However, Europe was still in total chaos, so USEC command decided to get some of their forces and send them to America, to re-establish contact and see what could be done to restore the US and perhaps get some sense of stability and unity back into the world.
Goals: Reform a Central US Government, or at least get the support of a powerful nation state in the US, and when that's finished, go back to Europe and restore stability (the Europe part is just if America unites, so not in this RP)
