Not to mention these states hate the Cartel, who were out of control (and the reason) the Texans took over in the first place. I don't have the best intelligence, I know that's for sure. It's just better than a country who just went through decades of turmoil. My Military? Well, yeah. It's pretty top-notch. My society? Well, it's not perfect, but it's prosperous and rich, so we're able to develop our homes better. Plus, again, we do have an established government and stability. As for the bestest technology, Military technologies perhaps. Though, that's cause that's what we're focusing on for our duration. Then there's the stuff we inherited. However, I won't claim best technology overall. I will say Cascadia probably does have the edge in a variety of areas. Then there's a country's up north with super suits I believe, and hella drones. They're probably pretty up there as well. Though, the thing is, I know mine is better than Mexico in particular.
