale, North and West to swoop in.

I'm curious what the true identity of these raiders are, as I doubt they're Ironborn. Now I slowly wait for the Vulture King.

Lion has Claws

Name: Lord Ascar Reyne and Rina Reyne
House: Reyne
Age: 32 and 21
Gender: Male and Female
Titles: Lord of Castamere
House Seat: Castamere
Allegiance paid to: Lannister
Image

Image

Personality:
Ascar Reyne is a rather interesting individual driven by the issues of his youth. His demeanor can be best described one of a golden statue with feats of clay. From the outward appearance he is a very proud and intelligent, serving the realm and his family to the best of his ability. He is adept and well versed with the demands of tactics, but succeeds most with the 'Grand Strategy', as he says proudly in his more private quarters.

He lacks a quick wit that many detractors attributing it to dim wittiness, something he does best to counteract by being slow and biting when he talks. He is a slow talker, careful with his words doing his best to cover up lack of clever wordplay. Stern and humorless, he finds few pleasures in life besides his pregnant wife and some of his siblings. He does all for his Kingdom and Family, sacrificing a great deal to keep an equitable situation for his lordship.

As you dig deeper into the man, you find only a man with deep paranoia about those around him. Obsessive to a fault about the 'Great Game', even the most minute details arouse his interest. In his personal life, he has an odd obsession with the order of things within his home and most always have clean face. Oddly enough the 'affliction' only centers around his face, his entire wardrobe may be dirtier then a pig pen, just not his face.
----------------
Rina Reyne is the youngest daughter of late Lord Robert Reyne, with her beauty and charm attracting even the most devout men of the faith. With one hand she can woo a crowd, and in the other comfort the lowliest of child. While Ascar struggles with fast wit that they demand of jests, she does not and survives well within the high courts of the Westerlands.

She has passive desire to serve the family and realm. Inside she is broken, scared, and fearful, distrusting of most.

Skills: Ascar: Master Strategist, and Tactical genius. Trade specialist and budding 'economist.' Some skill in Westoros sword fighting, prefers Water-dancing.

Rina: Wife of a Lannister, great manipulator of the Court.
Weaponry (If any): Valyrian Steel Sword 'Red Rain'
Military Strength:
3-4 thousand men.
Biography:

Ascar was born to Robert Reyne, Lord over Castamere, sickly and purple. Two months too early and only four pounds, he was assumed to have died that night as even his breath was quieter than whimper. A silent baby until a day after his birth, his father refused to see him until a week after. When Robert decided to visit his exhausted wife and her newborn son, he held his child in his arms and said, "He is no son of mine." Robert was once a proud and sadistic warrior, securing the House Reyne trough blood and iron, earning the affectionate name Robert the Butcher. His physical prowess was a stuff of hymns and legends, and his armies reputation for debauchery and depravity struck fear in the common peasant and great lords. Robert, a drunkard and a simple man, was easily persuaded by local legends and superstition, coupled with milk of the poppy he began to slip into fits of hallucinations and psychedelic visions that were marred with images of said tales. Three years before the birth of Ascar, after the aftermath of a local peasant revolt, Robert paid a visit to a local fortuneteller and witch of the Forest, demanding to know what his fortune has for him. The witch who appeared to him as a beautiful seductress told him of a child of his seed that will run his House, perfect in every way. Now as Robert held his first born son in his hands, his shock turned to rage.

Ascar grew up smaller than the rest of the boys of his age, ostracized by his family and his hallucinogenic Father. Too thin to fight and too small to be taken seriously, he found comfort in reading. Books after books he read, enjoying the comfort it gave him, even if it was a short while. Surprisingly his father never physically hurt him, most likely prevented by his wife, who carried a deep affection for her son. Even after she gave birth to perfectly healthy sons, Charres and Liram, she still loved him all the same.

At the age of 11, he woke up in the middle of the night to the sound of his mother. The night previously, Robert had finally came out of one of his drug lapses and talked in great length with the Maester and Charres, with few knowing the contents of the meeting. So as Ascar awoke to the sound of his mother entering his room, he feared the worst. With little explanation she whisked him away from Castamere to Lannisport and then towards the free city of Braavos, happening during the course of several months. His mother did not go with him, leaving Ascar alone physically, as he was mentally. He had a semblance of what awaited him back at his home, his father most likely planned to have him murdered. Angered and bitter, as he arrived in Braavos, he had fits of depression consume him.

The Doom of Valyria had already initiated the Century of Blood on the continent of Essos, with Braavos being on of the few cities that was so far relatively unscathed. Ascar, now going by the name of Daven, was brought under the care of a wealthy merchant Dybarro Gralar. Dybarro had a connection to his mother, to which he never spoke of, and sailed quiet often to Westoros trading with the likes of Oldtown and Lannisport. Taking the child under his care, he remained a steady aide and mentor to the Lord. Daven had never known a man to be this kind yet intelligent to him, fulfilling the longing for a an actual father figure as compared to his brute of a real father. Dybarro built up his self confidence and taught him a great many things about the world around him, teaching him materials such as Valyrian military strategy to Braavosi business acumen. As Daven grew older, he began to experience growth spurts and grew out of the weak legs of his childhood, even going so far as to be taught by a Braavosi Water-dancer, something that pleasured him greatly.

Twelve years after leaving Westeros, Daven on one hand, had fallen in love with Braavos. With the conflict of this continent far away from his home, Braavos seemed like perfect place for him to establish his name without fear of his father. On the other, he missed his home and knew, somehow, that he would return to it before the end of his life. This was to come sooner than to be expected as Dybarro had called for him in his private quarters. Kind yet stern, Dybarro informed him that he had received news that Robert had developed cancer of the skin, and was terminally ill. Dybarro informed him everything he knew of the geopolitical situation at Castamere, explaining that his younger brother, Charres, is next in line due to his Ascar's supposed demise. At first apprehensive about what he should do next, Dybarro informed that his next move must be entirely his own decision: stay or go home. Ascar left his home the very next day, with some gold, a Water-dancing sword, and the clothes on his back.

By the time his ship made port at Lannisport, Robert had became a bed ridden and crazy old man. Comforted by his children and his own ailing wife, each hating him within varying degrees. Charres a spitting image of his father, had become addicted to the bloodlust and milk of the poppy, and was preparing to move against their own cadet branch of House Vikary for some perceived injustice. House Reyne name and reputation had been degraded with this Lord, and most of the subjects within the region were not looking forward to more of the same. Charres did not care for this and in his own words said, "He will carry their ashes to glory," in a drunken stupor.

So when news came of a young rider at the gates of Castamere during Robert's last unconscious hours, the guards were shocked by the revelation of the grown up Ascar Reyne finally returning. As he entered the castle his mother embraced him wholeheartedly, with the shocked faces of seven of his siblings who barely remember him. His mother began to weep tears of joy, shocked to see her young sickly first born to grow up to a handsome young man. Charres, however, shocked by the development began to demand Ascar's arrest but his claim to the Lordship was slighted by his older brother, he even went so far as to rush to his father side and shake him to wake up, to tell everyone to denounce him. Ascar moved to arrest Charres to prevent him to escape from the Castle, but the man was able to slip through the passageways he had discovered as a boy. Riding throughout the Westerlands, he failed to rally a single house to his cause, with some even seeking his death, but was able to rally two hundred men from villages and his own personal connections. As for Ascar, when Robert died, he was declared Lord of Castamere moving a sizable portion of his military to find Charres. This was to be first act as Lord and he needed to prove himself to his minor houses of his strength. Charres was a skilled rider and with two hundred men on horseback he was dangerous. Using what he knew about how Essos cities countered Dotharki, he used 100 riders to push them to the mountainous valleys of the Westerlands, with another two hundred men stationed defensively with pikes and shields. The rocky terrain proved difficult the horses and Charres seeking the open field planned to use the closest mountainous passage to reach it. Believing that the open field would then allow him to escape into the safety of the Reach, he took the shortest route with the hundred riders quickly behind him. However he was mortified to find him then trapped by a division of pikemen and realized he had just sprung a trap. His men were crushed and slaughtered, but, Ascar knowing the implication of having the name Kinslaver, allowed his brother to feel into the Reach where he was never seen again.

Ascar returned to Castamere after months of traveling to each of his minor Lords castles and regions, taking in the region he was to rule. Serving the Lannister's well, he has ruled the region for nearly a decade, doing so sternly but fairly. He serves the King of the Westerlands, and now even sits on his small council, counseling him to the best of his abilities. Marrying a woman from House Darkyln, she has just given birth a daughter to him.

-------------- -----------------
Rina Reyne does not have an interesting tale of intrigue spanning two continents like her brother, to be quiet honest she rarely left her home at Castamere. Rina was a healthy young girl, and received little the way of torment by her brothers. She was only one when her eldest brother disappeared from her and she had always assumed that he had died. Growing up, she loved to sociable, having the child like quality of thinking you know everything so well, its cute. She was sweet, she was kind, very different from the cloth that she was cut from. Her father rarely spoke to her, but when he did, he seemed nice and 'jolly', always so willing to play with her, and kiss her, and touch her. She never spoke about it to anyone, she was just a child, and for the longest time she had assumed that to be the norm.

When Ascar came back from Braavos, she was only twelve then. As she began to understand what exactly had happened to her, she was disgusted with herself. It was said, she would bathe herself twice a day in order to feel clean. Ascar rarely spoke to her during his first few months, for what was a young man to say to a sister he only knew as a baby. He put in the effort but she was quick witted and clever, and to some he comes off as rigid and humorless. And in her heart, she just despised him. She couldn't explain it, she just felt angry at him, even though he never did anything. And that was why she hated him. She would speak ill of him often, and when he sought to understand why, she would never give him a straight answer. It was until a night of the full moon, when he locked himself in her quarters to demand an answer, that she broke down. He was the eldest son, and he had not stood up to their father. He ran away and never protected them, she cried out. Robert had abused her and Charres was turned into a mad dog. Not much was known about what happened in that room, but the servants two people crying and laughing together for hours. She eventually forgave him, and shortly after, she bled for the first time. She knew what was to come next, for the good of the family.

Her older sister, Rosyn was married to Gerold Lannister, the brother to her king. Roayn was fair, but not beautiful, and their relationship had always been strained since their formulate years. Rosyn would pull her hair and call her a bastard as a child, for she was the only child to born with red hair in a family of brunettes. Of course jealously cuts both ways, as Rina longs for a husband and her folklore ending. Vindictive at her sister's marriage to the King's brother she promised at Rosyn's wedding night to marry an actual king. However, her marriage to any suitor has become something of a tragedy. She was promised to a young Lord within the Reach, yet he was to fall in battle, and his brother was only ten. She did not shed a tear, she had never met the man, but it was still troubling.

When she was nineteen years old, a male servant entered her room at the middle of the night. She had known of his longing for her, but she best to leave it alone. The servant anxious and 'deprived' woke her up, and spoke endlessly about the Light of the Seven. Scared, she looked to notice no guards were around her, so she stayed calm, there was no reason to anger him. Then he turned his attention to her, she had tried to push him off the path. Her clothes, her demeanor was the work of 'forces to seduce men', she had abused her looks, and her Lord's demise was due to her 'Lust'. Appalled by his words, she tried to calm him down, but he didn't listen. He then revealed a knife and threatened to gut her, if she spoke. When the guards finally heard what was happening and burst in, he had beaten her face and haphazardly shaved her long red hair off. Ascar's investigation into the matter was revealed that the servant had snuck into her room as he realized the guards would asleep during their duties when guarding her door. The two guards and the servant were beheaded, the servants last word was a rant on the Faith of the Seven. Rina had no desire to leave the room for months, and even though her physical self had healed, her mind had not. Even now, she may act as if she is fine, but deep down she is scared and alone. She is a girl who is always smiling, but never happy.

Ankus System

The Fleet arrived with little fanfare or haste, with few to fear. Ankus was still under the rule of the first and only Galactic Empire, and the fleet had planned for that to stay as a fact. From Star Destroyers to Frigates to Tie Fighters the small backwater system was soon flooding with Imperial officers and equipment ready for the defense of the region and reconquest of the unknown. That was at least the small snippet of information Moff Gregory Kroan either received or gathered. As he stood on the Landing Bay of the Spaceport a few questions formulated and populated his rather portly face, for only yesterday had he learned of such arrival and neither did he expect a fleet of such magnitude to support his rule within this quadrant of space. Perhaps the Leadership finally deemed it wise to support me He subtly laughed grinned to himself.

Of course what, who, and where the Leadership was is rather an abstract concept with answers ranging from the clone of the former Emperor to a collection of shadowy cohorts to the New reestablished Blanking Clan. The great Moff knew that the Leadership existed and that he was under them as 'they' would constantly require more of his Stormtroopers or Star Destroyers for another ill-gotten Front or that one battle that will bring a swift end to the republic. In short he knew of its vague existence, but its assistance to him and his rule had been quiet lacking. Kroan rubbed and patted his head, his head damp with moisture, for he was scared when he knew he could not be, he needed to show this strength to this 'Grand Admiral' Thrawn who he knew little about. His predecessor had worked with this 'non-Human' when this region was being carved out on the map, the Empire had learned of these minor details that this Chiss had to offer. Of course if it had been simple enough, he would simply ask the man, but this man decided the best way to serve his fallen emperor would be to follow him into the afterlife. Idiot. Kroan motioned and stretched his hand, still sour about the position that destiny had thrust upon him.

The sound of Tie Fighters enters the atmosphere roared throughout the city and glimpses of them could be seen off in the distance from the Spaceport, his three rather disappointing subordinates couldn't help but stare as if this signalled a change within their predicament. The Moff noted the different faces they wore: one of a cracking stoic mask the other two of elation. His other subordinate General Gallasin was suppose to arrive and greet the admiral, but he only informed them minutes ago that he had decided to stay at his 'Palace' on the Southern Continent where he had established his rule, opting to meet the Admiral when 'the Time suited his rather hectic schedule'. Idiots, I am surrounded by idiots. My first order to this Chiss will be to bring that nymphomaniac's head on a platter. Show the Unknown Regions that the Empire would not allow such disobedience.

The small outline of a T-3c shuttle appeared as if out of nowhere and continue to grow as it got closer, itself closely flanked by two Tie Advanced models. Kroan stretched his neck and nodded to his subordinates to be ready to bow their heads. He of course would not, for he was a 'true master' of sending dominance through body movements. The shuttle pulled in and raised its arms, landing within fifteen meters of the Moff and his subordinates, as well as the traditional Stormtrooper garrison brought out for such events. That reminds me... Gregory thought as if the idea suddenly popped up in his head All of my stormtrooper garrisons need to be replaced in their sectors, their inabilities to even quash the largest of insurgencies within this planet had been one of absolute failure. Possible implementation of Decimation? Adjusting his collar and holding a rather smug smile, the shuttle opened and hissed revealing two desert camouflaged Stormtroopers with blue and red markings all over their armor and their Commander not far behind.

Except it wasn't this Grand Admiral Thrawn, it was instead a black uniformed Human male with graying blonde hair with equally middle aged skin and thin frame. His uniform and rank noted a Colonel within the long quiet Imperial Security Bureau, and his posture just exhaled arrogance and confidence, something that a 'master' of body language, such as the esteemed Moff, would easily pick up on. His subordinates bowed their heads and his garrison that flanked him to his left and right raised their right arm in acknowledgement, but Kroan was furious. "How dare this Admiral not appear before me!" Kroan flailed his arms in anger with vague points and slaps within the general direction of the Colonel.

The Colonel for his part just continued to walk his pace and towards the entrance of the Main buildings as a whole, doing nothing to note or acknowledge the burlish man to his right. "Colonel where is the Grand ADMIRAL! How dare he waste my time with your presence! Does he not understand the position we are in, how we must adhere to the Chain of Command!" the Colonel just walked along and passed him, which only incited him more, "You and this Inhuman Admiral, I...I, I expect your resignation within the end of the day or you will be executed." The man finally calmed down as he saw the Colonel stop walking and face him, his two guards gun drawn.

"Bring him to me." the Colonel stated with little tone or care, however his accent differed from the traditional elegance of the Imperial Elite. The guards immediately walked up and butted Kroan within the stomach, knocking him down instantly to the floor, they then followed that by grabbing his arms and dragging him to their true superior; all the while, Kroan's Garrison did nothing to stop it. "Did you wish to voice your concern?" the Colonel looked down at the disheveled man before him.

"You...you are out...of line." Kroan managed to articulate as his breath returned to his lungs.

"No Gregory you are." the man went down to face the man on equal terms, "You will continue to rule just as you previously had, through rank only. Only this time, the men behind the scene won't be fighting for the scraps of the region but rather for the glory of the Empire. Do you understand."

"This is out of line!" Gregory barked and spit on the man's face. The Colonel said nothing and wiped his face, instead resting his hand behind the Moff's head.

"Do you understand?" the Man asked again, with Kroan facing the dark blue eyes he had only met seconds prior. Quickly examining his room he realized just how weak he really was, his men and his close confidants had done nothing to save or help him, nor did they seem to particularly care.

"I...I understand."

"Good." The Colonel revealed a small handkerchief within his pocket and helped the man to his feet, "Now walk with me."

"Yes...." the Moff replied under his breath, following the colonel as they walked deeper and deeper within the port. Minutes went by as no one said a word to each other, the Moff realizing he needed some semblance of answers deciding to poke around, "You must apologize for my confusion but it was too my understanding that with the tragedy that was Akiva I only assumed that Thrawn perished during the attack along with the others...now for a Grand Admiral to appear how is this possible?"

Colonel only sighed and mused, misdirecting the conversation, "Oh...is there not a Grand Admiral within these Regions. Yes, 'Grand Admiral' Sarkhan Aver."

Kroan's blood boiled and his nostrils tensed up, only amusing his 'subordinate' more, " Aver and Stauffman have done nothing but betray me....us. they are traitors to the Empire."

"Traitors who you will reach out too..." the Moff stood still and looked at the Colonel in confusion, "Yes you will reach out to them and offer them the necessary conditions for which they need to rejoin their 'constituents'. Will that be a problem?"

"No...no sir." Kroan clinched his fist.

"Good." the Colonel continued to walk through the hallway eventually reaching a window to that displayed the full beauty of the Capital CIty. A mix of the standard Imperial Architecture, Trading and Manufacturing Skyscrapers, and local engineering design...it was a sight to behold. Saying nothing for the next few minutes, the Colonel merely watched as vehicles, ships, and people continued on their day as if nothing was wrong.

"The City is beautiful isn't it." Kroan stated as he merely watched the same backwater town he had been confined for the last few years.

"It is..." the Colonel leaned on the glass.

Turning his head away from the colonel and on too the various buildings of the skyline, "So what will the Admiral have me do?"

"Our First Order is to maintain the Empire." the Colonel tilted his head to the Moff, "Your first objective will be to hand us the full list of inventory on production, industry, and equipment that you have on Ankus..."

"Uh..." the Moff cut in, "the Imperial Accounts on this matter had been destroyed."

The Colonel looked confused and perplexed more than anything, "And you did not recreate them?"

"The situation..." *cough* "you see the insubordination of some of my officers made it impossible for me to adequately understand the amount of Imperial Forces I have within this system."

"And the Fleet you have?" the Colonel asked with little patience.

"Leadership was taking and commandeering so many frigates and Star Destroyers that it was impossible to see what we had. You understand?"

"Very...then I expect the full list within two days."

"Two days..." the Moff eyes widened at the order, "It will be done."

"Good." the Colonel went back to observing the city.

Three Star Destroyers appeared from the sky descending over the metropolitan, their lights coming on as the star began to set. Kroan noted its appearance and wished to change the subject with some flattery "To be honest, I assumed after the failure at Jakku and the death of Admiral Sloane that this was the end. Now with the Grand Admiral here..."

"Gregory leave." the Moff bowed his head and quickly left the room, happy to finally be free from that man. Back in the room, Colonel Dorian Tolen watched the main star destroyer appear with an odd smile, the image of a Chimaera donning its hull.

Your military might be too large. I'm not certain, but you seem to have a close to 1/5 of the Westerland's total force, 55,000 as I recall.

I thought it was fair because House Reyne is the second most important house in the Westerlands, so I thought it was fair.

That's why I'm uncertain. They're a powerful house, so maybe they can field that, I'm not sure.

I think there was something about a marriage with the Lannisters. If that isn't canon, you'd need to check with Dentali on that.

1. The Reyne's aren't the second most powerful house in the Westerlands, not sure where you got that from
House Reyne was a powerful family. Very wealthy. Second wealthiest in Westeros. Aren't the Tyrells the second wealthiest family in Westeros now? Of course, ambitious climbers don't want to stop on the second highest rung. If only you could take that final step. You'd see further than all the rest. You'd be alone with nothing but blue sky above you. So Lord Reyne built a castle, as grand as Casterly Rock. He gave his wife diamonds, larger than any my mother ever wore. And finally, one day, he rebelled against my father. Do you know where House Reyne is now?-Cersei Lannister

2. Some...unusual names here, especially considering the Reyne's favour 'R' beginning names
Totally fair, I just thought that naming conventions don't get established at the start of a Houses Rule, that may become a trend for future generations. But I can change that.

3. Too many men
I can take a few out, but althought the family is big, the division between genders aren't always going to be 50/50.

4. Why and how did Robert the Butcher and Charres sip shade of the evening? That stuff is only found in Qarth, and to my knowledge they do not sell it
This is fair. Euron Greyjoy is known to be a user, but he's a pirate that travels the world including Qarth. I just couldn't find much information on LSD type drugs in Westerps so I found the closest example. I will change.

5. Why was he sent to Braavos? Not to family or somewhere in Westeros? Seems very odd
I plan to build on that later, as a possible plot point. If need be I can explain it, but I rather not.

6. Kinslaying is kinda one of the most heinous things in Westeros, so killing his brother would not make Ascar popular

Doesn't matter how you do it. Kinslaying is kinslaying. Robert was actually worried people would call him a kinslayer because he killed Rhaegar (his cousin). Your brother could try to usurp you but killing him still makes you a kinslayer, no matter how the dice is thrown.

Also you forgot your Valyrian Steel Sword, Red Rain (yes I'm one of those people who believes the theory that Red Rain belonged to House Reyne.)

Taking my father out to the bar, I'll be back later to look over the app in more depth.

So I'll take that into that account then when I rp, unless you want me to change it?

I didn't mention it because it was a fan theory, and I wasn't sure where you stood on that. I'll make sure to mention it in the rp.

1. Wealth doesn't equal power, at different point in time various houses have been the richest in Westeros. Heck, during the dance the Velaryons were among the richest, but they still had very few soldiers to call upon
2. The Reynes have been around for a long time even by this point, since even before the Andals invaded, so naming traditions have probably been around for quite a while

6. See Val's post on Kinslaying^

1. I mean based on the limited information we have on House Reyne, I do believe that it is fair to assume that they are the second most powerful house in the Westerlands because of their wealth. This is a region that is shaped by its wealth production, where gold and ore are what defines success. So in an area like this, I believe it is a fair assesment of power. If this any other region I would agree, but in a area known for wealth, then it does matter.

2. Robert named his son Ascar to make him an Ass. But I see what you mean, and I'll edit some of the names.

3.If we assume my first point is correct, then this isn't an issue.

4.I guess we could, but I was under the assumption it was a pain reliever.

6.And I agree.

10,000 men is one fifth of the entirety of the Westerlands forces.

Assuming the Lannisters can at least call on that much from their personal armies that leaves only 30,000 men for the remaining houses of the Westerlands. Several of which are noted to be among the "major houses" who are richer, and have more men than others, several with gold and silver mines of their own. Brax, Lydden, Lefford, Banefort, Serrett, Tarbeck, Crakehall and Prester are all listed as being among the major houses of the Westerlands. Assuming that 10,000 of the remaining 30,000 come from the numerous other lords not considered to be among the major houses, that leaves 20,000 men. If they're divided equally among the 8 other major houses that gives each house 2,500 men. Barely more than the Velaryons are capable of fielding, so how exactly are the Reynes able to field 10,000 men?

EDIT: I forgot the Marbrands, so that makes it 2,222 men for the remaining major houses to field.

Thats fair, but I assumed we were talling about the minor houses and lords that they can call on. If we are talking just about the forces they have on their own its probably around 3000 men, but I assumed we include minor houses under their spheres of interest, cadet branches, etc. All of these forces are loyal to the Lannisters anyway, so 3000 are strictly loyal but I would say 8000 is fair if we include possible bannermen.

Where do they say those houses are bigger than the Reynes either in the books or the shows? Sure by the time ASOIAF start those house are all more powerful than the Reynes, but thats after the Rains of Castamere. If we take Cersei at her word, than the Reynes are the second most powerful house in the Westerlands at this time.

Also King Loren has an accepted 60000 men under his control according to his application so I don't know where you got 40000.So my numbers are partially based on that.
