You just increased the number of tanks.... That's now way way too high. Unless you are including IFVs, APCs and other types of Armour, or have mostly old T-54, T-55 esque tanks as the main build up of your Army. Maintaining that massive of an Armada is very difficult for a small nation to withstand, Added that to the maintaining and proper equipped and maitannce of that massive of a military and equipment would be a huge part of your overall budget. Your a capitalist nation, not a socialist dictatorship. In my opinion, having an Air Force over 1,000 planes, combat planes only at that. is way overpowered for a nation like yourself, Take a closer look at the real life Venezuelan Military scale and size, and base your nation's military off of that

And Chile is the Superpower of South America, and the strongest nation there, basically a slightly better version of Brazil IRL. It might be a bit overpowered, but they are the strongest power there so would have the strongest military as well. Not to mention its a dictatorship, not a free society.
