Not really anywhere. Everyone is either part of a military organization, or far-far away from your borders.

Probably yes. But you should be in my influence, Romania, remember: MY INFLUENCE.
And do not mess with Bulgaria or Serbia or Slovakia or Poland or... well, any Slavic state around you, actually

One paragraph History of your nation: Romania was able to remain free and prosperous as World War Two stayed away from its borders, because of the German invasion of the Soviet Union in 1943, which prevented any possible Soviet assault into Romania as they the Soviets were promptly ejected from Ukraine too, and the Soviet Union fragmented and collapsed. With this, Romania was able to continue its expansion as regional economic power by a mixture of regulated national industry for things such as heavy industry, arms manufacturing, water and energy but vast economic freedom for foreign corporations and investors which was able to boost employment and the salary of the workers without regulating the economy to the point where foreign investors would be scared away but also allowing its main and vital economic assets to become self sufficient and was also able to use its vast amount of natural resources such as its oil fields, new industries such as heavy industry and electronics and older industries such as agriculture to create a vastly superior economy to those of its European counterparts that had been involved in WW2 and by the 50's the economy was booming. This economic strength allowed Romania to vastly expand its military in all sectors, with Romania managing to produce the significant majority of its military equipment. Minorities such as the Hungarians, Jews, Ruthenians, Ukrainians, Russians, Bulgarians, Romani, Turks, Gagauzians, Czechs, Slovaks, Serbs, Croats, Slovenes, Poles, Greeks, Tatars, Armenians, Hutsuls and Albanians were deported in massive numbers, with 90% of them being ejected to their homelands through tense but peaceful deals with their states, whilst those that remained were heavily latinized and re-educated to the point where their previous heritage had been forgotten and flushed out, and were allowed to integrate into Romanian society. A large state-funded mandatory childbirth program was introduced in 1959 which began to significantly boost the population of Romania which continued until 1991, allowing there to be more children that had grown up and were now boosting the economic output of the state due to its larger workforce. Economic growth and prosperity has continued to this day, with Romania transitioning back into democracy in 1976.
One paragraph history of your leader: Distant relative of of Romanian Dictator Ion Victor Antonescu whom served until death in 1976, she was born in Calafat and was the daughter of a Romanian Army captain. She moved to Bucharest at the age of 7 where she would remain. From a young age, she became interested in the military but also politics. At university she studied military science, politics, law, and economics and passed all with thee highest honours at the age of 22. At the age of 23, with her fathers help, she re-established the National Christian Party in 2008 which won 33% of the seats in 2008, 42% of the seats in 2012 and 82% of the seats in a landslide election in 2016, making her Romania's youngest ever ruler and the new face of Romanian Nationalism.
2000 - Do not remove
Oh and before Ukraine complains, all my stats have been based off a realistic estimation of population boosting, if conscription was introduced into a state with a boosted population, and the fact that Romania's economy has always been stronger than Ukraine's in real life and given the circumstances of the timeline, it would be even more favourable for Romania, and new economic growth translating into increased defence spending ;^)
