Against who? Other Latinos? Please, say a national war or something. Most the population at this point are probably at a slight majority of Tejanos. Hispanics in Texas, which shows in the Democratic size of government. Race war makes no sense.

Citizens of the Conglomerate get biometric implants that monitor the amount of requisition IUs they possess, and pay for goods and services with that requisition. Basically, by laboring for Blue Sky, they are entitled to a portion of the resources that Blue Sky possesses. It works fine within a closed society, but external trade has to be conducted in more concrete terms.

Talk to your local Conglomerate representative. I'm assuming Blue Sky maintains low level civilian operations in most of the states of North America. From there he can probably put one of your people in contact with a higher up representative within the Conglomerate itself. From there it is just a matter of shipping and receiving.
