Well, I'm not going to start a war in the OOC so I'll say that this is would be the first time the Enclave/Exodites would encounter a unique species such as the Dirin. They would try to capture a few for experimentation and genetic improvements. However it may be easier just to purge the heathens then to try and find the faithful. After all in Zaron, the heathen will be reborn until he/she accepts Zaron or suffers eternal solitude.

But the Exodites have their own problems for infiltration. While they can manipulate their body to mimic any organ of the host, they have a "core organ" that is their equivalent of a brain. This "core" is usually disguised as another organ and can only be found through a direct dissection of an Exodite infiltrator. I have also mentioned that they cannot copy the target's psionic abilities. They can mimic their psionic presence but not their actual power. Another thing which is kind strange is that the Exodites have an allergic reaction to citrus plants (and plants similar to citrus). If an Exodite were to make contact with citrus plant's juice, they would develop a rash on their body. This rash will go away in three days time, but will be visible in the area that citrus was spilled on their body part. It will be uncomfortable for the Exodite and they will be unable to transform since if they do transform, the rash will move to the rest of its body making it more uncomfortable. If hypothetically one where to soak an Exodite in citrus juice, the Exodite would revert to its natural form since the pain would be intolerable for it to maintain its current form.

It is indeed strange but something that the Exodites have discovered after the discovery of Earth. They know the reason why this occurs but refuse to change their biology to adapt to this strange response. As such they tend to avoid citrus like the plague.

Also fun fact: the Exodites and the Mogh'Keigh are ardent atheists. They don't show it in public or in private. Just whenever they are with their fellow species or the Exodites.

I am working on the response now. It will be interesting to see how 1.5 meter crab aliens react to 2 meter plus Goat-people loking things, not really sure how to describe the Korvash except Satyrs on steroids, though in one rp they are in the OP geve them the moniker, PSionic Billy Goats Buff, which is apt.

Oh, the Enclave sound like lovely people, albeit a bit too aggressive for the Veritch to meet.

They seem mildly less aggressive, although still quite insidious. Would rank them slightly higher than the Enclave.

Ah, yes. Mildly. Well, we're an Autarky right now, so we like things to be quiet. Makes life easier.

I feel like the Dhau would be more of a 'honor-bound warrior species,' fighting to gain honor and strength, while the Enclave strike me as a grouping that would invade you simply because you're there, even if they didn't need or want anything from you.

Edit: My perception, even if not the reality.

Well I suppose we're honor-bound. It's honorable if we win.

Seriously though we probably wouldn't murder the spindly crab-people. They seem neat.

In your defense, that's a perfectly justified reason to murder entire planets.

TFW I become an alien genocide apologist.

Also it is in the nature of the Enclave is expand into easily exploitable territories if they arise.

Oh boy, time for me to bring out the more religiously fanatical of the Tagali Houses. HOLY WAR! HOLY WAR! HOLY WAR!

Speaking of this, what are the major religions in the Tagali Empire and other nations?

Regarding the Covenant, the vast majority of Cho'Dosans and Crai are agnostic or atheists. As for the humans in the Covenant, there are many that adhere to traditional human religions from Earth.

Differs from species to species. The Tagali have a polythiestic religion which most of their society is built around.

The Syomir are a moderately religious people (with some being more devout than others) and worship a myriad of nature deities. The most popular would be the gods representing their sun (Cistern) and the ocean, although many others exist, and individuals will often favor one in particular. Additionally, these gods are planet specific, so the sun god representing Cistern would be different than the sun god representing Sol despite being similar. Shrines can be found throughout Syomir territory. Shamans (who commune with the gods) and priestesses (who maintain the shrines) are well respected in society.

Man, these peace talks are a roller coaster of emotions. They go from going as expected, to a complete shift in expectations, to right back to normal.

Two questions, one of which regarding the peace talks. Atlas wants alien influence gone on Earth, but a good number of Syomir have moved there, would they be forced out or could they protest enough to stay put? Second, what house oversees the Syomir? Figured they'd want to try and get a more prominent role in things so I'd need to know who to talk to.

1. House Kanami oversees Earth, as well as the entirety of the Sol and Alpha Centauri Systems.

2. The Syonmir won't have to do anything since I'll be rejecting that part of the deal.

Okay, let's activate some almonds here. What if the Tagali had an old secret project that's come back to bite them in the ass? Like an autonomous superweapon they thought they had taken care of.

Guaranteed, lurking somewhere in the void is such an incredible fuck-up on the Tagali's part that its revelation will lead to galactic prolapse.
