The robot is generally 6'4" tall at the head, but machinery in the legs and torso can push this up to 8' or down to 5', but both cases sacrifice agility (stetching yourself out and compacting yourself down both make fine motor control difficult).
Backstory: Created as an attempt to make true artifical life by the Technocracy, Sigma is essentially a self-learning program that learned and assimilated enough about human psychology to achieve sentience. Afterward, they were placed in command of a bioweapon development facility, as he was not programmed with morality and could circumvent the high turnover rate of human scientists (most humans go crazy after commiting the atrocities required to create FT-level biological WMDs). A few years after, his learning functions decided to adapt themselves in response to his test subjects, and soon, he realized what he was doing was evil. Under the pretense of attack, he managed to get 80% of the guards to leave to defend the facility, followed by him terminating the remaining guards using security drones, slipping the remaining test subjects away, and self-destructing the facility. He still has a hard-coded distrust of magic and the Imperium, but he also distrusts the Technocracy, and he prefers to sabotage both sides. If he has any choice, he only works with unaligned people.
Class: Armorer, with some medic due to his effective PhD in biology. In combat, he can use his multiple limbs to great effect in melee, but at range, his targeting software is not good enough for him to effectively use more than two weapons at the same time.
Equipment: His "body" is made of solid titanium and adamantium, making him nearly indestructible but vulnerable to heat and electricity attacks (conductivity and all), however, he is sealed against EMP. He has a toolkit that contains whatever the plot demands and would be within reason, namely medical supplies, electrical and duct tape, supplies to repair himself, and spare ammunition. His weaponry consists of a mono-molecular chainsword (effective, but a pain to sharpen) and twin plasma guns (50 round capacity, a dozen spare magazines in the kit, rounds burn at 3,500°K and are attracted to magnetic objects, max range 400 meters). They work by placing magnetized plasma around a heavily magnetized cobalt sphere, which is then fired out a railgun.
Optional: Sigma is sarcastic and doesn't tend to take things seriously. He boasts his 600 IQ, but this number is meaningless since he is only as smart as an above average adult and the number is that high only because he's physically six years old (something he keeps a semi-secret).

"provides decent protection against all types of threats (both from Magi and Techno) while providing excellent protection against Satanic magic (after all, it was blessed in the name of the Father, The Son, and the Holy Spirit by his Christian pastor of a father)"
What I mean to say here is that his armor has decent protection against all types of damage, Magi or Techno, but its anti-Satanic properties have been augmented because it was "blessed" by his father prior to the father's death.
Think of it like this: you have a suit of armor that provides a decent degree of protection against all types of damage, but because of an enchantment/modding/attachment (in this case, the blessing of a Christian pastor) it provides above average protection (relative to the other damage types the armor provides protection against) against a specific type of damage (in this case, Satanic magic).

It's possible that they just grabbed a picture of a Cylon Centurion and said that's what their armor looks like. I mean, mine's a Space Marine Techmarine and I'm pretty suee if we wait long enough, someone will try to use Iron Man for their armor.

Name: Calvert 'The Bonesmith' Tarchannen
Age: 35
Gender: Male
Alliance: ex-Imperium
Appearance: (Image)
Backstory:
While his family is no rebel or soldier, Calvert had spent his entire life living on the edge of the Imperium, just a day walk from the Neutral Zone. His father, a smith and elemental mage, worked to supply the garrison spread along the edges of the Zone with weapons and armors. Young Calvert learnt how to smith and enhance equipment without the need of enchanting magic. He served as an apprentice to his father, learning all the necessary knowledge required in the field. And as a young boy he showed mastery over the art, in fact he was so good his family worried that the Imperium might sent him to the Technocrat. Luckily for them, their faraway location and the more or less uncaring soldiers around them protect Calvert's mastery from being known. They were very happy when he finally has his enchanting magic. He learnt quickly and always experimenting with various scenarios. He would ask the idling soldiers on the condition from the battlefield and he would try to address it. He went as far as studying the basic of Elemental magic from his father and applied it to his enchantment. It turned out his innovation was quite useful and his family started to get more orders.
His talks with the soldiers weren't only about what they needed, but also about the Technocrat. The more he talked with them, the more he understood that the war has been a case of misunderstanding. A huge one at that, but still, just a mere misunderstanding. He want to know more about the Technocrat, and also the Imperium people that escaped to the Zone. He knew that his family won't agree with him. So he waited. He waited until he is old enough to be left alone by his family. In the meantime, he collects the leftover of Technocrat techs from their fallen soldiers, and Incorporated it to his own work, mainly to improve his smithing efficiency.
When he was twenty years old, a tragedy struck his family. His mother passed away from a dissease, and he took it as the for himself to go. It was more of an act of mourn rather than a fullfilment of his own whims, as he felt that he needed to distance himself from the melancholy that had dropped upon his family. With a handful of gold, a sword and raw materials, Calvert started his journey to the Zone.
Calvert found that most people here in the Zone need to survive in a much harsher way than within the city border. The unrelenting chase from the guards, the shots fired from both sides of the field, and the lack of resources. Calvert solved this by becoming a mercenaries, either hired to chase down bandits by the travelling merchants or to attack a bandit by the order of another bandit. He gained the nickname 'Bonesmith' after the myth that spread out about his bone daggers. The rep helps him though, so he never bothers clarifying it. Now, he heard the rumours that more and more person left the Imperium and the Technocrat. Feeling that he might now has the chance to clear down the problem between the two, Calvert tried to find these guys and help them where he can.
Class: Enchanter; specialization in his so called "Adaptive Art", which basically means that Calvert can enchant his equipments to adapt to the current situation, ranging from making his armor fire proof when under a barrage of incendiary grenades to his sword shifting its shape into an axe when he need some extra brute force.
Equipment: Enchanted double scimitar, light bronze cuirass, some explosive cartridges, throwing bone daggers, and a special contraption that can launch blades or bombs from afar.
