I was thinking about opening another floor since I felt that the map is too small. But after your comment I realize that this was the point of the theme for this particular Danganronpa iteration. So a floor will open after each trial. Enjoy claustrophobia.

For plot related reasons, let's say that upon reading the name Vera Pavlovna, he feels that the name is very familiar to him. He cannot recall why it is very familiar to him but an image of a girl sighing and saying, "Боже мой..." is something that is remembered.

That is my say on the matter. For a future note, certain things, notes, names and such around the school may seem very familiar to certain individuals.

That's more likely to be found in the kitchen. You guys have the option of choosing to trust the "already made" meals or making food for yourself. This is the idea of the other vending machine for actual dishes and not beverages or snacks.
