This is more for the people who made an app, made one post, and then were never seen again. You're fine. I'm pretty sure the peace talks should be coming to an end soon.

Secondly their nicitating membranes polarizes light in Cessna acting as natural sunglasses. What the Imri are most infamous for is Kemi their artificial psionic network. Originally Kemi was communications network consisting of mirco psidars implanted within the brain spinal cord. Leader Bio: The Imri are governed by what the human political theorist and anthropologist Dr. Su Hong described as the Ghost Mind and what the Imri call the will of the fallen. Made of the consciousness of every Imri connected to Kemi that has died.This gestalt of the dead minds has replaced the what humans call conscience. The Ghost Mind controls the Imri by shaming those who so much as think act against it into submission and filling those who obey with a sense of rectitude other species can even begin to to comprehend.The will of the Fallen also take a more direct role within the Imri Consensus all strike craft and armored units are directly controlled by it. Each fighter tank bomber apc ect is in inhabited by a the Imri ghost with the relevant skill set. Usually, however sometimes the rage of the dead overwhelms their reason and vengeful spirit know as a Opkali possess a warmachine. Opkali are relentless if the physical form it inhabit is destroy before they fulfilled their vengeance then it possess another if that is destroy it will posses another. As can be imagined having random units going berserk cause problems on a tactical level that can spread to strategic level.

Nation History: Three hundred and twenty thousand years ago the Imri evolved in Cani plateau in Delmus north pole. Fifty thousand years later the Imri had spread to Delmus south pole. It is still mystery prehistoric Imri managed to reach the south the areas out side of poles are devoid of water and the average temperature of the pre terraforming was 177 C 351 F. These condition make it impossible for the Imri much less any other multicellular life to survive outside of the poles. Regardless of how they came to inhabit the south poles the northern and southern polar regions took very paths. The north the achieved industrialization two centuries before the south thanks in part to plentiful coal and g petroleum deposits. The north even managed to contact with south. Though due to the inhospitably nature of Delmus large scale movement between the poles would not occur for five more centuries. In both poles however many wars were fought between nations for control the hydrocarbon resources. The south was the first to split the atom. The first thing great powers of the south did was use this new found knowledge to create nuclear weaponry. When the great powers of the south played the great game with their new weapons they came dangerously close to wipe out all life on their planet. Fortunately the surviving leadership of the southern nation managed to issue stand down orders to their militarilies after limited nuclear exchange. Eight five nuclear strikes to be precises. Turning back from the brink the nations of the south formed treaty outlining a lasting peace between the nations of south. This peace was to be built on a consensus an Imri Consensus. In time the Consensus came to include the nations of the north.

With the Imri united the Consenus turned their eyes to the their star system and the regions of Delmus outside the poles. Both without were inhabitable wastes but through determination ,and ingenuity they were made islands of life in a cosmic ocean of death. This time period also saw the discovering of psionics and the implementation of the first iteration Kemi. With discovery of phase space the Imri applied the terraforming lessons they learned on the home system to terraform dozens of systems hoonign their methods with time. This was era of expansion an age of peace and prosperity. As the with all ages of peace prosperity it came to violent end. It all began when the Imri first encounter with another sentient species.
The Imri made a bad first impression on the Telamcans by inadvertently defiling ( beginning the terraforming process) one of there holy worlds. They responded to such sacrilege by wiping out the Imri colonist and launching an assault on nearby Consensus colonies. Initially it appeared diplomacy would prevail. The Imri managed to get the Telamcans to to agree to a ceasefire. It was during the negotiations of the nonagression pact when everything fell apart. In gesture of to promote peace and understanding a delegations from both parties agreed to tour the others nation. What the Telamcans delegation saw in Imri both terrified and infuriated them. The Imri dead neither reincarnatedn or sat with gods in starry U'nkona. Instead they hollowed out souls living to inhabit like a parasite. The Telamcan knew what must be done the Imri had to be exterminated for the sake of the cosmos. Things went form bad to worse when shortly after renewal of hostilities they made second contact. Unlike the Telamcans the Imri did nothing to provoke the Lothian to declare war. To xenocidal Lothian their mere existence was casus belli. Caught between the Telamcan crusade and the Lothian purge the Imri Consensus teetered on the verge collapse and the species on extinction. This dark time is known to Imri as the the Twin Wars period .

Ironically the genocidal ways of the Lothian proved to be key to the Consensus survival. When the Lothian encountered the Telamcan they found them to be a far more resistant to their agression than the Imri. The Lothians transferred most of their forces from the Imri front to deal with they saw as the greater threat. Consequently the Telamcan were forced to also pull most of their forces from Imri controlled space to deal with Lothian. While the Telamcan and Lothian focused on one another the Imri furiously regrouped and rebuilt. Before either of their enemies could respond the Imri had assembled a massive military which they used to push the invader out of eighty nine percent of their territory. After the success of their counteroffensive the Imri tried form a lasting peace. However neither Telamcan or Lothians would accept their overtures. To them Consensus was threat had to be destroyed in time the Consensus came to the same conclusion about its enemies.After a century brutal warfare the fanatical Telamcan and xenocidal Lothian were exterminated. What followed was another age peaceful expansion that has lasted right up into the modern times. The Consensus first contact with Hokkien Republic (a human nation) has Consensus convinced an new age of war will soon be upon them. Thought the diplomatic relation with the Hokkien Republic are excellent it is what they have learned from the humans that has the Imri worried. As far as the Imri have been able to peace together from human accounts there at least four aggressively expansionist nation nearby.

Standard Weaponry: X-ray Laser The most prolific of the weapon in the Consensus it found the main turrets of battlecruiser the side arms of militia and everything between. X-ray laser come in three modes s beam, bolt, and wave. Object struck by X-ray laser can be pick up X-ray detectors. This provides a host of useful information
Imri forces such as identifying structural weak point to exploit in enemy armor, evaluating shield strength , see through physical obstructions and tracking cloaked objects.

Sandstrike Missiles carrying a antimatter warhead with a five hundred megaton yield these missiles are launched from harden silos on Imri controlled worlds.Utilizing the Consensuses Phase lanes Standstrike are able to strike targets at interplanetary and interstellar ranges.

Windwall Missiles The missiles act much like Standstrike however they carry a much smaller fifty megaton warhead in order to make room a shield generators. The Windwall's shields are weak compared to shield on ships consequently the main guns of most warship are able to easily knock them out. Further compound the problem is that the shield covers a large area around the Windwall making it easier to hit with the main guns of warships. Against point defense weapons however it withstand great deal of punishment and the large shield projection area provides nearby Sandstikes cover from point defense.

Kinetic Kill Missiles Much like their Sandstrike and Windwall brethren Kinetic Kills are terrestrial base missiles however unlike either they have not a warhead. Instead as the name would imply they rely a kinetic impact to deal damage. Made almost entirely of incredibly dense and tough neutronium alloy they impervious to point defense fire only a direct hit on the engine section from a antiship weapon can stop it. Fusion Beam Cannon Doubling as both the engines and guns of the Imri cruiser or rather the other way since they never intended to be use as a weapon. Fusion beam cannons are short ranged weapons that fire either a beam or bolt a plasma that is undergoing nuclear fusion.

Neutron Beam Originally used for mining were quickly adapted for battle during the twin wars period. These weapon can are adapt at creating and spreading structural weakness at the subatomic level. They synergize partially well with X-ray lasers as they can monitor structural weakness Neutron Beam create and point preexisting structural weakness to exploit. Neutron beam are found on Imri warships bombersand tanks.

Phase Beam A high energy beam used to open and make paths through phase space. The have an sixty percent chance to phase through shield and a five percent chance to to phase through the hull and into the insides of the ship. Found exclusively on the non combat boreships to make path through Phase space these ships they will only use their Phase beam when cornered.

Vesi Class Destoyer: At the time of its construction ICS Vesi was hailed as revolutionary new type of freighter. It hull was made entirely out of carbon polymer that was both cheap and quick to produce. During the Twin war period Vesi's found another role as the backbone of the Imri fleet. It cargo container were swapped out for either weapon or sheild modules. During the Twin Wars the Imri learned that trying to balance weapons with shield modules was less effective than have a destroyer specialize in one. Due to their specialization Vesi class destroyers travel in tightly packed formations call ransi. Each ransi contains at least eight weapons focused Vesi and two shield focused Vasi. The weapon focused vasi take position on the outside of the formation and do the actual fighting. In the center one shield focused Vesi projects a shield around the formation the other stays in reserve. Should the shield of the first Vasi get knocked out the second one will takeover while the other rebuilds it shield strength. Although the ransi provides the Vesis with great offensive and defensive keep the destroyer in formation severely limits their speed.

Soul Shredder Class Cruiser Originally a mining ship its ; heavy shielding, thick armor ,neutron beam and powerful yet maneuverable thrusters make Soul Shredders not only suited to mining asteroid belts, but also tearing apart warships. Soul Shredders will stay with a ransi until an enemy ships shield are knocked out. Like shark when it smell blood in the water it will break formation and latch on to it shieldless prey. With it neutron beam and fusion beam cannons it will tear apart its prey or at least do much damage as can before the shields come on line.

Merciless Class Battlecruiser Although it lacks the speed or firepower of similar sized ships the Merciless battlecruiser more than makes up for it durability. Sporting seven meter of gluonic resonating armor arranged in honeycomb structure. When struck the gluons in the sub atomic structure transfers most the energy from the attack to up quarks. This has two effect the first it drastically increases hardness and elasticity secondly the up quarks temporarily detach forming a quark barrier. This barrier behaves much like a shield the expect instead of blocking all damage like a shield it will only block twelve percentage. The Merciless class Battlecruiser does have actual shields to supplement it armor. It also has internal shields as well which increase the structural integrity of the ships. Due to the complexity of their design Merciless Class Battlecruiser are few in number. They are so difficult to built that Imri find it easier to piece together battlecruisers that have been blow to pieces than construct a replacement

Digi FighterArmed with two Kolitz autocannons and four Othi missiles these strike craft are cheap and quick to build. Utilizing the Consensus phase lane it not uncommon to see Digi fresh off the assembly lines pressed into a ongoing battle. Spirits renowned for their reflexes and coordination in life pilot these fighter.

Arshi Bombers Equipped with one X-ray laser ,one neutron beam, and two Othi Missiles the Ashi sacrifices speed for firepower. A common tactic of Arshi is withhold fire the neutron beam and fire x-ray laser in burst mode in order to evaluate their target. Subsequent bombing runs focus fire on any weak points found.Ghosts with predatory cunning are often found possessing Arshis.

Zoi OverseerLacking the firepower of the Arshis or the speed of Digis Zoi Overseers rely on electronic warfare to befuddle their opponents. Zoi Overseers are able to project false senor reading around it as well as distorting existing sensor reading. Overseers also have holographic projectors to fool visual conformation of their sensor distortions. Despite the durability of its shields the shield generator on a defender is not much stronger than a Windwalls. The secret to its durability lies in elasticity the shield will greatly deform under weapons fire as opposes to traditional shield which retain their shape until knocked out. Shields on cruisers can not deform to the extent of the defender without putting their hulls at risk and the tight ransi formations suffer they same problem. The only reason I'm not at Earth currently is due to the fact the Emperians don't know the significance of Earth. As a result they don't know where it is. But they'll follow the trail of human remnants and eventually, find the source.
