Generally, the Emperor was specifically pro-Russian. But nothing is stopping the rebels from being pro-Russian as well. The difference in attitude is likely to be towards Germany. The Emperor is pro-German while the rebels are anti-German.

Pierre de Napoléon might decide against helping the rebels once this overthrow maybe reaches the Chief of the French State's ears, he might want to go full authoritative and march men across Italy and see what happens, or I could just have some promotion hungry general lead a force across the french-Italian boarder while the conference is going on, that'd be awkward.

I cant really see Greece enjoying the Russians more than the Germans considering they were basically a german puppet for roughly 50 years and are still really close friends with them. If anything, I could see either a rouge state happening, or something else entirely.

well... the "close friendship" is fading a bit, and was never really embraced by the Russian people. But yeah, they were a Germany puppet, hence why we would support the side that gave any indication they would be pro-Russian first, over being pro-Germany.

Historically and culturally, Greece has more in common with Russia and has had a positive relationship with Russia. Germany's relationship to Greece has been quite negative throughout history. Emperor Basil will escape Athens (my next post) and flee to Crete. He will successfully maintain the Greek islands and northern Greece (Makedonia and Thrace) while the rebels will take Attica (Athens and the surrounding area) and the Peloponnese. Emperor Basil will probably ask Germany to help restore him, and I could see the rebels aligning themselves to any nation that wishes to challenge Germany's hegemony in the region (Japan perhaps? or the United States?). That's where I'm going with this.

Venezuela remains a heavily capitalist, free market country with strong ties to the United States as well as other Latin countries. This has resulted in a very rich Venezuela, with an economy of over one trillion.

Began her political career when she became the presidential campaign manager of Henrique Salas Römer in the 1996 election (Age 29). I've told you 3 times now to lower your Air Force and Navy. Considering that IRL, the US Navy has 71, and you 67, basically your saying your are almost the second best Navy in the world. Unless you can describe the type and level of every aircraft in your inventory, every naval type, class, and reserve boats to supply, and explain how much money your military budget devastates your economy, then its not accepted until lowered.
